Vision air is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever dealt with in the travel industry. In an industry where reliability and punctuality is key Ц they fail miserably at both. I have worked in Football Operations for both major universities and NFL teams for over 10 years, and I have never come across a company that was so incompetent and unorganized. After they were unable to honor their contractual obligations, they refused to offer any reasonable alternatives that did not involve a substantial wasting of our time and an increase in their fees. Their lack of preparation and efficiency had a ripple effect Ц causing problems and issues with almost every aspect of our trip. I will never use this company again and I strongly encourage anyone involved in the travel or sports fields to avoid this company like the plague Ц that is unless you would like to pay for delayed buses, missed meals, and exhausted players and guests.

The Do It All Tour needs to be renamed. As what we did was wonderful the time allotment you allow for all the activities was very inadequate!!!!! Our tour date was 6-21-11 and our tracking number: N-4211320926. We left from Las Vegas at approx 9:45 am and Left the Grand Canyon approx 3:30pm - On your brochure we did NOT get to #13, 11, 10 &9 !!!! When we were on the skywalk we waited over 30 min for the bus to come pick us up to go back to the main terminal. We wanted to stay till about 7-8pm, however were told the last flight out was 4:30 and it was completely booked!!!! SAD NEWS!!!! We are requesting , a CREDIT of some sort to our charge card , as we feel we did NOT TO IT ALL!!! We think a $100 credit per person would be acceptable.
