We had a return flight in September 2022 which was cancelled to return home to the UK on 07/09/2022. Rebooked and that flight was cancelled too. Due to commitments, work, house pet sitter we could stay any longer so had to pay over a thousand pound to come home with British Airways Business Class as that was the only seats they had. Flight number OB1332. I am still awaiting my refund. Is anyone taking responsibility for this?

I am having the same issue at the moment and the fact that we can't contact them infuriates me. The only way Is Calling which first of all they don't pick up and it also costs 0,60 EURO/minute. I booked a flight the day the airline's bank account was frozen. Around 2 hours after the booking was made, we heard the news on TV. However the money (600ˆ) was not taken from my account for another few days. Why did they take this money and how can I get it back. I don't understand why they're charging me this and I don't want to wait and get charged the airport check in fee.... How do you get around the "spoilage fee"?????? They cancelled my flight and didn't tell me. Expedia told me. They are still sending me offers to upgrade to a flight that has been cancelled! They haven;t offered and alternative flight and the only info I have had is via Expedia. I still don't know if they can offer a reschedule or alternative accommodation since my hotel is non-changeable. Aren't they supposed to offer a hotel of equal quality?

I have to recover 200 Euro from them. I have to contact the buyer protection in Romania. In one word they are SCAMMERS. Avoid them ! I had some other issues with them in the past and hopefully I'll find other alternatives in the future. Their motto is: "At BlueAir we damage luggage(-s) and treat customers like garbage"

I booked a flight and i got stuck in redirect screen and i didn't receive any email or info. So i wrote them an email and they replied back telling me that my request to book was registered via a number and it is going to be processed and i will be notified after that. My bank did not process the payment so far, but the money are on hold currently. I will wait until tomorrow to see what happens.

Online check in for Blue Air is not working either mobile web or desktop browser. I have a 9-digit code from Expedia. When I try to type it in to Blue Air website, it gets cut off after 6 digits. (The form only accepts 6 digits) Therefore, it is impossible to proceed with online check in.
I just put five noughts into the box and the message went through.

Hi, we had the same problem and we could not get any replies to emails, live chat, get in touch with your bank explain the situation make sure you have all your paperwork, bank statements, etc and instruct the bank not to make a further payment to Blueair because they will probably try to take payment and as for a refund of any money already taken from your account, ask your bank if you paid by debit card to apply a chargeback, if you paid by credit card, get in touch with your credit card company explaining the situation and tell them you want your money back, good luck and don't give up due to lack of communication from Blueair
