We are flying to Italy on Saturday and on the BA website it is asking me for our Boarding Digitalisation and our Covid-19 test results uploaded. My issue is that we will not do the tests until tomorrow (LFT) so may not get the results before we head to the airport on Saturday. Is this going to be a problem?

Guest : I must bring something to the attention of fellow travelers about British Airways Practices over the past year i have noticed they advertise flights that are not there and then cancel the flight at a later date offering you another flight or refund its a ploy !! also i was told on one occasion my flight was cancelled then put on a earlier flight which meant 8 hours wait at Heathrow when i arrived at the airport my original flight was operative ??? They once again recently cancelled a Flight BA1301 Aberdeen -London with no explanation but for the likes of myself this as a knock on affect for connecting flights that i miss , British Airways seem to be adopting "Ryanair" Tactics and in my opinion dont deserve your custom. They are doing this a lot citing "covid" , my flight got cancelled once and modified once, but they sent an email ( I booked directly on ba.com)

My return from India to USA transiting via London on british airways is scheduled for Jan 10 2022. I am India national with USA green card, traveling with my minor child who is USA citizen. I hear Indian nationals are still not allowed to transit in London as part of "air bubble" India exit requirements. Would this apply to us. Any Indian citizens who recently had similar travel, can you please share your experience

Dear BritishAirways, I am a Canadian citizen currently residing in India.I am fully vaccinated with COVISHIELD vaccine. I am booking a ticket from Chennai to Toronto via London but layover is 3.5 hrs and Canada needs a RTPCR test from the last departure location. Do we have Rapid test center at LHR airport ? Hello, I would love a response from BA please... We had flights booked March 2020 when the pandemic hit and we couldn't fly, our extension runs out in March 2022 and because of all the restrictions that are continuing, I still cannot use my flight tickets at the moment to fly out to the chosen country - hence, even though they run out in March 2022, will I still be able to use them after this time.... thank you in advance for any response from BA..

I've booked a flight to Australia on BA (from London) and I need an extra check-in bag. If I enter my Booking Reference and surname and follow the links on the BA website, there's no facility on the website to buy extra baggage. I've tried this from different links but still no place to buy extra baggage. When I ring BA (and I've tried 3 times) you're put on hold and after 10 minutes the call automatically hangs up. It's frustrating. Can anyone help?

Hiya. Meant to fly internally in the UK next Wednesday with ba. Not had any contact or e-tickets for the flights. Contacted them today as the email from September with my booking reference was the only paperwork that I had and using the booking ref number I found that my flights are cancelled although they are going. Spent 40 minutes in the queue to talk to an agent who said she'd get me on the agreed flights at the original price. Then got a phone call from the agent I spoke to in September (was using vouchers). Agent said he couldn't issue e-tickets as the flights kept getting cancelled and that to issue the ticket now I need to hand over another £168 plus the value of the vouchers, effectively more than doubling the price of the flights What are my rights? Do I have a contract for the original booking as I have a reference number with them regardless of the ticketing question? He admitted he should have told me that the flight was at risk.

Guest : Have holiday booked to greece with BA.but wife's married name is on covid certificate and passport is in previous name with 2 years to run was hoping we could bring marriage certificate/driving licence as proof has anyone experienced this problem and how did they get on with British airways. Many thanks. Wow, this is a difficult problem. From my experience with other airlines: If it were only for the airline, they wouldn't have any issue with it at all because you have sufficiant documents to proove that it's the same person. But eventhough I'm 95% sure that everything will be fine, this case still needs some extra concideration, because BA would have to pay a fine to the greece government, if your wife is not accepted at the greece border and sent home. If I were the check-in supervisor, I might call the greece immigration office, just to make sure, that everything is okay and your wife can fly. So please go to the check-in desk very early. Right now, because of the pandemic, many airports and airlines have trouble organizing the check-in and security lines. It is common to find extremely long lines. So better bring some extra time and get the problems solved early to then have time to relax and drink a coffee before departure, than being late and missing the flight.

We are flying to Barbados in November and have paid for world traveller plus. We booked our seats on row 24 but have just been told that our seats are on row 32. On the booking it shows that this row is world traveller plus but on all of the seating plans we have looked at for a Boeing 777 row 32 is world traveller. Does anybody know if this is correct?

