Worst airline ever. My flight was delayed because of "lack of aircraft". I was bumped from a flight for no explanation. Then my flight was delayed for three hours and NOBODY told us what was going on. We all sat there waiting for at least somebody at the gate to tell us to board or something. Nothing. We waited 45 minutes PAST our boarding time before somebody finally told us that we will be delayed for another 30 minutes. Worst experience ever. Even worst, they attempted to board a person in a wheelchair on to the WRONG PLANE. Me, I was super pregnant at the time. Did not get a warning that we were boarding and was not allowed to use the bathroom when they started boarding.

Very unprofessional airline operating out of Memphis with flights to Tupelo & Nashville. Experience was worst ever from arrival to the airport desk terminal to departure. Would not fly this joke of an airline again and would not recommend it to anyone. I honestly thought i was on candid camera when i boarded their crop duster.

I got bumped off the flight today, 2/14/15, after 5 hours delay and on my birthday because apparently they needed to take some of their people instead. The airline rep on the phone wasn't very helpful either, she said "but they offered you to get on the next flight." Yes, 30 hours later on a 72 hour trip with the added bonus of a night alone in a hotel for my birthday. So she referred me to the ticketing agency. Thanks SeaPort. Never again.

Worse experience ever! 3 cancelled flights (One on Thanksgiving for unknown reasons.)
