Well, it is technically an international airport because it flies to Toronto Pearson airport but I see your point

I am sorry but this airport should not be called International airport but just regional airport . An international airport with no international flight and three stars rating , come on . We always drive out of Ohio for an international flight . Please change the airport name by taking off the word INTERNATIONAL , or the best thing to do is to schedule reel international flights . Would never * my time going there .
