My flight was cancelled and been offered to be refunded to the same payment method that was used when purchased the ticket. How to proceed with this option?
I have to recover 200 Euro from them. I have to contact the buyer protection in Romania. In one word they are SCAMMERS. Avoid them ! I had some other issues with them in the past and hopefully I'll find other alternatives in the future. Their motto is: "At BlueAir we damage luggage(-s) and treat customers like garbage"

I haven't receive any confirmation mail, nothing. I don't know if the payment went through, if the flight was booked... did somebody had the same issu recently ? Yes, it happened to me today as well. I booked a flight and i got stuck in redirect screen and i didn't receive any email or info. So i wrote them an email and they replied back telling me that my request to book was registered via a number and it is going to be processed and i will be notified after that. My bank did not process the payment so far, but the money are on hold currently. I will wait until tomorrow to see what happens.

The bank gave me the money back ,full amount in less then 12h since I made the claim . Stop contacting Blue Air as they do not answer at all for nothing, not even with a good excuse. Do charge back with your bank soon as possible!!!!!

Online check in for Blue Air is not working either mobile web or desktop browser. I have a 9-digit code from Expedia. When I try to type it in to Blue Air website, it gets cut off after 6 digits. (The form only accepts 6 digits) Therefore, it is impossible to proceed with online check in.
I just put five noughts into the box and the message went through.

After I read all the messages here I understand that probably I will strugle to have my money back, they cancelled the flight and so far no answer to my email, I paid my tickets in January, the flight was cancelled in June , we are in September and I don't have any answer at my emails, I've tried to put my money in their pocket to use other time also imposible now, the messege is to call them, as they even answer, this is a joke.If you paid with credit card don't lose your time, make the claim, for me that I paied with the debit is a littlke more difficult but I won't let them my money, I will file complain right now.

Hi, we had the same problem and we could not get any replies to emails, live chat, get in touch with your bank explain the situation make sure you have all your paperwork, bank statements, etc and instruct the bank not to make a further payment to Blueair because they will probably try to take payment and as for a refund of any money already taken from your account, ask your bank if you paid by debit card to apply a chargeback, if you paid by credit card, get in touch with your credit card company explaining the situation and tell them you want your money back, good luck and don't give up due to lack of communication from Blueair

Quite the most pathetic airline ever encountered. No doubt with covid this airline is going to go under. They totally confused my bookings, with connecting flights leaving before I even arrive. To try to reach them on their o-called helpline is impossible as phone calls just get dumped by a robot and emails don't get responded to. How IATA can allow this level of disgusting pretence is beyond comprehension. DONT EVER CONSIDER USING BLUE AIR DESPITE ANY PPARENT CHEAP FLIGHTS. NO FLIGHT AT ALL ONCE PAID FOR IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE.
I tried to contact them regarding a flight they modified and made the entire travel unsuitable. I wrote an email nothing, I contacted them through the online chat facility nothing, I called them several times waited for an over an hour nobody picked up the phone. While staying on the line I was reminded by a machine that the average waiting time is just over 5 mins. I had to hang up after an hour. Appalling service! I advise everyone against it.

the shittiest airline ever. Called twice for 50 min i waited just to be told by a robot that they are experiencing difficulties to try again later. what a bunch of * ! My flight got the airport changed 3 days before the actual flight and I cant check in at all. Sent mails tried to contact them in any form, no answer. never again Blue air, never again!

I have made a booking with Blue Air. Did not even manage to record the booking number. They didn't send me an email and I can't reach them to sort this out. I have tried to call, email, nothing. The link on the Blue Air website does not work, I just wanted to use 'Manage' booking from the top menu on the website to add a baggage to my flight. But they just show 'loading' on and on, it does not work ! Someone should fix this website. I could not reach them over the phone.

Hello, Does anyone know where on the blue air website I can find my electronic tickets? I have only received the itinerary via email and therefore cannot ask my company to reimburse me (it's a business trip).
They have now significantly increased the cost to add a bag at a later date and also reduced time when you can check-in online, which is now based on the ticket type ie Light, Classic or Premium. Shame on you Blue Air

No browser, whether on PC or mobile, works for performing online check-in! seems like their platform is down. If this is the same issue as on 24th of February it's indeed a joke of a company; if i will be taxed for checking in at airport (plus the extra time wasted) i will file a formal complaint with customer protection.
