I would like to file a complaint. I have given at email details to the manager on duty at around 3p.m. On 25/3/2017, taking flight MI 352 (flight departure time 3:45p.m.) from Singapore to Penang. I have told the on duty manager that I demand a written reply via email tell me what action you take to the names staff who served me badly at the check in counter. I don't want to just hear a word of apologies. The crew not even bother to be complaint due to her poor manner. It means you never take seriously on customers complaint and that's why your crew is having bad attitude.
First time took Silk Air from Singapore to Penang. Paid about S$650 for the return ticket. Yet this is the first time served by the very no manner check in count crew who caused me very frustrated with her attitude problem. Some more don't let go my few kg excess luggage weight and made me paid another S$68. The worst is I lost something in my check in back pack which is no way to lock. Not sure who has stolen it. Very disappointed with silk air.
I wish you could educate properly your crew at check in counter. Her manner cost nothing. So much poorer than even budget airline. Also, hope I won't lost any more things in my future flight with silk air if I still use you.
