The arm rest on the aisle seat was broken with 2 hooks sticking out. The hooks pierced a hole in my jeans and caused minor bruising on my thigh. Complained to Qantas more than a month ago and still no reply.
Qantas once again lived up to it's reputation of arrogance and not a lot of service.
Delays are blamed on external circumstances. For them it is ok to have several gate changes without clearly announcing them and not having the gate you're sent to adequately manned.
