I agree with you. It happens the same thing with me now. Flight Z2 783 . Original flight 1210pm, then moved to 1pm, then 2nd notice to 230pm. Now, we are still waiting to board and dont know what's happening. I am already late in my 2pm meeting!! Caution to all future passengers to adjust your flights earlier and anticipate delays. tsk..tsk.. Kara : Flight Z2 783 has been delayed until 2pm (2nd advice), boarding should be at 12:10. However, its already 2:40pm and there are no continuous advices of what's going on. I've been on the airport since 11am, no sleep yet coming from Vietnam and going to Cebu now. I go to the airport early for me not to missed flights. Hence, to no avail felt tremendous inconvenience and frustration about the service. They asked the passenger to fall in line in the passenger assistance. I thought that we are about to board and the crew will apologize for the inconvenience. They gave out ensaimada muhlach. The funny thing is we asked the crew how long we should wait and she did not even respond. We ask her again, she said additional 20min. So we had a ffup question, from 2pm additional 20min? And we continued, its already almost 3pm. To no avail she kept ignoring us. Her name is hidden and what I have only captured is her last name, Mongol. to those passengers! Just a reminder.. All airline closes their counter 45minutes before the flight. So please dont complain when they just give you 'sorry.. Blah blah blah for an answer' yes they may look stupid but you are far mire stupid than that.. People may say that they have a jetsetter or a frequent traveller but with that gesture of getting to the airport 30 mins before a flight and complain about being left by the flight..

This just happened today march 24 2015. This airline really made my day. We arrived in the airport 30mins prior to the flight schedule. Security(lady guard) approached us asked for our ticket and said that its closed. She gave our ticket to the girl attending the check in counter and left us. Waiting for the queue to finish. Then the girl attended and spoke to us saying that were late. Of course because lady guard took 2mins talking to us and waiting for her to attend to us took 5mins. Heres the thing. Does passenger ask you questions why flights were late? You were just saying due to exchange of aircraft. Whatever. You just jump in to conclusion that we need another 6000, for the next 12nn flight without offering any remedy. Asking if the plane that we are bound to be going back in manila with really cannot accept us. Whatever... I will never choose you again. Never.

Last Sep 21 flight from KL to MNL 2030H, flight we experienced chatting of two passengers to the FLight attendant for the whole trip. We cannot sleep nor take a rest due to lights on and chatters. Their voices are heard all over the plane. And at the same flight, famous actor Albert Martinez is one of the passenger. The two chatters ask for a pictures with him and same thing the flight attendant did. The other foreigners just look at them. This is not a good impression for the Filipinos.
Don't ever book online with Air Asia Zest. I got charge thrice for the same flight/booking, yet 2 months after, the airline company refuses to give me back my refund. I have provided them with bank record to show that indeed money was forwared to them and yet no action was taken to this date.
I booked and paid for a confirmed ticket six months in advance with Zest Airways. Less then two months after the booking I received a no-reply email from the airline advising me that my flight will be cancelled and I have been moved to a later flight. I called their customer care hotline to inquire as to the purpose of the cancellation and what my other options were as I did not wish to be booked on the later flight. I was told that the flight schedule I had chosen had been terminated leaving me with no option bu to choose the later flight or a much earlier one up to 7 days before or after my original flight date. I refused to accept their options and asked if I could be booked with another airline at a similar time. They said that they would look into it and revert to me. With no response after two days I called again and was told that they would revert after 24 hours. Two days later I called again and was then told that they would not re-book me with another airline and that my only options were what they had offered me. I advised them that this was unacceptable and I wanted either to fly at my designated time or else receive a full refund. The customer care agent said that there was not much she could do other than to forward my request to the appropriate department and that I should call back in 24 hours if I had not received any feedback. That was three days ago. This is shoddy customer service.
I haven't tried jest star and it looks like I won't be trying aiyntme in the near future. Tiger Airways is a reliable airline but we experienced the last time we went to Malaysia. They say cebu pacific sucks but we've never experienced delays of any kind with them. Knock on wood.
I am not sure if there is a direct flgiht, but if there is a stop it will be 1-2 stops only. KLM is the cheapest I know. But you can check your travel agent, because it differs as to what season, time of departure, class of seat. You could try, Emirates, Thai Airways, Singapore Air, Cathay Pacific.

not recommendable airline... services poor, ground crew so slow, flight attendants do tolerates client who doesn't seat in their assigned seat #, they allowed passengers to walk on the ground without even umbrellas on a mid-noon time with a 36degrees celsius temperature not minding the safetiness of the customers.. totally disappointing... worst from worst, they will cancel your flight & just text & email you.. but will not make an extra effort for you to rebook to other sched...

