Booking was cancelled during the booking process, ref Q6BLF 7, it booked me in as a solo passenger when I was trying to book two passengers, unfortunately the cost of the single ticket was taken from my bank therefore I need a refund. year 2018 all previous messages: This is not theTHAI Smile carrier site here, but the discussions forum here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier in most comments. No one can reply without the correct and full data on the reservation or on the flight/destination. Such comments are not fair and trustfullness. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce date / fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 2-15 days by free staff in English. hello sir my self firoz multani i am from mumbai going to bangkok date 13 4 2018 flight we 336 i had a issue for web checking so i reach airport at 12.45 and flight time is 2.40 as i reach the counter i ask the staff about her answere was what we give take it we had and argument for this as her response was rude next seating lady was telling her give him the seat still she was like i cant she didnt show me the seat and the told me i provide u on emergency seat and not gave the seat the floor senior was more rude and telling i will off load you sir its my humble request that i didnt expect from thai airway i have a very good impression about ur air line but because of your staff the image will spoil i request you plz see in this matter thank you firoz multani 09870799007 0066655400786 bangkok number

Thai Smile Airways, AirLine reference – W86TFB Booking Number - BIN-0890408 We try all possible way to contact the Customer support of Thai Smile Airways and no satisfactory reply leading us to contact you on email ids. We are not happy from the response from customer care on this regards when they say that rescheduling cannot be possible. When checked the DGCA(Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Government of India) guidelines for the airlines company in india, I learnt that it can be possible. We are raising this request 2 months in advance All functioning airlines in India has a rules for Rescheduling in which INR 2250 per passenger per segment for domestic flights and INR 2500 per passenger per segment for international flights is being charged. When Thai Smile Airways says, it’s not possible. We feel upset and same time questions the policy of Thai Smile. We have also contacted the Booking agency(BudgetAir)and they have found this case genuine and as an exception have release the Ticket and asked ThaiSmile airways to consider this reversal. We also see that we have Tickets available for the dates we are requesting our travel. There certainly has to be a way out in system. I booked flights WE421 and WE422 with Thai Smile from Bangkok on the 27th October to Kota Kinabalu, returning on the 29th October. I paid by credit card and the amount was immediately debited. These bookings were made in July and soon after I was advised by the airline that both flights were cancelled and that I should claim a refund. I did this, after much difficulty, and my application was acknowledged by email on the 1st October. So far I have not received the refund or any further contact!! If the money can be taken from my account so quickly why has it not been refunded at the same speed. Malcolm Glenny

Thai line that have treatment and places similar for foreigners and thais, without having in mind we are 40% taller, what create problems They aggrupate everybody at the end of the plane instead distribute along the plane in a rational form. No complain forms, and they deny to receive complains nor to identificate the captain nor other person
