We also want to file a complaint my boyfriend flight is BCLD - MNL 1:45pm but we were informed by an acting officer that they only have 1 flight per day and that would be 5:45am. so my boyfriend was a chance passenger fr om January 6 to January 9 and the only available schedule was January 10 5:45am. This is the worst airline I have ever travelled with. Justification for this opinion: on Dec 30, 2013 we had almost 12 hrs delay from Manila to Kalibo, it was very hot and crowded in the lounge, also we were very tired cause' had long trip from Kazakhstan staying at HK and Manila. F! No reasonable apologies and no hotel accommodation. No robust flight schedule and no reasonable explanations about flight delay. Due to bad weather, due to late aircraft arrival...huh! We arrived to Island 12 hrs later than expected. This is not the final story, ladies and gents. My friend left me and my wife on jan 3, 2014 and later today we received message from him that the f. Story repeated again, instead of his evening 8 pm flight he left Kalibo for Manila at 8am. Travellers were placed at 3x5 rooms at hotel for I guess retired persons. Moreover he failed to stay at His Manila hotel that was already prepaid. And they do not allow cancellation of booking and no cash refund )). Anyway, we are very disappointed by the service.
My 8yr old son said this is the worst airline ever! Our flight was last Jan1 bound for Kalibo w/c is supposed to leave at 11am was delayed and left NAIA4 at 1pm they said that the delayed is due to traffic congestion at Kalibo but 2hrs is just too much. Next our flight going back to Manila Jan3 esd 830am and we left 11am almost!!!!! Now my son said "Mom I dont want to travel domestic anymore :( We have never experienced these kind of inconvenience during our International travels. Air Asia Zest .... You're service is really poor. I have a flight this afternoon at 3pm from Kalibo to MNL that was delayed because the aircraft arrived at 5pm. When we boarded, you informed us that there's a further delay due air traffic. Your flight attendants are arrogant and said that they're sorry and in fact, the captain had to step out of the cockpit. Well duh! It's not a privilege. There are kids on board and I will miss my connecting flight to Hong Kong. Terrible Terrible service. I wont fly air asia ever.

I thought this is just a typographical error. Is it ok? Can I still use that ticket? You can call the airline for change of name. If it is a typographical error, you will be asked to present an affidavit that both are the same person. Usually, there is no charge for that change.

The flight Z2 949 from Kuala Lumpur to Manila was delayed today from 1120 hrs to 1500 hrs, this is a risky airline to take if you need to make connecting flight or for urgent trips...shape up or ship out Zest Air.
My friend and I experienced a lot of trouble choosing ZESTAIR over the other airlines. On the day of our flight, we arrived at the airport only to find out that the flight was cancelled. * ! We travelled 3hrs just to get to the airport just in time just to be pissed of. Nobody has informed us. We called zestair hotline, yet they hung us up many times wasting our load.. So be it. When we arrived in Manila few days after, we visited their office in Pasay. Know what - they told us that they have called us the day before, informing us that the flight was cancelled and it's recorded in their database. What a lame LIE! How could we got a call without even receiving a single missed call. Despite all the hassle and troubles, missing our appointment and all that stuff...they don't bother to care. They even refuse to issue the refund right away. SO DON'T STRESS YOURSELF GUYS - NO TO ZESTAIR!
I've read all the negative comments in this airline.Yeah,your all correct.My experienced in this airline was VERY VERY VERY BAD!!!Imagine our departure should be around 12 noon and our arrival in Manila should be 2:pm but what happened almost 2 hours delayed their serviced,we arrived in NAIA Terminal 3 was around 4:00 pm.I had a connecting flights going to Gensan around 4:20 pm.So our flight going to Gensan was cancelled. I went to the Zest Air Ticketing Booth and their department at Terminal 1 to complained about this matter but their staffs said its not their responsibility why our connecting flight was cancelled. Cebu Pacific cannot leave us when the Zest Air arrived on time because we have allowance 2 hours and 20 minutes.We never knew what are the reasons why the flight delayed almost 2 hours,that time the weather was great.It was very UNFAIR,when the passengers late the plane leave them,that is PASSENGERS FAULT but when the planes delay their services "THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL"ITS A PLANES FAULT".If does a matter you should give accommodation to your customers, you should refund their tickets and even food because ITS YOUR FAULT NOT PASSENGERS FAULT.Customers are the backbones of your business. you should always keep your money, credit/debit cards and any valuables with you at all times when travelling. never put them in your checked baggage. checking-in your baggage doesn't mean they'll be secured. Guest : my cash money amounting to 3,000 pesos was lost when i had my baggage checked in at the Davao international airport. It was placed at the side pocket of by bag together with my atm cards and credit card. We checked in our bags at around 6am today. Our AirAsia/ZestAir flight was delayed from 6:45 to around 8am. when we arrived at the airport in manila, we headed to sm aura to buy food. that's when i found out that the money in my bag was lost. the cards were still in my bag, my money was missing. we did not commute going to sm aura so the only place that my bag is away from me is from the time it was checked in at davao airport until i picked it up at the airport in manila. It was so upsetting when you thought your baggage is more secured in the hands of the airport authority and yet your money is still lost. i'm starting to doubt that the people responsible for it are the ones checking the baggage at the Check-in area. They were the ones who have access to the luggage. Not to mention the flight was delayed giving them ample time to get valuable items they see on the xray of the bags.

I purchased this airlines' Legaspi to Manila for myself and family. About 2 weeks later I was informed thru email that it was cancelled due to "Operational Requirements". I called them up and was given an option to re-route the flight which I did for Davao-Manila. Unfortunately, up to this day more than a month since I opted for flight change, I haven't received mhy updated itinerary receipt. Tried to call call from overseas several times but for some unkown reasons, my calls were not answered anymore making me spent almost the same amount of money I used to buy the airfare. I emailed them and threatened to complain about them at DTI Manila but still no reply. I tried to go online to lodge a formal complaint at DTI.GOV.PH but even that won't seem to work because their website is out of order! Lesson learned: DON'T EVER EVER EVEN CONDSIDER THIS AIRLINE COMPANY FOR YOUR TRAVEL NEEDS!!! IT"S TOO RISKY FOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
I am supposed to fly on May 10 2013 and I received a cancellation message earlier today of my flight? What’s up? They should find a way to reschedule the time on the same day that's their responsibility. They are so disappointing. I called their hotline and the rep told me to re-book my flight and she did scheduled me and she promised me to send the new updated ticket but apparently I haven’t receive any? This is annoying and they don’t really satisfy their customers by acting and promising something they don’t actually fulfilled. I unfortunately booked a back and forth flight Manila - Cebu, and Cebu - Manila. I am not flexible because I am working and I only have a limited leave credit. I have to be in Cebu on Friday May 10 but their ignorance is its so easy for them to send a cancellation message without realizing the inconvenience on our part. We need and should do something to make them stop. >.<
