So i was only able to type my last name and first name Example Given name: Sarah Jane Last name: Parker I couldnt type the Jane on the information when I was booking. Andrew Singapore hey SG-drew, All I could say is that everytime your purchase a ticket, your ticket voucher/itinerary will be sent to you right after purchase. If it doesn't then give it 2 days (because it might've been because it was a weekend ). As long as you've booked with the official Jeju Air website, there shouldn't be a problem. Payment processing takes so long. I used Metrobank debit card. Already submitted OTP and site stuck at "your request is being processing". I check my metrobank account and payment was not deducted. Is it mean that i didn't successfully book my flight?

Guest : Hi, I have booked flights from Sapporo - Seoul today and now I need to cancel. The website says that I can do this via the homepage, however when I put in my details, my flight details are retrieved however there is no option to change/cancel the flights. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier in most previous comments. No one can reply without the correct and full data on the reservation or on the flight/destination. Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce date / fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 2-5 days by free staff in English. i got a round trip plane ticket from jeju air (Manila/Incheon/Manila) because it was on sale. now, I got a much better one way plane ticket to Incheon (Davao-Cebu-Incheon). I'm not planning ln getting another Incheon/PH flight because I already purchased the round trip ticket in Jeju Air. I'm planning to board the Davao/Cebu/Incheon flight, and the Jeju Air Incheon/Manila on my way back. Hi, I booked a roundtrip tickets online for two(2 person) from other agency(CTRIP) on oct 20, 2017 to nov 6, 2017 from manila to seoul, I just noticed from the itenerary that they've sent to me tha we have no baggage from manila to seoul and on our way back home we only have 15 kilos baggage allowed.