Officially the WORST AIRLINE i have ever encountered - super delayed flights, humid cabins, the worst! I will never make the mistake of booking with them again. We had a very bad experienced in Airasia Zest early this morning. We had a flight from kalibo-manila at 8:30am and we arrived at the check-in counter at 8:05. When their personnel saw my itenerary ticket, the first thing she said "This is already forfeited and the door was already closed" and I said what? Yes, this is already forfeited,she said. You are too late and you have to check-in but when I said we already made the web check-in and I just came on time (I know because I am not a first time traveller). The guy at her back said it was ok but she kept on saying it was already closed and she said she can't do anything about it. (WHAT? "SHE CAN"T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT"? what a good customer service!)."Forfeited", I purchased the ticket in a regular price then forfeited? (agadagad) When I get mad she offered us we can take the chance passenger for PAL but she didn't offer to take the next flight for AirAsia. PAL was already fully booked. I kept on asking her what should we do now? What if the next flight still the same? Why we can't take the next flight for ZestAir? She's avoiding me (tinatalikuran nya ko, in short wlang manner, bastos). The personnel name is Carol Bernave (wearing white) (I'm not sure for the spelling) She kept on saying that our names were on waiting list for the chance passengers in PAL, still in waiting list? It was already 11:00am and still she didn't offer us to take the next flight. Apparently, I found out there are two girls we have the same flight. They arrived in the check-in counter at 7:50am and they were informed that the door was already closed. So, that means they closed the door earlier, why? because the 6am flight was cancelled and our seats they gave to the 6am passengers. The 8:30am flight was overbooked, that's not our fault. When we noticed that issue we were so very upset with their personnel. We were beside carol for 4hrs and she didn't gave any empathy or update us what time will be our flight as in nothing. There was this passenger, her flight was 11:40am she arrived at check-in counter at 11:20, and carol told to the passenger that she cannot take the 11:40 flight instead will be the next flight. Why she was able to offer the next flight to the other passengers but us who were waiting for 4hrs but she didn't offer anything? wth! I was trying to talk to Carol but she just snobbed me, she was not approchable (again bastos). I talked to her colleague, I explained our situation, and that person was able to resolved it. So, why this person was able to help us and why carol couldn't. carol didn't extend her hand to help us although this is a part of her job. Our flight instead of 8:30am became 1:00pm And for the 4 hrs I was standing beside her there are lot's of foreigners/local passengers that were getting mad at her. I think she doesn't know what is the meaning of Customer Service and she didn't know how to accommodate passengers. Another thing Carol said negative things about me using their language but she's unlucky because the girl beside understood it and she told me. I don't know why do you allow your personnel doing this kind manner in front of your passengers, it's very unprofessional. We had a really miserable experience here. I will not fly again with Air Asia Zest. FYI, I am not a blogger and I am not used to writing this kind of letter, but I was so very upset with your personnel. This is not my first time to travel but this is my first time with Zest Airasia. Again, I came on time but It's not my fault if your personnel overbooked the flight that's why I was not able to come to work early this morning. For the management, I think Carol Bernave needs more traininig for Customer Service and she also needs GMRC or much better she needs to be transfer in a different department, she's not suitable for frontdesk personnel. I hope you will consider my letter. This is only my advised, if you will allow your personnel doing this kind of manner eventually you will see your Airlines will be OUT OF BUSINESS. GOODLUCK!
I do not recommend the Airasia Zest. There personnel are not professional. They do not know how to deal with passengers all they care is how to get an extra income. I recommend to book with other airlines like Philippine airlines or PAL Express. There personnel are very professional and with pleasing personality. They always care for their passengers not like Airsia.
I am also a victim of Air Asia Zest. I arrived at the airport on time, 50 minutes before my flight but I noticed that there's no check-in counter for my flight. When I check with the counter they said to me that the check-in counter for my flight was already closed and my ticket is forfeited. I ask them to if they can still consider me since I was still on time but they juts ignore my request and offer me another for an expensive price.What %&% Air Asia Zest management. The counter was closed early and it is not my fault if they have overbooked the flight. I will not fly again with Air Asia Zest. There customer service counter and personnel are not approachable.
my first trip with air asia did not go well. In fact the experience was miserable. It seems that customer satisfaction is not important to Air Asia Zest. Perhaps my business is small and not important, but over time, many small pieces of business like mine will total a lot of business and eventually Air Asia Zest will be OUT OF BUSINESS. In my humble opinion, dealing with Air Asia Zest has been like dealing with CRIMINALS. They have robbed me of many thousands of dollars and time.
