year 2018 (all messages): This is not the Jeju Air carrier site here, but the discussions forum here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier in most previous comments. No one can reply without the correct and full data on the reservation or on the flight/destination. Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce date / fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 2-5 days by free staff in English. I arrived at 58 minutes before the flight and they refused to help me or let me in. Ill never use this airline again. Terrible service. Terrible website. I called them after avdthey still havent called back with English speakers for over an hour.

I tried booking a flight to Incheon after inputting the confirmation code for the credit card the page went back to it booking page, does any had the same issue? What happened? I plan to call the bank later to check if it was credited or not.

i got a round trip plane ticket from jeju air (Manila/Incheon/Manila) because it was on sale. now, I got a much better one way plane ticket to Incheon (Davao-Cebu-Incheon). I'm not planning ln getting another Incheon/PH flight because I already purchased the round trip ticket in Jeju Air. I'm planning to board the Davao/Cebu/Incheon flight, and the Jeju Air Incheon/Manila on my way back. Can I just web check-in my Manila/Incheon flight so that Jeju Air won't revoke my Incheon/Manila flight? Possessing a Mobile Boarding Pass means that the passenger has flown, right? Btw, i won't be having any checked-in baggage so there's no need to go to the counter for bag drop.

I was on a flight from Vientiane to Cebu by your jejuair.when boarding in Seoul I was stopped by a Park cho a, she did not like my Philippin visa. I had to buy a ticket from Cebu to Seoul.I canselled this ticket on the same day I landed in Cebu,26.12, but so far nobody have answered my mails.I want my $530 back asap, but this look like a scum. Hi, I booked a roundtrip tickets online for two(2 person) from other agency(CTRIP) on oct 20, 2017 to nov 6, 2017 from manila to seoul, I just noticed from the itenerary that they've sent to me tha we have no baggage from manila to seoul and on our way back home we only have 15 kilos baggage allowed. I tried to input my booking number even our information to amke a change on the jejuair website but nothing happened, it keeps on say that there is no reservation information was found which agrees with entered information on the screen. I just wanted to add/purchase a check in baggage.I don't jnow what yo do, can you help with this please...Your immediate respond on this matter is highly appreciated. Hello! I need a procedure on how to cancel my booked flight. I tried to cancel in the website but it seems to have a problem and just wouldn't cancel and also, I tried to call the hotline 1599-1500 from early until afternoon but lines seem to be all busy. I've sent inquiries on the site and so as in the email but to no avail I still haven't gotten a reply.

I booked roundtrip manila-incheon tickets last night and paid via credit card. Upon checking my card I noticed that they debited the amount however, I didn't receive any confirmation from the airline as well as details about the flight. Also, the flight that I booked isn't even showing on my jeju air account. I'm from the Philippines so I'm unable to call their hotline because it's in korea. What should i do? ㅠㅠ

Air carrier is entitled to deny passenger of boarding in 3 cases only. case 1: security (phisical resistance from damage) case 2: safety (technical resistance from damage) case 3: incomplete documents, for exampl, the absense of the agreement between Soush Korea and the Federal Republic or HKG on visa issues. Or the passport is invalid for the public tranportation by schedueled air carrier It is unclear from the question of the passengerr, wheather the passenger was going to pass the check-in procedure online or by phone. The rest reasons can lead to the liqudation of the air carrier (in worth circumstances) or, in light circumstances the compensation receipt in full in any leagl method from the air carrier. Last cance: the air carrier's duty is to accept the passanger for boarding at the air port of the departure. ICAO rules completely.

Horrible company - their site "crashed" after the payment was completed. So no I have no confrmation that the ticket is booked and have to block my credit card. Stay away.

Refused to waive a cancelation fee on a ticket, after already paying 120$ in fees to move the date on my ticket. had to pay 240$ in fees, about the same price as the tickets value, just to cancel the ticket 2 months in advance of the flying date.

Jovian : Our flight to jeju was cancelled yesterday (April 16, 2016) and Jeju Air didnt provide any hotel. We are instructed to go and come back on the following day without proper information when we can fly to jeju. They dont think that we are foreigners and hotel is already reserved and we are on tour and have limited time to stay in korea. What a very bad experience with this airline. Same as me, they cancelled on May 2 due to bad weather and the following few days all booked. I didn't have any choice, refund will be wait for a week. Nothing provide. This.is low cost airline.

Jeju Air officers & owners I have been very patient with you and your office, but it's been 2-months now since I called to cancel our KOREA Booking for April 9 travel, yet till now, my full refund hasn't been available, and NO RESPONSE Since the last time my husband spoke with your office. Allow me to repeat ourselves again. 1. During the Travel Fair @ SMX last Feb, my husband, Maurice Lopretti together with me went to your booth to facilitate a MLA-INCHEON-MLA flight slated to happen on the evening on APRIL 8. 2. Before purchasing said ticket, we asked all the relevant questions thru your agent who handled us because you had a fellow customer who was trying to book online and said that online was cheaper. So we checked and asked in the event that we won't be able to push thru with our trip, can we get a full refund? Your agent said YES! And that all we had to do is call up your office in advance. So we purchased the tickets. 3. No where in your airline tickets show that our tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, and subject to fees etc if we requested for refund. 4. On March 7, I called up your office to cancel our trip because of a medical emergency. I was sent a form to fill up which I did and sent it immediately. I was told that I will get the refund a month after, subject to fees of around $150/pax! That would mean that I will just get a very minimal refund as more than half of the amount will be fees!!!! Which to me is absurd! Considering the earlier facts where your AGENT failed to let us know that and it was never in the tickets you issued! 5. We followed up and still your office kept on extorting the fees fr om us! There is NO GOOD FAITH in your part! You failed to make things clear, neither did you explain this to your ticket buyers that day during the travel fair and you surprise your customers with exuberant fees! We've given you MORE than enough time to carry this out, to give us back our money! So I have the email addresses of the following organizations/offices to report JEJU AIR management should you fail to GIVE BACK OUR FULL REFUND before MAY 15. 1. DTI -- against the Phils Consumer Act! Your promos should have the DTI seal wh ere all terms and conditions are explained to your clients. There was nothing on your tickets, neither was it part of your spiels. 2. DEPT OF TOURISM & THE AERONATUTIC BOARD -- as a new player in the Philippine Market, you should have made sure All terms and conditions are visible and explained to clients, Don't wait till we file a case against you coz it will include damages! You have our contact details. We expect our full refund before May 15, as we've given you so much time already!

have bought tickets Gimpo-Jeju yesterday.in case anyone has problems with ordering - simply use the Windows IE, have no idea why but their reservation system works through it only. don't waist ur time on Chrome, Mozillla etc

One of the worst airlines!! Poor service, racist and very unprofessional. I was travelling with a friend who was a frequent traveler to South Korea. But the manager and the people at the airport (Jejuair check in counter) didn't even know the rules that applies for this visa exemption travelers. They won't let my friend check in and questioned him like some sort of criminal for not having any visa to Korea. It was explained properly that there wasn't any need as he is under visa exemption, but they acted like they are the people in charge of SK's Immigration. After almost an hour of asking them to verify this info to the Korean immigration which they keep refusing to do, the Korean manager finally took his time to make a phone call and then he said, yes, it was okay to travel without a visa. There is no excuse for such unprofessional, discrimination which they have showed to my friend. Not knowing the rules is not an excuse, so I suggest you stay away from this airline company as they are not well trained and they don't have good knowledge when it comes to existing rules and regulations. Very ill-mannered company and people for Jeju Air.