I have sent in a complaint to BA and it could take some while for answers according to websites, so I wish to pre warn elderly people who think they would be the right company to act as their travel agent, we booked holiday with them , Before we left we tried to speak to someone about our insecurities of their e mails on return flight forms etc, as they had a tick box to say we understood, but no tick box to say we had unsure items to ask questions in, we could not get in touch to speak to anyone, on our return at Airport we got there well ahead of time and could not find BA staff, we queued near front of line at checking desk, we were approached as with everyone in queue to show our contact details and test , I explained I had tried to complete this form and requested help. This member of staff was too busy, she said I must do this myself and if she had time she would come over to us ,, she said we must leave the queue stand several metres away. We are 70 (Oct) and 74 yrs old, left to try on my iPhone, (not used to typing on small keyboard); I was shaking so much as time was moving on, I broke down and cried, so much I could not speak, my husband looked for someone to help, an Airport worker came over, escorted me to an information desk, they tried on my phone for ages, to complete passenger information forms, she kept going back to BA desk who refused to come over, they never checked our immunisation to fly or look at our tickets, if they had done this they would have noticed our return to fly test was taken too early (we went to have this booked in and they did it there and then over three days early, the helper at the Airport noticed as our paperwork was completed by the help desk, the gate was closing, we were double vaccinated , the BA desk said we are closing the gate we will not take them, tell them to book another flight. By then then I could just about stand. In horror, Sirport staff said they had done all they could, they escorted us to book and pay for a second fit to fly test at £60, with a photocopy as I felt beyond using my phone to bring information up, they advised I call family, which I did, I could not speak, my husband who is not familiar with tech, asked our son to purchase tickets, he could not alter the passengers locator form, he had to purchase two more tests for day two testing at £75 each, plus flights with baggage, sit together costs, taxi altered from Heathrow to Gatwick, all in all a huge extra cost for five night break. BUT. Compare how we were treated by British Airways !!! We are older generation, not too savvy on technology, we were ordered from queue, so others could not witness our plight, if British Airways staff have no time for the elderly why are they taking bookings from them, ? Why not admit they can only deal with younger tech people? It has taken me days to calm. I have e mailed CEO of BA but I feel their response will be a long time coming. Please do not book your parents or advise them to book with British Airways. They left us so vulnerable.scared we would not get home, it took u TIL the next morning at 00.23 hrs to arrive home after most of day at Airport.

Is there anyway I can get my money back from these thieves? I had to cancel my flight since the country I was traveling to banner all foreigners. The airline never canceled for whatever reason leaving me with an option of losing my money (£1219) or taking the voucher option. I clearly never wanted to lose all that money, but I didn’t want to be tied with them. No option though! So here I am 9 months later with them still refusing to give me my money back. I still cannot get back into that country and flight prices have rocketed even more than the ridiculous amount I paid for a one way ticket. Any legal advice anyone can recommend? #cashnotvouchers

Disappointed that people allowed to fly without wearing a mask during the pandemic and be allowed to sit next to someone with a mask. I have been careful for 18 months and on a recent 5 hour flight saw this happen. If a non mask wearer was sat next to me it would put me in the position of requesting to move seat and a potential conflict which is not acceptable

I’ve the same problem, I booked tickets from British airways in mid dec last year, eventually it was cancelled by airline due to COVID. I did a claim online and asked to refund to my debit card, they did reply to say that the refund is underway. Until today, almost 3 months, I didn’t see anything. What can I do.

I use BA Club Europe from Gatwick to Catania return. Never did BA once tell me that there is no fast track and lounge facilities? They knew this before i booked so why didn't they say that these facilities are not included? Disgraceful. It was obvious that BA had no business relationship with the airport as the local staff were very aggressive and dismissive of BA; they seriously wanted nothing do do with BA?

Flew business class with BA worst experience eve, tired plane interior, mediocre food but worst of all no lounge at Punta Cana airport but was not told at time of booking, should be included in price of ticket, but was told we should have checked on the internet to see if there was one. NEVER AGAIN!

Travelling within Europe the airline doesn't present value for money (any more). Nothing to eat & drink and even if you wish to buy something, BA only excepts credit cards (but no money). And not everybody has a credit card. Flying from the USA (business) the airline is as good as any other European airline. No better. The call center agents (how come I get the feeling, that they are all in India?), try to be helpfull, but getting re-booked doesn't fit the bill, when you want to travel on the next day, but are re-booked for the next year.

The Worst airline. When I had to travel to scotland for my sister in laws funeral. I was unable to get through security in London and when they Gerry rigged it to so I could get to the gate, I could not get on the plane. I was a 57 year old white women and the BA security had me as a middle eastern Muslim man. The woman at the counter was EXTREMELY Rude to me. Coming home was equally a nightmare. They flew us into London city airport and it was up to us to finance and find our way to Heathrow to fly home to the u s. I have to travel a lot for my job and never have had such a horrific experience. This happened in June 2015. We also have had a nightmare of an experience trying to receive a refund for our original tickets for July. Since Margaret died before we able to get there we had to purchase another set of tickets. We paid for these two sets of tickets over 9000 dollars. It is the most outrageous buiness practice and there has been no compensation for the extra set of tickets. This is a warning to anyone thinking of using British airways. DON'T!!!!!!!!!
