It is near the clock tower. Towards the petrol pump. Also the travel agents next to their office may provide a discount of 10 to 20 AED if you buy from them. Ask if they have their extra 32 KG offer. If you book in advance, you can get 7 KG (hand) + 32 KG (normal) + extra 32 KG by paying 50 AED extra. I think they increased it to 300 AED. But you should ask. Sometimes they offer extra 32 KG for 50 AED. Both sides from Dubai to Karachi and Sometimes from Khi to Dxb. Regards, Khawar Nehal dubai-computer-services.com

Ishtiaq Mukhtar I travelled on Shaheen Air just two days back with my family from Lahore to Kuwait, in their Boing 737-400 with torn seats and broken front trays, highly untrained cabin crew, funny onboard announcements, retired and outdated planes, and worst of all,highly idiot ground staff at Kuwait Airport, especially their team head, behaves like father to all the customers, yelling and sreaming, if next time I have to travel with Shaheen air, I will cancel my vacation.... it was my 2nd bad experience.....

Good airline, i travelled from/to Dubai/Karachi and Abu Dhabi/Islamabad, never faced any problem. If you know things and behave in proper way, you will get what you want.
