year 2018 (all messages): This is not the T'way Airlines carrier site here, but the discussions forum here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier. No one can reply without the correct and full data on the reservation or on the flight/destination. Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 2-5 days by free staff in English. Carl : Is there any way to have contact person who can speak English? I have made a reservation last night but I didn't receive any confirmation email. Upon payment successful, the page just went off to the main page. My bank account deducted. Called customer service, but none of them able to speak English. You can email your concerns to mjkim2@twayairservice.com or call 0118216888686 if you are in the US. They speak English. I called and they were able to help me with my issues.

I need to up my baggage allowance, however online the "purchase check-in baggage" button is grey and not clickable. I have only 15kg with my ticket and am on a trip around SE Asia, all other flights have 23-30kg so I need to up this flight. Any advice?

Thanks I figured it out. I sent them a message and the coupon needs to be in the same currency as the departing countries currency. So you'd have to make an account on the korean site to receive the korean KRW coupon.

I have paid for 4 tickets from Gimpo to Jeju but have provided a wrong email. As such, no confirmation is received. I have called the customer service but the officer cannot help because she speaks little English. I have sent a letter to cancel this booking and get a full refund but no respond so far. I was scheduled to catch a 1355 flight to daegu upon checking in they informed me that the flight was delayed due to snow in daegu which I knew for fact was a lie it was not snowing at all. Do not appreciate being lied to. So it was delayed 5 hours . While waiting they pushed it to 2010.... they offer no explanation and only a 8 dollar voucher for food for the inconvience meanwhile I have sat in the airport for nine hours..... this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional this was on the 12 th of January

Two attempts to book a flight ended in the nirvana of endless pop ups. Missed the special. T'way is not exception but "proud" representative of south Korean airline business status. Overpriced fares, unreliable operations, ancient booking tools, Jim airlines wants you to proof you are human every time you want to see how much you flight cost... if after all the torture you will be able to make the booking is questionable. If you come to Korea book your ticket on any non Korean airline for your way out or you may never leave this country. To close a booking on a T'way you need to enter a phone, unfortunately only SE Asian countries are given as choices... you can just enter some fictitious Thai or HKG number to tryto make your booking.... that didn't help me. Good luck with the stone age airlines in Korea.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen. It is not clear from the Baggage Guidelines whether only hand luggage is permitted. My husband and I booked a flight from Taipei to Gimpo and from Seoul to Sanya. Can we each have 10 kg of luggage and every 15 kg of checked luggage? This is so in their business conditions. Can the respective 15 kg be in a bag with 2 people? As 1 piece of luggage 30 kg? Last night I booked a flight from Seoul Incheon International, to Tokyo Narita, (TW201) at 7:45 am, landing at 10:15, for the 14th of August, for 2 passengers, at a price of 326000 KRW / $382 AUD.
