Dear sir, We travelled on air arabia ( Reputed Airline of Sharjah) and trust their service and goodwill. We travelled from madina to sharjah after umra. However to bring the zam zam water (holy water from Makkah) we have taken an extra baggage allowance of 20kg at the time of reservation. However, they refused to take more than two bottles. In addition to that we landed safe in sharjah and our luggage not arrived and they informed that they will raise a complain to the concern department and enquire the same. The reason they informed that they have offloaded some luggage due to access of baggage. Please note that the flight was empty (Max 25-30 pax) 3/4 of the flight were empty. I was travelling from sharjah to mumbai on 14th november 2017 by Air Arabia G9 406. I had two bags one of them was hand carry as well as the other one was in luggage. When i reached mumbai airport my luggage was missing.I was returning back from our holy place so there is precious things in my bag.I did complain on Air arabia counter and done the paper formalities also having several calls on there but they didn't response well. I insert my travel dates and destination which works well however after I press search the page that shows the flights, availability and price does not come up, instead I get a page of circles wizzing round and eventually a message pops up saying " Air Arabia is not responsing" Kindly have your IT department check and solve this issue as you will potentially lose out on a lot of business because this problem is pushing travellers to look at alternative airlines as I am about to do. very bad experience because of bad behavior the cabin crew and ground staff was rude, impolite and arrogant, they don't know anything about customer services and rights and how to handle an * customer, I had a problem with one girl of cabin crew was talking in a very bad way with everyone and they were very upset of her and when i told her to talk in good way she started shouting on me and threatening me that she will tell the captain to offload me if i didn't apologize for her and started talking like me or her on the flight, then her colleagues in ground staff supported her and told her that they will take bad actions with me later and then took one of luggage off to take revenge of me and said it is overweight although on the main counter they said it is OK and you can take it and gave me the boarding pass for me and my bag then they lied and took it off, they never say sorry for their mistakes, very bad treatment with clients starting from the ground staffs to the cabin crews, and when i made compliant to the ground staff manager in sharjah airport he said that he received an email about me and started talking very bad and charged me extra fees to bring back my bags. Although I know this compliant will not go anywhere because they are supporting each other against the clients, but I hope to take action with this cabin crew staff and return back the extra charge you took from me to not lose one of your permanent and loyal client who is travelling a lot with you, please take this compliant seriously because I was advised to contact the General Civil Aviation Authority but I would rather to wait for your feedback and satisfied action. I tried to fly with Air Arabia together with a friend of mine. First of all, we buy the FLEXIBLE ticket, so we have a right to cancel it without any penalty, it was wrote on the ticket itself and in the rules in Air Arabia website. So when they change the date and conditions of our flight, which was unacceptable for us (we should stay in Sharjah for all night instead a few hours, we should stay in Kathmandu one night more, and arrive in Kiev one night later and lose money which we already paid for a hotel for this night), we decide to cancel our flight. And thought it’ll be simple because we paid more for this ticket to have this possibility. But Air Arabia return us only A HALF of sum, in spite of their promise to return all money. We called them again and again and have nothing: they told us something “I can’t solve your problem, call another number” – but in this number, they told the same. Or “Yes, you have flexi tickets, but there is a penalty” – US $500 penalty for flexi ticket?? Or “Yes, there is our mistake and you should have all your money back, but we can't help you, you should write for our e-mai» - and fr om this email, there was no response for 5 days. And for making this calls we should use really expensive tariff, because we were in Himalaya Mountains. Our plans for trekking was ruined: we should stay ONE WEEK in a place wh ere we can make this calls, and we spent US $50 for this calls. Fortunately, one of our friends finished his trek and returned to Kathmandu, so he went to Air Arabia office and asked them to return our money. Just after this, they made a transfer of another part of the sum. It took more than one week to have it back. They return for us the right amount in dirham, but we have US dollars bank account, so because of a currency change we lost another $50. I’ll never fly with this airline because of such unacceptable cheating.

