Hello. We bought our tickets through the kiwi travel agency. Our flight TW302 on March 30 Guam-Seoul and TW30115 on April Seoul-Guam has been cancelled. The kiwi company was supposed to return us the money for the tickets within 3 months, but this did not happen. We would like to know if kiwi has received a refund from T'way air for this cancelled flight.
I am planning a round trip to Seoul Korea in mid-June. Before I make flight arrangement I want to know if the are any restriction from boarding once arrival at the Fukuoka airport. I have heard of individual being turned away. The wife and I am full vaccinated. The Korea Embassy has advised me to bring family papers to prove marriage and mother-in-laws residence. I had bought 5 tickets from Tway air, on-line check in # K2U7Q9, flight #TW286, it was cancelled from Kansai ( Osaka) to Incheon. I have booked tickets via Flugladen.de , all tickets were cancelled and will be refunded since 2/2020 The Flugladen.de said they did not received the refund from Tway air, so therefore they cannot refund back to me. T’way air please clarify your cancellations policy due to the coronavirus spread. there is not any notice about in your web site, and it is a must for us as customers at this moment with all our affectations in travel. At least you should officialize the free cancelation without cancelation fees.
