DON'T RISK YOUR LIKE...Airplanes not maintained properly hence flights are always re-schedule or cancelled. Horrible service if they realize you are from USA. Very unprofessional and rude.

I have booked a fligth from Lima to arequipa on the 5th april at 12.45 and have been informed by edreams that there is a change in the status of this booking Booking refs no YAEO9U...could you please email me immediately with details as we are leaving for Lima from ireland tomorrow..this is very worrying as itinerary is arranged and any hold up will affect conneting trips ...i cannot get any details from edreams except to contacy you !please email as soon as possible ...

So problem is sold, I had a contact with peruvian airline via the reservation desk (I title my mail "para el servicio al cliente") it work only by e mail. And 7 days later the money was back on my account.

I have a similar problem. I was double billed for two tickets and when I complained they said to send them a copy of my VISA bill showing the double charge which I did. They then said I agreed to pay this and there was nothing they would do. I'm still fighting with them.