Dear Air Arabia, I had Flied with air Arabia and I had a very bad time from Air Arabia Flight services. I used to fly from Sharjah to Trivandrum (13th April ,2016) and return back to 18th April. Both the days the Flight was too late and it was so in tolerable for me. Reservation Number (PNR): 43810660 When I fly from Sharjah to Trivandrum the flight was delayed almost one and half for takeoff and reached one hour delay than the expected time at destination. The same was happened me for today also the flight was delayed almost 45 mintues for takeoff and reached one hour delay than the expected time at destination. Hi Lots of comments I have seen online regards customer service especially when it comes to lost luggage. My cousins flew fr om ras al khaimah to Islamabad and luggage did not arrive. We we're so worried after reading reviews online but.... Contacted air Arabia office in Islamabad and spoke to Mrs Tahir who was amazing and helpful. She dealt with our enquirers in professional manner and informed us when bags wh ere located. A asset to the company.
I flew from Ahmedabad to Bahrain today morning. 19th February 2016. From Ahmedabad to Sharjah I had 2 carry on and 2 check in pieces. My carry on with me were one small stroller and one small bag. When I had to board my connecting flight from Sharjah to Bahrain, I sat in the bus, I have a injury in my hand from a accident which happened yesterday 18th February 2016 evening, so my right hand is in bandage. When I took the bus from the gate to go till the Aircraft at Sharjah, after I got out of the bus the person of ground staff told me to keep the small bag with me and check in my stroller. I don’t know why, so I checked it in. At Bahrain hand luggage stroller which was taped at the zip in Ahmedabad was open, I thought maybe in transit it must have got open. To my shock as soon as I reached Home I checked my hand bag which was checked in at sharjah at the stairs before i board the aircraft to Bahrain, my cash which I Forgot to take out was gone, Everything was there, just someone had taken out my Black leather folder , taken out my cash and kept it back. This is a big theft. I have lost $3000, Bahrain Dinar 200 and 6000 Thai baht. Please look into the matter as soon as possible,, I am going to the Air Arabia office in Bahrain tomorrow, as today is Friday and its closed. Also i have lodged a case with the Airport Police station and they will also look into the matter. I also realized one thing now, why the hell at the sharjah airport the guy told me to check in my bag, the flight was empty and there was ample space to keep my bag, now I know why. The lost of valuable perosnal belogings of mine & family (approximately Rs.400, 0000) has put me in great trouble besides mental anguish away from the country. Me & my family had to suffer already at Sharjah because Airline's delay in flight from Peshawar, due which I had to wait for 13 hours instead of 1 hour, since already booked flight to Najaf had departed before our arrival. The repose from the Airline staff At Sharjah was negative & they bother to provide me a room for only 3 hours on my repeated request that my mother is seriously ill. There seems to be no way to contact Air Arabia. They cancelled my flight, did not rebook it, or offer anything at all. Not even credit. I tried to dispute the charge, but they somehow fought it. I still can't contact them. Only their insurance provider will respond, but they claim airline cancellation isn't a covered event. Never, ever, book on Air Arabia.

Hi, This is Praveen Kumar, I am a regular customer of Air Arabia and I am writing this email in deep frustration and agony. Recently I travelled from Doha to New Delhi using Air Arabia flights which resulted in great financial losses to me for which I need compensation. My journey started on 20th August 2015 with flight G9135 which was delayed badly without prior notice that resulted in cancellation of connecting flight from Sharjah to New delhi (G9463). Finally after repeated requests alternate booking was provided in the Flight G9465 from Sharjah to Delhi that reached Delhi at 6:20 PM on 21st August 2015. This was more than 14 hours later than my scheduled time at 4 AM. I had connecting flight from New Delhi to Allahabad for which I took sufficient 12 hours buffer but due to the delay from Air Arabia I missed the flight and could not cancel the ticket as well since there was no Internet connectivity at the Sharjah Airport. To make the things worse an LED TV which I was carrying along with me was found broken when I opened it immediately after leaving Airport. This LED TV i had purchased on 18-August-2015 from Doha (Qatar) for which I am attaching the purchase bill and delivery note. Total loss I incurred during my travel was 12000 (Air fare) + 32000 (LED price) = 44000 INR I can understand and ready to bear the loss for Airlines delay if the baggage loss is compensated. Hoping for a favourable action as early as possible.

I have traveled once by Air Arabia from Kuwait to Bangalore via Sharjah. i was carrying one handbag around 7 KG but the bag looks bigger than normal because of its make. any way .i didn't had any issues while boarding at Kuwait airport. The counter lady checked the bag and told us we can carry it in cabin as handbag. but in Sharjah while i am about to catch my Bangalore flight (Air Arabia), , there was one Ground staff stopped me and said this bag cant be carried as cabin bag. i have tried to convince him i have valuables in this bag and it is not locked, even i had shown in the valuable inside. but instead he started to scream and shout, i saw many passengers were stopped by him with such reason. he was so rude looks like Philippine National. He tagged my bag and told move with out bag to ward plane. By god grace i saw one Indian staff and explain my problem, he managed to get the baggage along with me in cabin. it was a very humiliating situation to me in front of other passengers. that was the first and last time i traveled with Air Arabia.
