How do I select a seat in advance for a flight I have booked in May?
My flight is 10 hours away and still not able to make an online check-in. It keeps saying "Network Exception, please try again". Tried from several devices and browsers and still the same problem.

The worst by far. Have been waiting for two hours to get a transfer ticket to Tokyo. They cannot give a bag reclamation voucher. They do not explain anything. They do not speak any language other than Chinese. Asking about the Japanese visa status!!!! Lots of terrible things.

I traveled at business class ,when i arrived at Chengdu airport on 14/07/2016 early in the morning.. the ground staff was handing out 200 RMB.. which was below expectations compensation.. I would like to have compensation for unconviance .. the ground staff was unfriendly.. I have to lost my temper before they have to arranged taxi for me.. one ground staff was so stupid ..he through the money and ran away inside the terminal.. I have to do straggle to returned to the terminal to approached two Sichuan airlines ground staff and asked for their help.. they hardly speak English.. I had bad experience with the Sichuan airlines ..

My flight to Lhasa was canceled - they did not even bother to notify me ( flight was canceled well in advance ) despite having my phone and email. Had to buy a brand NEW ticket ( 800$ ), had to pay for my own hotel ( $200) and I am having a hell of time trying to talk to them. They do not speak english and they told they can only work if you have a chinese bank account!!!! How do I escalate this outside the company.
I wish to join their FFP Golden Panda. No information available in English for on line registration. It appears they don't really care. I have trouble using the phone but they have no address for email enquiries. I need to fly often in China but it seems they are not interested in English speaking customers.
Terrible treatment of pilots and flight attendants. Due in part to the very loosely worded CAAC regulations, this company has their pilots on duty for up to 18 consecutive hours. Often flying over 100 hours in 30 consecutive days. Training and other company events are put on their off days. Only allowing them 36 hours rest within 7 consecutive days. Often changing schedules. Flight attendants are frequently on duty from 16 to 18 hours and can actually be on consecutive duty for 24 hours!

Our group has booked Sichuan flight 3U8655 for departure from Chengdu (9.20am) for Jiuzhaihuanglong on 26 Oct 2012. This is our first trip to Jiuzhaigou and we really wish to visit Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou park. If the flight depart Chengdu airport on time (i.e. 9.20am), we will be able to visit Huanglong on 26 Oct 2012. For the past 2-3 weeks, I have been monitoring the flight 3U8655 that departs Chengdu at 9.20am to Jiuzhaihuanglong has always delayed their flying time. What were the causes for the delay? We really hope to arrive Jiuzhaigou on time to visit Huanglong. If your flight does not fly on schedule on 26 Oct 2012, we may miss our opportunity to visit Huanglong.
