I recently booked a round trip for my family of four from Tbilisi to Abu Dhabi, and due to a confusing interface, I mistakenly selected Sharjah as the return airport instead of Abu Dhabi. I realized the mistake immediately and corrected it within 9 minutes, but I was still charged a hefty modification fee. Despite contacting customer support twice and even escalating the issue to your management team, my request for a refund has been denied multiple times, citing company policy. This decision feels extremely unfair, especially for a new customer who corrected an honest mistake almost instantly. It’s disappointing that Air Arabia is unwilling to accommodate such a clear case of an unintentional error. This experience has left me questioning the fairness and customer care I expected from your airline. To other travelers: I strongly recommend choosing an airline with fairer policies and better customer care. Mistakes can happen to anyone, and it’s important to fly with an airline that values its customers and treats them with understanding and fairness.

I have a question. My mother is traveling from Baghdad to Karachi. As she is traveling with a group, they miscommunicated and booked a return ticket from Baghdad to Karachi via Sharjah with 10 hours layover. My mother is aged and therefore 10 hours layover addition to the actual traveling hour is a lot. My question is if Air Arabia provide any services such as accommodating in a hotel room for such long layover or if we have the possibility to change this part of the ticket such as from Sharjah to Karachi

Brother! You are doing great job. I have a question to clarify my confusion. I applied in AirArabia, I uploaded every document. After 3-4 days I received my experience letter as call center agent... I changed my CV and Updated my profile and I also changed my picture required for Cabin Crew Job, after the applications were closed... This updation changed the date of application on my profile. Visually, It didn't alarm for any problem. But I need to ask that will this updation affect my application screening? Though it is still active on profile

Hi there! I’m having issues booking with AirArabia!!! No booking confirmation and the payment is “pending” in my account. I have booked the same flight four times and no reply!!! In regards to the redeem voucher part- you have to go on the website online and it gives you the “redeem credit” section, whereas the app does not.

Hi, My name is Raghvendra Rajnath Yadav, I traveled by Air Arabia from Kuwait Airport to Mumbai on 29th June 2018. When I reached Mumbai my baggage was missing, I filled complain at mumbai airport & after 15 days I was informed that my baggage is ta Kuwait Airport & the airport authority need my permission to open the baggage & check for security purpose, I gave this permission by writing email on 16th July, 2018. It has been 25 days and there is no update on my baggage, I have been calling every day at mumbai airport but they just say "we do not have any update & you need to wait", all my document, certificates & my salary of 9 months is in my baggage. Can someone please help me & get my bag back to me, as I am getting very later to go back to my job. My passport number: P2835667 Baggage number: G90514240384 Please help me

This is not the Air Arabia carrier' site here, but the discussions on the services of the Air Arabia. If there is no flight information (e-ticket number / reservation number, date , destinations/ origin / name), noone is able to reply without the correct data and the full data. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce air carrier / date / fllight number / airports / your name. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 48 hours - 144 hours by free staff in English. Dear sir, We travelled on air arabia ( Reputed Airline of Sharjah) and trust their service and goodwill. We travelled from madina to sharjah after umra. However to bring the zam zam water (holy water from Makkah) we have taken an extra baggage allowance of 20kg at the time of reservation. However, they refused to take more than two bottles. In addition to that we landed safe in sharjah and our luggage not arrived and they informed that they will raise a complain to the concern department and enquire the same. The reason they informed that they have offloaded some luggage due to access of baggage. Please note that the flight was empty (Max 25-30 pax) 3/4 of the flight were empty. I was travelling from sharjah to mumbai on 14th november 2017 by Air Arabia G9 406. I had two bags one of them was hand carry as well as the other one was in luggage. When i reached mumbai airport my luggage was missing.I was returning back from our holy place so there is precious things in my bag.I did complain on Air arabia counter and done the paper formalities also having several calls on there but they didn't response well. Kindly keep take it sincere to find out my luggage or give the compensation for it.
