I was at the Airport on time. The flight was to leave at 3.40pm on 7/05/2017. I was there from 2.45. The counters closed off an hour early and no help was given whatsoever. Now my travel agent is telling me that myself and my partner will need to pay 1000TTD extra EACH to reschedule the flight. This was no fault of our. I am not sure if Krystal Tours or Rutaca is trying to rip me off. I work very hard for my money as well and was in great disappointment. I would not recommend Rutaca nor Krystal Tours in any event. This isnt the first time i am having problems with both. Please be aware.
I wish to make a complain about ticketinf at he counter and trinidad air port . My husbahlnd and i was suppose to celebrare our anniversry t Magrita but we never got ro . We arrives at thw airport 11:45am waiting to check in and we saw to be announced on the board so we wited ans waited only to eventually find out our flight had already departed. We did ask several attendnt but did not get proer information. We were sooo dialsappointed. We do hope we will be able to get obto the flight on thursday
I wish to lodge a complaint concerning your ticketing counter at the Trinidad and Tobago airport,today my family was supposed to travel to the beautiful island of Margarita for a vacation, unfortunately we never got to go because according to your ticketing agent "we missed our flight". Let me assure you that we never missed our flight, we arrived at 12:00 and proceeded to the check in counter, none of the counter showed yor flight information, upon checking the information board, Rutaca to be announced this is what we read, so we waited and waited, we also went to ask about check in time and were told that that flight is not checking in yet, we have visited Margarita before and are used to the delays so we thought nothing of it. My phone rings at about twenty to three and its my travel agent inquiring about where I am, to my horror he is saying to me that the Rutaca agent has called him and told him that we have not checked in, he tells the person that we are in the airport and instead of telling us to proceed to check in , he tells me that the check in counter has closed and that we cannot get on board the plane. My question is why wasn't proper information given out on the check in counter?? and why did that agent wait for check in to close before calling our agent, I am sure if they were really concerned about us they would have made a way, I guess our money was all they were concerned with? I am very disappointed with your service and if I didn't have to collect on my ticket I would never travel with your airline, not that its any concern of yours but we are not wealthy people, my husband works very hard and we saved for this vacation, my son told all his friends about this trip, but off course his disappointment is not any of your concern. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND your AIRLINE and after I collect on my ticket, I WILL NEVER EVER EVER travel withe your unprofessional AIRLINE you ARE too INEFFICIENT and does not have any CARE OR CONCERN FOR YOUR PASSENGERS!!!!!
