year 2017- 2018 (all messages): This is not the Turkmenistan carrier site here, but the discussions forum here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier . Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be given within 2-5 days by free staff. Horrible airline! Airline told us the flight was cancelled thus moved our flight date to another date however found put the flight that was apparently cancelled was not and it flew it was simply overbooked. Why fly with a company that lies and says there is a technical difficulties when it was overbooked

I have travelled with Turkmenistan a few times before and am travelling again. There is is the slight language barrier but we get by. Prices are good so can't expect too much, although a film for the journey would be good. The flight does get delayed but not by too much, more often then other more recognised airlines. I've been lucky where my luggage always came through.

AOO : I totally agree, if you don't to pay the price then don't moan!! All of you who wrote the messages are cheap people. You book the cheapest flight available and expect service on high levels. If you want all of what you didn't have on the flight go book an expensive one. No issues.

Hi, I am flying to India and I know we can take 30kgs per person but can we take 15kgs in one suitcase and 15kg in the 2nd suitcase so the total of the 2 is 30 kg, pls advise as cannot find this info anywhere,mthanks

All of you who wrote the messages are cheap people. You book the cheapest flight available and expect service on high levels. If you want all of what you didn't have on the flight go book an expensive one. No issues.

Sunday 14/12 014 flight was due tol eave @1640. It was the delayed by 3 hrs. Passengers' were asked to continue for security. It was later on they were advised there was Technical fault with the plane and a replacement plane should be arriving from London to help continue journey. This did not happen and passengers were put up in a Hotel and told to b ready for check in the morning. This was lie as Turkmeinstein Airlines were waiting for the plane due to land Monday afternoon to bring the necessary parts. These passengers are still waiting 26 hours later with No suitcases and no other clothes to change into. This includes the elderly, infants and toddlers as well. The airline are unhelpful I hope everyone is able to successfully claim compensation and the CAA get involved. They do not want to put passengers' on an alternative plane or pay compensation but are using delay and fob tactics. BHX/ CAA /Travel Agents please take note. Disgruntled passenger.

As well as checking the aliirne's website try out with your local airport. Many aliirnes away from their hubs sub contract these jobs out. The airport will know who the major companies are at their facility.
