Hi, I booked a roundtrip tickets online for two(2 person) from other agency(CTRIP) on oct 20, 2017 to nov 6, 2017 from manila to seoul, I just noticed from the itenerary that they've sent to me tha we have no baggage from manila to seoul and on our way back home we only have 15 kilos baggage allowed. I tried to input my booking number even our information to amke a change on the jejuair website but nothing happened, it keeps on say that there is no reservation information was found which agrees with entered information on the screen. I just wanted to add/purchase a check in baggage.I don't jnow what yo do, can you help with this please...Your immediate respond on this matter is highly appreciated. Hello! I need a procedure on how to cancel my booked flight. I tried to cancel in the website but it seems to have a problem and just wouldn't cancel and also, I tried to call the hotline 1599-1500 from early until afternoon but lines seem to be all busy. I've sent inquiries on the site and so as in the email but to no avail I still haven't gotten a reply.

I booked roundtrip manila-incheon tickets last night and paid via credit card. Upon checking my card I noticed that they debited the amount however, I didn't receive any confirmation from the airline as well as details about the flight. case 1: security (phisical resistance from damage)
case 2: safety (technical resistance from damage)
case 3: incomplete documents, for exampl, the absense of the agreement between Soush Korea and the Federal Republic or HKG on visa issues. Or the passport is invalid for the public tranportation by schedueled air carrier
It is unclear from the question of the passengerr, wheather the passenger was going to pass the check-in procedure online or by phone.
The rest reasons can lead to the liqudation of
the air carrier (in worth circumstances) or, in light circumstances the compensation receipt in full in any leagl method
from the air carrier.
Last cance: the air carrier's duty is to accept the passanger for boarding at the air port of the departure.
