I was scheduled to catch a 1355 flight to daegu upon checking in they informed me that the flight was delayed due to snow in daegu which I knew for fact was a lie it was not snowing at all. Do not appreciate being lied to. So it was delayed 5 hours . While waiting they pushed it to 2010.... they offer no explanation and only a 8 dollar voucher for food for the inconvience meanwhile I have sat in the airport for nine hours..... this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional this was on the 12 th of January

I paid for the flight tickets but the website immediately went to the home page without giving me any booking reference number. I am hence unable to retrieve my booking information. I realised I gave them the wrong email address hence there is no way I can contact T'way or they can contact me. I don't know what I should do now to check if my flight has been booked.

hi, i am from singapore and i am trying to book air ticket from gimpo to jeju. Mobile number is required but the drop list for the telephone code does not have an option for "singapore". What should I do? Thanks!

Morning, Yesterday night i had book a flight from Jeju to Seoul (Gimpo) on 21/04/2018,10am.But i have not receive any email for the booking number and payment detail. I check my credit card payment was deduct the flight ticket money.Is it possible to board a flight from Jeju to Seoul (Gimpo) without the flight booking number?

Hello There does not seem to be a contact email address that works, emails bounce back. I have tried sending to: reservations@teayair.com but this does not work. Also I tried calling the customer service phone number However there is no response. I wish to confirm my cancellation today, done today on your website. We booked a flight today for Kara Dodson & Sandra Lee Bell. I never received email confirmation due to the incorrect email address written incorrectly by the T’way sales staff. We have since changed our travel plans and have cancelled the flights today 17.11.04. This has been done via your website today. Two attempts to book a flight ended in the nirvana of endless pop ups. Missed the special. T'way is not exception but "proud" representative of south Korean airline business status. Overpriced fares, unreliable operations, ancient booking tools, Jim airlines wants you to proof you are human every time you want to see how much you flight cost... if after all the torture you will be able to make the booking is questionable. If you come to Korea book your ticket on any non Korean airline for your way out or you may never leave this country. To close a booking on a T'way you need to enter a phone, unfortunately only SE Asian countries are given as choices... you can just enter some fictitious Thai or HKG number to tryto make your booking.... that didn't help me. Good luck with the stone age airlines in Korea.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen. It is not clear from the Baggage Guidelines whether only hand luggage is permitted. My husband and I booked a flight from Taipei to Gimpo and from Seoul to Sanya. Can we each have 10 kg of luggage and every 15 kg of checked luggage? This is so in their business conditions. Can the respective 15 kg be in a bag with 2 people? As 1 piece of luggage 30 kg?
