after 40 yrs of travelling throughout europe this is the worst airline i have ever travelled with,with cabin crew that need totally retraining in customer care and diabolical in flight food

Don't bother booking seats in advance as this company bumps you regardless and fails to reimburse you immediately - useless

The worst experience I ever had. I was flying with my 9 months old daughter and reserved 2 XL-Seats (and indicated it !). At the gate they switched it to a "normal seat" mentionning that kids cant's sit in first rows --> why can you book it (and pay 40 Euro) for it while indicating that i travel with an infant ?). The flight was replanned onced arrived at the airport of Antalya (16h instead of 15h15) and finially delayed until 17h40 ... The snack served in the plane is a (very) cheap sandwich (cheese and tomato, no napkin). The light above was not working (seat 9A was supposed to be a window-seat but had no window. Summary : VERY DISAPOINTING ... mind this company.
