I would rate Srilankan airlines as one of the worst air lines in the world. I booked ticket and was in need of wheel chair due to my injuries they refused to provide the wheel chair even after seeing my injury, they operate in different policy to rest of the world, I've been told to get the form filled and signed by the doctor which never heard of before. I ended up paying for the doctors to fill and sign form which was punishment for booking in srilankan airways in the last minute, they were not ready to accept the doctors certificates or any of the medical records. Before booking tickets please check the policy you never know they might charge for providing loo facilities. Avoid night mares...

Srilankan Airlines is the best for my travel since years and years!!!! I never had problems so... You are wrong to say, DONT FLY SRILANKAN. In return Fly Srilankan Airlines, but not ungreatful Tourists as you!!! Ask and question your self if you are perfect in every way? It's never proved so! Always remember that what ever things happen to you on earth is because the things which you have in past is following you. So , we never run down anything or any one. So rosemary houghton try to put your feet on earth and live in a correct way. All the best for 2014 for you to start and learn to live with a good heart and pure heart, not with DEVIL OR EVIL Hearts!!!! mind your language and your bad comments towards this Airlines are like smoke. We are touristes too and we neve pud down anyone or anything.

we were refused to fly as i did not have the credit card i had paid with six months prior. i had to purchase two more tickets outside the airport, we are pensioners and found the ordeal extremely distressing. i was eventually given a refund £38 short of my original payment, i have recieved no rufund of this and no apology. DONT FLY SRILANKAN its a disgrace and not a way to treat tourists.

VERY POOR SERVICE ON [HONE REGARDING FLIGHT 161 FM COLOMBO TO TRIVANDRUM ON 15TH JULY 2012 ( TODAY)... PASSENGERS ARE STUCK AT A HOTEL WITH OUT EVEN PROPER FOOD SINCE EARLY MORNING AND TILL THSI MINUTE AT 3.20 pm, NO STATUS UPDATE PROVIDED.
