I booked in RAK airways for 31-Dec2013 online, i got a call on 30-12-2013 as flight cancelled and i am trying to contact them but no one is answering.No information about refund of money also.They were cheating all the booked passengers and they are enjoying with publics money without refunding.

We fly yesterday from jeddah to raselkhaima. Reached raselkhaima at 5.30 pm. Then the staff took our passport and tocket, now the next day morning say the connection flight to calicut may arrive tonight. No proper refreshment, no accommadation, nobody to listen the customer complaint. Here found in airport, many cheated like us. Very bad experience. Never ever this happen to snybody
