With due response I would like to inform you that I purchased an airline ticket in Shaheen Air on Eid-ul Adha season time from Sharjah to Lahore (Pakistan) dated Aug 21, 2018 (PNR-19Y9W3VK) Amount Dhs. 347.21/-. Meantime, Shaheen Air has cancelled due to their internal issues and I have to purchase another ticket. Airlines informed us regarding the refundable amount details. Until, I have not received any information and amount from the air lines. Therefore, I kindly request you to assist me to get the refundable amount. Thanking You, Yours Faithfully

Received information Last Night from my friend and he got it from Travel Agent that DMM to LHE flight 02 26th July 2018 is not available upon checking in Pakistan with Shaheen Air they said the Flight NL711 is not seen in the system that means the flight is cancelled but i haven't received any notification from the airline.

I only booked and purchased the ShaeenAir tickets 26 july 2017 for my family 5 tickets including 1 infunt 3 children and 1 adult and travel date is 12 August 2017". After that we requested for cancellation and fill the online submit form to refund my tickets amount date "7 August 2017" but since that day they did't cancel my tickets and still showing confirm on my PNR number... Every time i requesting why tickets are not cancelled they are saying they already forward my details to concern department but no body is calling me or replying me about the tickets are cancel. Further, i am dubai and they have two office, and since 4 days i am calling no body is picking my number....i am really having hard time because where are the authorities who suppose to give me the tickets are cancelled and your refund amount will be this. I booked my flight on Shaheen Air website from KHI to LHE and tried to pay by credit card. The payment was charged to my credit card but ticket was not issued. The message showed payment was rejected even though it was withdrawn from my card. If this payment option is not working why is payment by credit card option shown on Shaheen Air website. I now have to wait for refund and buy another ticket, maybe at a higher price.

If anyone has a problem getting delayed or cancelled flight compensation directly from Shaheen Air, then you can try this website: flight-rights.co.uk/airlines/Shaheen-Air... I am sure they can "fight" to get you a compensation :)

Assalamulaikum. We booked a ticket from our local travel agent with shaheed airline. We travelled to the destination, however shaheed announced that they would not be returning the flight and we must get our refund from the travel agent we booked. I phoned the travel agent. He said when shaheed gives us the money we will give it to you. A few weeks later I went down again and he was so rude. He also said he was too busy! My partner was still in Pakistan at this time so he went to head office of shaheen. They supplied proof that the refund had been sent back to the agent and if they do not pay you the money then sue them. They said they cannot issue it themselves as the travel agent already has the money. My partner returned and went to see the travel agen himself with the proof we were given by shaheen. He still insists that they have not been refunded and ignore the proof. He reckons shaheen have £60,000 of theirs that they have customers waiting for. My partner has phoned another agent with the story and sent the proof to him. He asked is it possible the agent is telling the truth. He said they received all their money back from shaheen straight away. He also said the agent is definitely lying. I do not know what to do. Advice bureau or watch dog? Any advise would be appreciated

Hi, i have recieved a refund but shaeen have deducted £50 for charges. My travel agent said the fee is for shaheen transferring money to pakistan and back again. What a con. I am owed £3300 refund for a flight on the 24th of March from Manchester to Islamabad. It has been 6 weeks and no joy. The travel agent says that they have closed their UK office and are not refunding. I'm not sure what to do. That was our holiday and first trip to Pakistan in 5 years. Very disappointed

The booking clerks appointed by the Shaheen Airline in Riyadh office especially the older man is very rude, unethical, unpleasant and unprofessional. The Shaheen airline`s route from Multan to Riyadh is successful because there is no direct flight other than Shaheen. The booking clerks appointed in Riyadh office have nothing to do with this success. I wish there is another airline from Multan to Riyadh, so that I may not see the dry faces of the non-cooperative booking clerks appointed in Riyadh.

I had a flight NL126 on Julyy 15 at 7pm fr om Islamabad to Karachi which has been delayed to july 16 now at 8 am. Now they r claiming its bad weather. In the mean while several PIA flights have left for Karachi. Ofcourse weather excuse does Not apply to them. BOTTOM LINE SHAHEEN ONLY HAVE LIM ITED AIRCRAFTS ITS OBVIOUS THEY R JUGGLING THEM. MOST PROBABLY COUPLE OF THEM MIGHT HAVE A TECHNICAL FAULTS. LACK OF MAINTAINENCE. WORST AIRLINE EXPERIENCE. NO REGARDS FOR TIME. AND NO ANSWERABILITY. shaheen airline which always late.most of people say that it most of time late like kohstan eexpress . I saw by self because brother my flight was on 24 December 2015 at 12:30pm but its delayed and launch new time 10:15pm but unfortunately its delayed again and said new departure time is 11:30 then changed time 25 Dec 1:am atleast flight departured 3:30am. We waited alot in airport even we feel shame on this cheep airline . Now i well never travel in shaheen airlines.

Dear Sir/madam, I am really disappointed with the airline service and I would like to claim compensation for the damages which has caused to me due to negligence of your duty. I booked flights for my wife and son from Peshawar airport to Dubai to fly on 9th October 2015 and my wife's residence was on few hours drive from Peshawar airport, she reached Peshawar in night with all the luggage. Then someone from Shaheen airline called and canceled their flight and said no flights will be on 9/10/2015 however it was confirmed by Mr. Asif Khan in Peshawar Shaheen Air office and Ms. Nazish in Karachi head office and was then from Dubai authorities that Shaheen air flight was landed on this day. I, and my wife and son had to suffer a lot, mentally, physically and financially due to this problem which was a Shaheen air problem in actual. Also, the amount I paid for the flight on 9/10 was a lot more than the flight on 10/10, this difference should be returned to me as well. Looking forward to hear from you soon. Shaheen Air International is providing better services but whenever weight agents mention in the ticket it is not good sometimes 32 Kg and sometimes 45 Kgs. Why????
