i want change my ticket date

Passenger come at airport three hour before but two hour from now on the screen no gate mansion yet . Is it service . I am talking about extra 0786 to Bkk on May 26th. I am calling all numbers but I can't reach any one.

Today 24.08.2014 was my flite for dhaka from Bankok time 16.20 , I reached suvarnabh airpot at 15.45 but cant get the air, So what can i do, Pls let me know
