I've contacted the customer service regarding the sports equipment like bicycle in a box with my dimensions exceeded their luggage 158mm. Finally after some checking she said I may do so but that's an extra charge but charges she can't give. So I called again and this time another department said no, I can't bring in my bike at all, can do with cargo shipment. May I know the exact correct answer please.

ReplyThe Malaysian airlines cancelled my flights during covid 2021 Dec. Since then I am trying for $7000 refund money, I call them every month, they just cut the call after keeping in hold.
I had bought tickets to visit my birth country in 2019 after 10 years in Australia. However due to covid malaysian Airlines kept on extending the voucher we had and said we had purchased nonrefundable tickets, so they are unable to provide us a refund although they had cancelled and extended the voucher. Anyways after multiple phone calls to the call center, being cut off several times (on their end of course), we were tricked in to transferring our extending voucher into a credit voucher. Now they won't let us book flight tickets with the full funds we have and trying to trick us to get cheaper tickets while forgoing 1/3 of our funds that we have paid. They are absolute cheats and frauds; I never thought a well-known and reputable company could scam and trick people at a difficult time for most people around the globe. I am astounded. I will never buy any tickets from Malaysian airlines again nor will I recomend purchasing any tickets to anyone I know!
Getting "A frequent flyer number provided is invalid. (119120)" warning during the flight booking in the Malaysia Airlines website. There are no updates about the warning in the forum's. Looking for the more info to solve the warning.

Exactly, i m in the same situation, i tried to use the promo code they offered me and it is blaming the payment option. I wasted more than 8 hours in reattempting with different bank cards and discussing with bank support persnals. ALWAYS IS THE SAME ALWAYS HAS BEEN Faced this issue for over a year and have informed them directly on the line with the Global Contact Centre, as well as via FB Messenger, and the website feedback (under the 'AskMH' menu). Often the pre-recorded message stops after about 13m25s and it goes silent, but you're actually still in the queue and make get picked up. If not it tends to cut you off or revert to the beginning around the 25-minute mark. Also, once you do get through, if they put you on hold or mute for more than a few minutes (esp during periods of high call volume), you will also have your call automatically cut and put through to the Customer Satisfaction Survey. In the last 6 weeks, agent after agent has promised a call back, including their 'customer call back' staff, but none have done so. And the last agent I was speaking to today said that they aren't allowed to call us during high call periods! But obviously, they haven't been in a high call period permanently for 6 weeks 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

This has got to be the worst airline ever. Been trying to book a ticket for days now through their website and payment via credit card keeps getting rejected with the error 4613-message saying they are having difficulty accepting the credit card details provided. From the looks of the other messages, this appears to be an issue with MH's online booking system. All calls to their number are never picked up which leads me to the conclusion that MH is not serious about staying in business. You'd think after being bailed out on so many occasions that they would learn their lesson but I guess I was too optimistic.

I am trying to book online in Malaysian Airlines for the route Dhaka - Sydney. I completed up to stage 3 (services) without problem. At stage 4 (payment), I am facing problem. MAS is not taking our view seriously. All they offer is a travel voucher which you can only use for the passenger the original ticket booked under, and need to top up fare difference!
