Sorry to say I was very satisfied with Saudi Air line but now I am not! Because the departure of my flight SV-887 was on 03 April 2015 from Islamabad to Jeddah ,without any information the flight has been cancelled and still no any information for next departure instead of that flight no any adjustment in other flight. No good response from your air line offices in Pakistan.I am mentally very disturbed my leaves from university are going to finish I was going to pray umrah with my mother and decided to choose best air line I think that was my wrong decision But still its my humble request to your management.Kindly pay attention on my request and adjust us in very first flight so provide confirmation for next flight schedule as soon as possible , my studies will suffer due to delaying of flight. Please reply immediately. Flew RUH-LHR in October. Worst flight I have been on. Food awful crew failed to control passengers even served drinks when seat belt signs on and aircraft bouncing due to turbulence. Took off late landed even later all I got was a smile when I asked why. I complained via their website on 18/10 now having to phone daily for updates. Customer service non existent

The worst travel experience ever. Gate agents in New York delayed me for 2 days saying I needed to get a transit visa to travel through saudi arabia on route from US to Malaysia. Then they again refused to issue a prepaid ticket and the gate agent requested a $300 cash bribe in order to expedite issue of the paid for ticket. Months later I'm still arguing with them and visa and the attorney general for a refund. They won't respond of emails letters. warrants...

I'm not sure they actually exist. I spent 3 days at the ticket counter at JFK trying to get them to issue tickets I had bought online. It was a serious ly annoying experience. The ticket agents were rude and obstructive and uncooperative and ill informed.... First they said I needed a stamp to fly through saudia with a connecting onward flight. They charged me to rebook my ticket for 2 days later and told me to go to the embassy to get the stamp, but of course the embassy sadi I didn't need a stamp for transit. When I tried calling the airline repeatedly, the phone was not in service, or I was patched through to a message saying to call later. I tried to check in again and ticket agent was very rude and said he had sent me for a stamp, why didn't I get one. I told him the embssy said I didn't need one, and he should know that. We went several more rounds, over 2 hours, and he finally came out and asked for a $300 cash bribe to try to move things along.
