Is there an email that I can write to regarding my damaged luggage - handle spoilt when my friend's daughter reached Incheon Airport on 1 July 2017 and after checking out, then she realized that it was spoilt?
I called Singapore Asiana office at 65 62253866 - Alicia and she told me to call 82 327442135 during office hour which is not possible as my friend's daughter is having class at that time and that's why we need an email address to make a report and will attached a photo/video on the spoilt luggage handle. Please reply urgently as I was told that we need to make the report within 21 days. Thank you - my email address is ulric52000@gmail.com or Sharon-ls.ong@aig.com.

Can I leave my bicycle in my bicycle box at the airport for 3 days? How much would it cost from a Mon to a Thu?

Good Morning
Please could I have the email address for your airports operations director or the head of passenger security as I would like to send some information on passenger increased throughput.
Regards

ICN is my least favorite airport. I an Americanand was recently touring in South Korea. As I was leaving to go to Japan, I was delayed at customs and immigration, and was eventually directed to a small room on the right. I was then told I was being detained. I asked why and they told me a Korean had said I hadn't paid unemployment, which didn't make any sense. It really felt like I was trapped in a cheesy B-movie about a tourist being the victim of a shakedown by government officials in a banana republic, except this was real life. After it was becoming increasingly clear that I certainly wasn't going to pay the extortion fee, they backed off and allowed me to board my flight out of Korea anyway. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
I think you are wrong
