I had bought 5 tickets from Tway air, on-line check in # K2U7Q9, flight #TW286, it was cancelled from Kansai ( Osaka) to Incheon. I have booked tickets via Flugladen.de , all tickets were cancelled and will be refunded since 2/2020 The Flugladen.de said they did not received the refund from Tway air, so therefore they cannot refund back to me. I have paid all tickets by credit card. Please help me to get the refund, it was longer overdue, since 2/2020. Please contact me at vu_quoc_hung@yahoo.de. Thank you for your help

We already asked for cancellation and refund for our ticket from Philippines to Seoul in another airline company due to the ongoing corona virus/ travel ban. Below are our flight details. Tway air please clarify your cancellations policy due to the coronavirus spread. there is not any notice about in your web site, and it is a must for us as customers at this moment with all our affectations in travel. At least you should officialize the free cancelation without cancelation fees.

It seems you have to click a button to request for confirmation email. I did not click that button because I assumed the tickets would be sent to my email address automatically. But, you can change only its spelling with the same pronunciation and you will be charged a fee. > In your case, a whole new word is adding to the name. Therefore, it is not possible. Its better to cancel the old tickets and book new one with the correct name (as mentioned on the passport).

year 2018 (all messages): This is not the T'way Airlines carrier site here, but the discussions forum here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier. No one can reply without the correct and full data on the reservation or on the flight/destination. Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 2-5 days by free staff in English. Upon payment successful, the page just went off to the main page. My bank account deducted. Called customer service, but none of them able to speak English. Thanks I figured it out. I sent them a message and the coupon needs to be in the same currency as the departing countries currency. So you'd have to make an account on the korean site to receive the korean KRW coupon.

Guest : Hi, I don't know how to use the coupon of flight ticket in my account. While booking the flight, the coupon menu shows nothing for selecting, but there does a coupon in my account for registering as a new member. More terrible, while i am checking the issue the flight seats are all running out. :( i am still trying to book the flight(4/9 from TAE to TPE), please reply me at sinlin545@gmail.com. I have paid for 4 tickets from Gimpo to Jeju but have provided a wrong email. As such, no confirmation is received. I have called the customer service but the officer cannot help because she speaks little English. I have sent a letter to cancel this booking and get a full refund but no respond so far.
