The manufacturers know about the imposed norms and sizes and what we buy as suitcases is standardized! You don't need to break our suitcases into metal boxes. Realistically - I don't expect any reaction or solution to the issue. I will change you to another airline. Or in the simplest way, make the "cabin luggage" paid. Thanks

They are selling out tickets then cancelling flights. Reimbursement time is up to 3 years based on russian law
