So I had this reservation booked and I looked to see if I could change the flights. Without any notice BlueAir changed the flights without me approving the change and now it’s requesting payment of over £400. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did you do? Thx!

Paid for a flight, and can’t find the reservation anymore. Also no confirmation email was sent, only payment confirmation. Tried to call but we can’t reach them. What should we do? FT8gL

Quite the most pathetic airline ever encountered. No doubt with covid this airline is going to go under. They totally confused my bookings, with connecting flights leaving before I even arrive. To try to reach them on their o-called helpline is impossible as phone calls just get dumped by a robot and emails don't get responded to. How IATA can allow this level of disgusting pretence is beyond comprehension. DONT EVER CONSIDER USING BLUE AIR DESPITE ANY PPARENT CHEAP FLIGHTS. NO FLIGHT AT ALL ONCE PAID FOR IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE.

I tried to contact them regarding a flight they modified and made the entire travel unsuitable. I wrote an email nothing, I contacted them through the online chat facility nothing, I called them several times waited for an over an hour nobody picked up the phone. While staying on the line I was reminded by a machine that the average waiting time is just over 5 mins. I had to hang up after an hour. Appalling service! I advise everyone against it.

I assumed after paying for the comfort option it would be simple but no, they want the equivalent of a completely new booking despite their drop-down box for comfort it says the date was flexible with no extra charge---any help or suggestions out there--and we are regular customers of Blue Air David O

I booked a flight in January 2020, to fly August 2020. They cancelled the flight and did not tell me, then put my money in an electronic wallet. I applied for a refund on 23rd uly but still have not had. You cannot contact them by phone and they don't respond to their chat or e-mails. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, THEY ARE CLEARLY GOING OUT OF BUSINESS AND HOLDING ON TO YOUR MONEY. FRAUDSTERS

the shittiest airline ever. Called twice for 50 min i waited just to be told by a robot that they are experiencing difficulties to try again later. what a bunch of * ! My flight got the airport changed 3 days before the actual flight and I cant check in at all. Sent mails tried to contact them in any form, no answer. never again Blue air, never again!

I have made a booking with Blue Air. Did not even manage to record the booking number. They didn't send me an email and I can't reach them to sort this out. I have tried to call, email, nothing. They leave me waiting 50min on the phone and then they say something is wrong with the network and they hang up. What is wrong with this company? Anyone had any chance reaching them? Such a * of time. I will never book with this company again. They are a bad joke.

Every time I stay on the phone for 60min and when finally my call goes through the call is cancelled saying they have a network error!!!!!!!!!!! Guest : my stress levels are through the roof....nobody answering the phone....we are due to fly on 18th July & I had email saying that I had until 14 days before we were due to fly, to request vouchers....then one which went through to spam telling me I had till midnight 29th June 2020 to request voucher....so stressed

The link on the Blue Air website does not work, I just wanted to use 'Manage' booking from the top menu on the website to add a baggage to my flight. But they just show 'loading' on and on, it does not work ! Someone should fix this website. I could not reach them over the phone.

Hello, Does anyone know where on the blue air website I can find my electronic tickets? I have only received the itinerary via email and therefore cannot ask my company to reimburse me (it's a business trip).

They have now significantly increased the cost to add a bag at a later date and also reduced time when you can check-in online, which is now based on the ticket type ie Light, Classic or Premium. Shame on you Blue Air

Cannot add baggage to my flight ...online check in is a joke..spent hours phoning blue air ...could not get through...very frustrated and annoyed....will never use them again.....lets see what happens when I checkin at airport...refuse to pay over the odds for baggage that I could not do on line.....help....

Frank : Check this link www.blueairweb.com/de/de/online-check-in... but not with Firefox. Do Edge or other. No browser, whether on PC or mobile, works for performing online check-in! seems like their platform is down. If this is the same issue as on 24th of February it's indeed a joke of a company; if i will be taxed for checking in at airport (plus the extra time wasted) i will file a formal complaint with customer protection.
