I MADE A MISTAKE SCHEDULLE FROM DAVAO TO MANILA ,I LIVING IN JAPAN GOING TO DAVAO .I HAVE SCHEDULLE FOR DECEMBER 28 TO DAVAO AND RETURN TO MANILA ON JANUARY 6 BUT I MISTAKE TO CHECK EXACLY MY TIME SCHEDULLE TO FLY BACK TO JAPAN IS 12:50AM ON JANUARY 6 WITH JETSTAR SO UNFURNATELY I RESERVED WITH AIR ASIA ON JANUARY 6 MORNING JANUARY 6 8:35 AM WITH AIR ASIA ,ITS TOO LATE I MISTAKE THE TIME . I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY SCHEDULLE TO JANUARY 5 EVENING TIME IF POSIVEL WITH TIME TO ARRIVE IN MANILA AND REACH MY FLY AT 12:50AM . CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE?

Good morning this is Mary Ann Lin i buy ticket one way manila to taipe the flight is aug. 30 so ipaid 4483 in peso but i cancel so i moved to sept 13 so i need to pay again 3369 re book? Then my another question is my travel tax 1620 and terminal fee 550 is included? Do i need to pay in airport ninoy aquino terminal? Or i am exempted? Please reply

Where's the interpol security? I been travelling with airasia for over 15 years and was happy with the announcement was made about interpol security. On domestic flights within Malaysia they practice it but on my flight from Kul to mnl {Kuala Lumpur to manila on my 8.40am 8th February its clear from the picture the pilot was in the gang way without the carts blocking the aisle way.

Hello, It's my first time to book online. I'm trying to book a flight. I don't understand why there's an 800 checked baggage and 450 checked baggage. During the initial booking, I only choose the flight with no bag. Then there's an option to add baggage.

My family and I are travelling today with Air Asia and our flight schedule is 1530 H. We arrived the airport at around 12:30 pm. Sadly it was announced that our flight will be delayed and set to 1720H. Then came another announcement at 1820H then now its 2030H. We dont know whats next... We are travelling with 3 seniors, 2 adults and 3 minors. We went to the complain section asking for food and accomodation since we will be arriving tacloban at late hours and we are just travelling by public utility vans and travel time is about 4 hours to our place and by the time we arrive tacloban there is no more available vans. We have to sleep in Tacloban with very little budget on hand. All the staff of air asia could say is its manila air traffic? The question is why are other airlines including them with other destination on time? Then we overheard somebody fr om them that we should have taken the first flight. What? Now we are to be blame for our predicaments!!! Wow . We keep on complaining but another answered that we can file a reimbursement. Another very disgusting answer from the staff of this airline. The reimbursement that this airline cannot cover the expenses that we will incur plus the inconvenience that we are now experiencing plus the opportunity loss we have plus our hotel expenses! Wh ere can we complain? To a goverment agency? With this aquino administration.? We hope and pray that the presidentiable who have the guts to correct this situation wins. Maybe we have to think or let the owners and staff of this airlines be booked also on their flights and let be delayed for the nth time and let them suffer what we are experiencing right now. My God give more patience

Hidden fees incredible. And by design that way. Fees added on that can not be removed for check in baggage, and have no check in baggage. Then fee to use credit card. Very creptic and hidden.

Emails to leadagent and customerrelations both at zestair.com.ph returned and telephone numbers 02 855 3333 and 02 851 1796 state number is not in operation yet. I live in Santiagio city Isabela province and cant get to Manila easily. I wish to book 3 adult seats for flights at 1145 on 3rd April and 1545 on 10th April returning to Manila. These flight are to go to Bohol (Tagbilaran) I have basic fares of3286 and 2633 return per person but cant get anyone to respond to my wish to reserve and make payment. Could you please provide a proper working contact number and email address and also Zest Air bank account number and location for my payment to be credited to you when you confirm fare prices etc. Please respond with urgency as I have spent 2 days waiting and trying to get through to you. March 15, 2016 The President Air Asia Philippines Sir/Madam: I am Ms. Estrella T. Custodio and I am filing a complaint against one of your airline stewardess and pilot, whose names were not revealed to me.. On March 12, 2016, I and my three other company had to fly back to Manila and we were to take the 9:45 flight (22 714) in the evening from Kalibo to Aklan. The Airline informed us that there would be delay in the flight and it would be a three hour delay so without any choice, we had to stay at the airport. I and my company had business transactions in Kalibo for almost three (3) days, very tired as we have to travel from different areas. When we were to aboard the plane, my company had shown me a text and I uttered words referring to the said text message. And it so happened that one of the stewardess was standing in front of us and that time she confronted me and asked me why I was shouting at her when in fact I was not. I had no reason for shouting at her because we had no issue. But she kept on insisting that I was creating chaos in the airplane but what happened was that I was explaining my side. We were four passengers on that flight. Thereafter said stewardess did not listen to my explanation and what she did was to call an airport police. I was still explaining to the airport police that I did not do anything, I was not creating a scene nor creating chaos at the airplane. But despite my explanation, our boarding passes were canceled and I and my four (4) guests were instructed to get out of the plane, copy of the boarding pass is attached. And the pilot, who introduced himself as the captain, even told me that he will not fly until I get down from the plane. I am a businesswoman and have been to different regions in the country and I am a frequent traveler, never a circumstance that I would do such a thing. I was humiliated and embarrassed with what they did to me and my company, all the passengers on the airplane were looking at me while I was explaining and at that time that we got out from the plane. Moreover, the undersigned with my other four (4) guests , again, are scheduled to go to Kalibo with your airline (flight 22 272) on March 17, 2016 and I am cancelling the same considering my experience and I do not want to be the subject of another humiliation by your staff. I really do not want to travel using this airline. Hence, I am filing formal complaint for damages against the stewardess, pilot and the company for the humiliation and embarrassment caused to me by her actions that put my dignity in bad light and against the airline for being negligent in treating its passengers and in giving late notice for the delayed flight Looking forward to a positive action on this complaint. I agree with you. It happens the same thing with me now. Flight Z2 783 . Original flight 1210pm, then moved to 1pm, then 2nd notice to 230pm. Now, we are still waiting to board and dont know what's happening. I am already late in my 2pm meeting!! Caution to all future passengers to adjust your flights earlier and anticipate delays. tsk..tsk.. Kara : Flight Z2 783 has been delayed until 2pm (2nd advice), boarding should be at 12:10. However, its already 2:40pm and there are no continuous advices of what's going on. I've been on the airport since 11am, no sleep yet coming from Vietnam and going to Cebu now. I go to the airport early for me not to missed flights. Hence, to no avail felt tremendous inconvenience and frustration about the service. They asked the passenger to fall in line in the passenger assistance. I thought that we are about to board and the crew will apologize for the inconvenience. They gave out ensaimada muhlach. The funny thing is we asked the crew how long we should wait and she did not even respond. We ask her again, she said additional 20min. So we had a ffup question, from 2pm additional 20min? And we continued, its already almost 3pm. To no avail she kept ignoring us. Her name is hidden and what I have only captured is her last name, Mongol. People here are really anxious, frustrated, irritated on how the crew is being so unkind and unresponsive. This is really below standard.
