Vietjet sent us the wrong flight time for a delayed flight. Instead of 9:00 in the morning they Said it’s 21:00. So now we missed the flight who else got that email?

We're having problems with Vietjet - they have moved us to an earlier flight (which we cannot make as our international flight will not have landed). We are trying to contact them but they keep saying we are using the wrong email address. They have created a new email address and attached it to the booking - but we have no access to this. I can't pay by credit card in the Vietjet Air website when I book. I alway get a error message "Confirmation Failed". Finally, I knew the reason after many tries. Only some "State/Province" on the "Card owner's informtion" dialog can be accepted when you pay via credit card. For example, if I choose "Taiwan" in the "Country" field, then there are 4 choices in the "State/Province" field. But only first one "Taipei" be selected can successfully pay. All other will get the error message "Confirmation Failed". So try to select another "State/Province" if you got the same problem.

Vietjet plays same song on repeat before take off and after landing. After two flights this week with them I am about to loose my mind. I have heard this horrible song “one day I will touch your soul” for probably 1,5 hours total. A small thing, but really ruins it for me. I will not fly with them if I can help it again. These bastards charged me 1017 baht to check a regular bag weighing 12kg when the ticket costed 1900. It’s a complete scam they’re running, as they didn’t offer any alternatives and the 7kg stipulation was basically fine print. I don’t know how they settled on 1017 baht. For the "reservation code" field, use the reservation code with all caps and no # at the start. For the "family name" field, use your FIRST name, ie. "John" in the name "John Smith". For the "middle and given name" field, use your MIDDLE and LAST names with a space in between, ie. "Middle Smith" in "John Middle Smith". Hope this helps.

When ever I gave my details to customer service they come back with my booking. They ask my first and last name and manage to find my booking so I am sure there is no problem. And there is no way you could have avoided when someone has asked for a full name while making booking, just stay calm and it will be okay

For instance, on the ticket it has my first name, last name but in my passport it is last name, first name. This just happened to me too. Did it end up being a problem? SANJAY CHATURVEDI : I have booked online ticket on Vietjet Air site , I have also received Itinerary on my email, however when i tried to reverify/Manage Booking, it is showing Reservation code doest not exist Put your surname in First name box and your Name in Surname box.

The ticket was canceled due to the airline cancellation, but they said they would give it as a voucher, not a credit card refund. I paid with a credit card. I have no intention of using this airline again and it is a compulsory sale to force me to get a voucher. How can I get my money back? I didn't do anything wrong. One thing I did wrong was that I booked this airline.

Guest : Does anyone know if it matters if the name on the ticket is in the wrong order as your passport. For instance, on the ticket it has my first name, last name but in my passport it is last name, first name. This just happened to me too. Did it end up being a problem?
