After it happened, first week everybody was so helpful, but what happened after it was a disaster.
They call me liar, and other unproffessional things they did. I gave to the company all the bills and all the other things they needed.
Now nobody respondes me, about 1 week ago.
Could you be so kind and let me know what happend with this case in your head office in Prague? And how can it happened that in Budapest they treated me like this, or who is the person I can contact with.

we flew your plane at September 18 2014 from Poznan to Hurgada (TVP 7122, our seat 15 A,B,C) and our baby left in an airplane her tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 with rosa cover.

after travelling with travel services when booking with thomas cook i encounted 11 hour delay outbound resulting in loss of one day holiday and 3 hour delay returning home after a stop down in france due to technical fault, i have contacted airline via email with no reply ,spoilt my holiday. but i will get compensated if it kills me.
