in how many days a canceled ticket is refunded?

Faisal Khalid : I am purchasing a ticket for my family member on airblue website by my debit card and ia am not traveling. What kind of form my family members will need to travel on my debit card purchase? I booked a ticket for my colleague using my credit card, and he was travelling because his mother was hospitalized. I gave him an authorization letter with a copy of my credit card, but they did not allow him to board. They want me to go there in person with my credit card and id card. Now that poor guy is running behind Air Blue for the refund.

WOrst experince today with Air Blue and Probally last time I booked this airline. Becuase of pathetic and poor customer care the staff missed our flight for four passenger, not only for us there were 4 more families that were not boarded there with no main reason. All above the lady staff in blue uniform were looking like a local bus service representative. Poorest and pathetic. I visit their office at down stairs and another lady there was same attitude with no professionalism and ethics to speak to client. I suffer monetery and mentall as well. Extreme disappointed.

I am a frequent flyer of Air blue number 17987909 ,ON Friday 13 may 2016 while travelling from Lahore to Abudhabi, my luggage did not arrived at Abudhabi, I complaint in the airport as well as I informed air blue office to take immediate action. Air blue head office provided 2 contact numbers 0506674139 and 0566822047 and I am not getting any response from them. Mostly these numbers are switched off nor they pick the phone . I am very much worried about as I do not want to miss all of my belongings. I like to request to let me know the location of my luggage. I am working here at off-shore. I am here by attaching my complaint report. I got response that in 21 days I will get my luggage back but,till now no action is being taken. And the response from air blue office people is really bad . They are always making excuses and giving contact numbers which are not in response. REFERENCE BOOKING # RFROFC AND HPIRBT Dear Sir / Madam, I write with reference to the above and would regret to inform you that I am a member and my membership number is 18024819. I have booked 3 tickets for my family through website reference booking number ETORDT in which i was requiring 1 ticket with luggage for my wife and 2 tickets without luggage for my children aged 3 and 4 years. Unfortunately your website does not support 1 ticket with luggage and other tickets without luggage i tried a lot finally i booked all tickets without luggage deciding i will rectify in your sales office while payment. I sent my representative in your sales office and they prepared 2 separate tickets one for my wife and the other for my two children. My complaint is that i booked 3 tickets online for AED 327 + 247 + 247 = Total AED 821, but your sales person in Dubai has taken AED 887. Please refund my AED 66 as i am your regular flyer. Dubai/Abu Dhabi office advise to come personally while I am on OFF SHORE 200 KM deep in see of Abu Dhabi & can not come to office. Please cancel the reservation, reply back how to refund the amount. I am sure they will send you the card. Airblue is a very reputed airline company. It has always provided the best service. What can I say about this Airline. They rip people off. I booked a return flight from Dubai to Pakistan for my husband, I live in the UK and paid by Visa Debit card. The transaction went through and e-tickets sent to my husbands email. He was meant to fly out today the 28th. But when he got there they would not let him board, they said I had to be there to show my card I paid with. My husband phoned me, and i spoke to the boarding officer to confirm everything my husband was saying, but still he would not let him through. We had to book another ticket with PIA for the 29th. I have tried emailing many times. NO reply. I constantly phone there so called 24 hour customer service line. Its an answer machine all it says! sorry this number is temporarily out of order. I checked my bank, they have taken the money. How can they get away with this type of behavior. There does not seem to be anywhere to complain. Although I will make my complaint to Trading standards, ABTA and ATOL. I have never heard of this Airline until until now. I truly wish I never came across them.

I planed first time travel in airblue but they closeses their flight Manchester to islamabad now they said they give us our money back 4to 6 weeks ,which is disturbed for all passenger &destroy their Holidays so I suggest everyone never ever booked holidays any new airline .

etihad and pia last but not least air blue well I've flown 2 time 1 from man via trabzon isb then I went man via sabiha goken istanbul to isb the first flight via trabzon oh my days I've gotta say yuk horrible food rude staff I asked for a bottle a water she gave me drank bottle then I went back and said can I have a full bottle she gave me another opened one an said don't com e back again I thought never will do on second one good nice food friendy staff but small plane

We don't like the service of air blue they r crupt me my all family ll never try to travel with this air line becoz my brother detain and send bak Pakistan home office submit his ticket fees they paid for ticket but on. Pakistan air port they kept his passport and asking for ticket 500 hundrdd pound just for making money we ll do complain
