I've been trying to log in to MHExplorer for the last two days but the login webpage says that maintenance work is under way. Any idea how long it'll be until the website is back up?

My Airlines Company cancelled all the flights to Malaysia. We were rebooked for MAS flights. The e-tickets showed our names together without a space also Surnames last. We transferred the information to enrich. Then a red message of ‘Modify personal details’. Will I be charged if I modify it.

MH Enrich has on a couple of occasions, not automatically included my earned air miles in their statement. When contacted, the person in charge made me wait for 4 months and I am yet to see the points added to my latest statement. Shame on you, MH Enrich!

We have tried several times with different credit cards to book flights and on every occasion the booking has failed. One error message advised a booking was in progress, but it wasn't ! MAG need to resolve these issues or else will be losing business to airlines whose websites are working well. (Before anyone says it's the credit cards at fault, there are more than ample funds, and yesterday I booked a flight with Qatar without any problems....)

Book now Pay Later option is not working. I need one for my malaysia tourist visa requirements. Does anyone have ideas of how I can submit a flight booking online for tourist eVisa without paying for it UNTIL I get my visa? If my visa gets rejected, my flight payment wont come back obviously. It seems like the app unable to load payment verification window within the app and just stucked at the payment process without any information. I have to use a normal web browser to proceed with the payment via credit/debit card since it will required the OTP numbers to be entered to proceed with the payment.

I went to set up an enrich account to book tickets. But i can't enter my frequent flyer number. It says invalid... 😠😠. I can't find any help or customer service on mas website for this. I wish i had read this forum earlier. I thought I would try mas but now i wish i had just stick with my usual Emirates

I've contacted the customer service regarding the sports equipment like bicycle in a box with my dimensions exceeded their luggage 158mm. Finally after some checking she said I may do so but that's an extra charge but charges she can't give. So I called again and this time another department said no, I can't bring in my bike at all, can do with cargo shipment. May I know the exact correct answer please.

The Malaysian airlines cancelled my flights during covid 2021 Dec. Since then I am trying for $7000 refund money, I call them every month, they just cut the call after keeping in hold.

I had bought tickets to visit my birth country in 2019 after 10 years in Australia. However due to covid malaysian Airlines kept on extending the voucher we had and said we had purchased nonrefundable tickets, so they are unable to provide us a refund although they had cancelled and extended the voucher. Anyways after multiple phone calls to the call center, being cut off several times (on their end of course), we were tricked in to transferring our extending voucher into a credit voucher. Now they won't let us book flight tickets with the full funds we have and trying to trick us to get cheaper tickets while forgoing 1/3 of our funds that we have paid. They are absolute cheats and frauds; I never thought a well-known and reputable company could scam and trick people at a difficult time for most people around the globe. I am astounded. I will never buy any tickets from Malaysian airlines again nor will I recomend purchasing any tickets to anyone I know!

Getting "A frequent flyer number provided is invalid. (119120)" warning during the flight booking in the Malaysia Airlines website. There are no updates about the warning in the forum's. Looking for the more info to solve the warning.

dr sallehuddin : dear all, i think that Malaysian Airlines is intentionally blocking my request to use my redemption points as part payment for flights! the credit card is intentionally blamed but as the bank is also concerned and called me to say that no attempt was made by MAS to debit the account then i can only come to the assumption that they just dont want you to redeem the points! this is outright FRAUD! Exactly, i m in the same situation, i tried to use the promo code they offered me and it is blaming the payment option. I wasted more than 8 hours in reattempting with different bank cards and discussing with bank support persnals. Malaysia airlines customer care is simply * . they put me on queue for 30 mins and the call automatically dropped off. it happend twice.. TOTAL FRAUD airline.

Hi everyone I accidentally canceled my mum’s flight and she was booking using her own enrich points. When I ask them to undo the refund but they said it’s been proceeded. And now they said about the enrich points are non-refundable. Is there anyway to refund the points?

Guest : Guest : I tried to redeem my enrich miles for flight tickets, something really funny happen whereby the payment cannot get through with a message: "1 error • We are having difficulty accepting the credit card details provided. Please validate and try again. This may be due to an invalid credit card type, in which case please provide another one (4613 - 25657)" I don't think there's anything wrong with my credit card because when I try to book the flight with full payment (without mile redemption), it smoothly went through. It seems that the system intentionally blocked the miles redemption. I called MAS customer service many times and their answer was simply "system down" and nothing resolved even after 3 days. They suggested redeeming the miles for flight tickets through phone call but it cost extra RM300 than the online redemption. This is so ridiculously frustrating! Guest : Guest : every time I call and wait then it connects then the call ends. This has happened to me 5 times now. yesterday I waited for 21 mins then got cut off. Anyone else having issues trying to get through to them? ALWAYS IS THE SAME ALWAYS HAS BEEN Faced this issue for over a year and have informed them directly on the line with the Global Contact Centre, as well as via FB Messenger, and the website feedback (under the 'AskMH' menu). Often the pre-recorded message stops after about 13m25s and it goes silent, but you're actually still in the queue and make get picked up. If not it tends to cut you off or revert to the beginning around the 25-minute mark. Also, once you do get through, if they put you on hold or mute for more than a few minutes (esp during periods of high call volume), you will also have your call automatically cut and put through to the Customer Satisfaction Survey. In the last 6 weeks, agent after agent has promised a call back, including their 'customer call back' staff, but none have done so. And the last agent I was speaking to today said that they aren't allowed to call us during high call periods! But obviously, they haven't been in a high call period permanently for 6 weeks 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Yen1988 : Hi has anyone bought an Economy Flex ticket before? I would like to know if there's any issue when you try to change your flight or getting a refund. The Terms & Conditions on the website is very vague. I'm curious if you really able to rebook as many times as you want without a fee OR you really able to get your money back after cancelling your flight. Yes, you can change the dates as many times as you want BUT you will always end up having to pay extra "fare difference". This happens even if the current ticket prices have dropped. So, beware.

(1160) Called after so long of a wait, they said its because there is an infant. For domestic can just put initials. For international, book as usual BUT without infant, and pay. Then after that is settled call them or go to their office to add the infant (with payment of course).
