So problem is sold, I had a contact with peruvian airline via the reservation desk (I title my mail "para el servicio al cliente") it work only by e mail. And 7 days later the money was back on my account.
I have a similar problem. I was double billed for two tickets and when I complained they said to send them a copy of my VISA bill showing the double charge which I did. They then said I agreed to pay this and there was nothing they would do. I'm still fighting with them.
