For booking and checking in, you do have to create an account and a password, then go to your emails and follow links to download the app to your phone, log in, click -My Trips - put your booking code in and then just fill the form in

Flight delayed 17 hours Liverpool to Rome 27/07/18 did not go on my holiday Absolute battle to get any response from anyone. Took 41 days to receive a response. (One free ticket) just not good enough.. was promised full holiday refund and compensation for both passengers in T&Cs at time of leaving the airport not knowing if the plane would even be rescheduled. I think everyone on the 7 hour delayed flight from Alicante to Liverpool on the 7th April is still waiting for the compulsary compensation that we have been promised. Maybe we should all take this further. The only way I can see to contact them is via their website. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
I can't even book flights enter in payment details and then it doesn't confirm is there better browsers than other. I don't know if I have paid for the flights or not
Regarding any difficulties with the website, I agree it's terrible.. Keep trying though. I was constantly seeing error messages but I just kept going back a page and trying again (several times) it eventually worked.

I was getting the server error message when I was clicking on the link via my confirmation email. Went directly to their website and was able to check in without any problems

This morning, when I tried to check my booking status, I was sent to a blank page with only a few lines saying that there has been a server error in "/" Application. Now, I don't know what this means but I checked my last name, my email and my booking code and there were no typing errors. I tried with my daughter's booking reference too and same thing happened. She's lucky that she has already printed her boarding pass but I would like to know if anybody had encountered the same issue.

Im leaving from Torino in about 40hrs and my online check in is just not working! Blue air online check in totally blows. I wont be able to be at the AirPort 2hrs hours before (more like 80minutes) so i hope they are not anal about that. I travel with carry on only so should be fine. However, this is annoying! We have tried over and over again to check in. Customer service not bothered say we aren't within the 30 days (we fly within 6 now), use mozilla (same problems regardless), use email address (same problem) or check in at airport 2 hours before flight time. We weren't necessarily saving money but it was best flight time for us.

I did finally get it to work - but i still think it is ridiculous that i have to pay for seat selection, but don't actually get to select my seats. If you get the runtime error just start the process over and at the seat selection stage, just continue - dont change the selection. then when you reach the end you will see the boarding passes. I did also get charged a spoilage fee for some reason, i dont think it actually went through.

Having the same problems as a lot of people here! Don't want to use the allocated seats as there are we are travelling with our 2 kids that won't appreciate being separated from us, 4 seats in different parts of the plane! I also object having to pay for seats too, what happened to the 'free on-line check in'. Sometimes i think its worth paying the extra and going for a more reputable airline. Not a happy customer so far and haven't even got on a plane yet!

I had the same problem. To make it work I went to "Manage" first and did 2 things: -added email -chose a seat
9 times! Absolutely Horrific website. I lost about 5 years off my life trying to check-in. I Tried : Mozilla, Edge and even Internet Explorer. Must be an inside job! lol
If you are experiencing issues with BlueAir online check in. For some strange reason you have to use the seat which has automatically been selected for you. I was experiencing issues as I wanted to change the seat to another selection and it kept on crashing the website. Unfortunately I have to sit in where the computer has decided but at least I was able to receive my boarding pass for the flight. I would also recommend you use the Microsoft Edge browser. Also BlueAir how come your call centre is non-stop, Monday to Sunday and nobody answers after calling multiple times?

It isn't possible to add an extra luggage during the check-in process on booking.blueairweb.com/. That will cost them money. The option to add luggage is there, but nothing happens when I click any of the buttons.

Tried all the browsers going too. I sorted it out by using ‘Manage booking’ to book and pay for seat allocation, then online booking went through at first try on Edge.
Can Blue Air please reply to all these concerns ew check in online? Can we checkin at the airport without penalty and without being seated miles apart?

Had the same problem, I've been trying to check-in for the past 24 hours. It finally worked by not selecting a seat and basically letting the system allocate it. I managed to check-in from Edge, but to actually save the boarding pass I had to switch to Chrome and save it as pdf from there. Otherwise it wouldn't show the QR code. Regardless, worst service ever, if you need to call the customer care you have to use the surcharge number, the regular one is only for ticket purchases. If I didn't need to travel for work, I wouldn't have chosen them.
Their website works for me only with Microsoft Edge. Problem is that the boarding pass I now need to print won't save as a PDF. Rubbish company; first time I'm flying with them!

We had the same issue when we tried to complete the check in, Server Error in '/' Application. The BlueAir advice was to reload the checkin page using Ctrl + * + R, which also ignores the cache and to keep the seats that were automatically selected by the application. We end up having the seats appart,but it worked. In our case, I believe the issue was raised because we tried to change our seats. When we retried the checkin, we found the seats selected in previous attempts as unavailable, somehow they remain stucked in the system. Good luck
