Worst airline ever, the flight was delayed because of bad weather. Had to change planes in Seoul so I asked them if they will arrange my flight but they refused telling me that the weather isnt their problem. They even tried to make me sign a contract that said they wont take any responsibility. I declined and they threatened me that if I dont sign the papers they wont let me on. Air Canada stepped in and they suddenly changed their attitude and I got on the plane. I get to Seoul and couldnt get on air Canada because of the delay, and now they said Ive signed the papers and wont arrange the flight with air Canada. Customer service doesnt work. A fake contract is illegal what can I do?

AC : Does anyone know how we can add baggage in Jeju Air even if we purchased our ticket via trip.com? We've been trying in the mobile app and pc version via ie11 however the add/cancel service keeps on disappearing when the page loaded Hi. Did you finally resolved your problem? Jen : I booked an airline ticket using my ATM debit card. Unfortunately, my trip was cancelled due to closure of airline's operation in Clark. The said airline company offered a ticket refund which I accepted. I was told by the agent that the amount (410 USD) will be credited back to my atm card and the process would take at least a month. The airline company processed the request for last May 27, 2019 but no update until now. How long does a refund takes? Just wanted to know if you have already received your refund?

Andrew Singapore hey SG-drew, All I could say is that everytime your purchase a ticket, your ticket voucher/itinerary will be sent to you right after purchase. If it doesn't then give it 2 days (because it might've been because it was a weekend ). As long as you've booked with the official Jeju Air website, there shouldn't be a problem. Unless you'd like to figure it out with an agent, then you could find their contacts for customer service in their website. I hope all is well. Noella Stchikientuya

Payment processing takes so long. I used Metrobank debit card. Already submitted OTP and site stuck at "your request is being processing". I check my metrobank account and payment was not deducted. Is it mean that i didn't successfully book my flight?

Guest : Hi, I have booked flights from Sapporo - Seoul today and now I need to cancel. The website says that I can do this via the homepage, however when I put in my details, my flight details are retrieved however there is no option to change/cancel the flights. I have emailed customer services however they have not replied. It is urgent as I need to request my cancellation on the same day I booked so I do not get charged the cancellation fee. year 2018 (all messages): This is not the Jeju Air carrier site here, but the discussions forum here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier in most previous comments. No one can reply without the correct and full data on the reservation or on the flight/destination. Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce date / fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 2-5 days by free staff in English. i got a round trip plane ticket from jeju air (Manila/Incheon/Manila) because it was on sale. now, I got a much better one way plane ticket to Incheon (Davao-Cebu-Incheon). I'm not planning ln getting another Incheon/PH flight because I already purchased the round trip ticket in Jeju Air. I'm planning to board the Davao/Cebu/Incheon flight, and the Jeju Air Incheon/Manila on my way back. Can I just web check-in my Manila/Incheon flight so that Jeju Air won't revoke my Incheon/Manila flight? Possessing a Mobile Boarding Pass means that the passenger has flown, right? Btw, i won't be having any checked-in baggage so there's no need to go to the counter for bag drop.

I was on a flight from Vientiane to Cebu by your jejuair.when boarding in Seoul I was stopped by a Park cho a, she did not like my Philippin visa. I had to buy a ticket from Cebu to Seoul.I canselled this ticket on the same day I landed in Cebu,26.12, but so far nobody have answered my mails.I want my $530 back asap, but this look like a scum. Hi, I booked a roundtrip tickets online for two(2 person) from other agency(CTRIP) on oct 20, 2017 to nov 6, 2017 from manila to seoul, I just noticed from the itenerary that they've sent to me tha we have no baggage from manila to seoul and on our way back home we only have 15 kilos baggage allowed. I tried to input my booking number even our information to amke a change on the jejuair website but nothing happened, it keeps on say that there is no reservation information was found which agrees with entered information on the screen. Hello! I need a procedure on how to cancel my booked flight. I tried to cancel in the website but it seems to have a problem and just wouldn't cancel and also, I tried to call the hotline 1599-1500 from early until afternoon but lines seem to be all busy. I booked roundtrip manila-incheon tickets last night and paid via credit card. Upon checking my card I noticed that they debited the amount however, I didn't receive any confirmation from the airline as well as details about the flight.
