I hv been having serious problems to redeem a Maswings flight MH3222 from Miri-Labuan on 22 Feb the past few weeks as it is not offered. I also randomly checked to redeem other Maswing sectors such as BKI-LDU, LDU-SDK & SDK-TWU & same end result. Called up the Call centre, emailed both Enrich & gccc.reservations. End results: Run-around without definite answers & solutions to my predicament. This is the ENRICH-MAS bolih.

You can call them at 1-300-88-3000. I had trouble with my booking as well. I called them and the representative helped me with the booking.

I recently had an incident as a passenger unable to use their 'satellite' Golden lounge. Apparently I needed to use the 'domestic' golden lounge in another building. The staff were rude and unreasonable. It will be the last time I travel with Malaysian and certainly the last time travelling through KL (unless with Airasia). MAS still struggles with there customer service and for an airline which struggles and entering 2020 'Visit Malaysia' year...SHAME ON YOU.

My ticket name is wrong and malaysia airline refuse to change it and asking me to refund the ticket and rebuy another one, you make customer feel really bad image on this and consider everything is customer fault this is bad. I hope you can make it better for customer service to earn your customer faith back.

i just flew to Phuket and return (Melbourne )this mouth using your airline i was so disappointed in the food on the air craft ,,i was so sick from the food i vomited all the way home and two days afterwards , i had to take off work . aswell only got two very small drinks the whole trip i will not be flying with Malaysia airline again ,, i will go go back to THAI AIRLINES

year 2017- 2018 (all messages): This is not the Malaysia Airlines carrier site here, but the discussions forum here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier . Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be given within 2-5 days by free staff.
