I literally have this problem too - on the website or app it says my reservation code doesn't exist. I have emailed them and they haven't replied and have tried to ring and the number doesn't ring through... what a nightmare! From the looks of it their customer service seems impossible to get through to! I do have the email itinerary like you, but I'm not sure if this is enough! I just got it! I read through other people's messages - I had to swap my names around. So in the family name (first line) I put my first name and then in middle and given names (second line) I put my middle names and my surname. Swapping the names work!!! Hi... Like the same for me, Bangkok Danang, mayby in international cause i have 2 another reservations in Vietnam and it's ok!!

I read here that a lot of people have had exactly the same issue. Can anyone please share their experience. Same here. did you get your money back? even i did not get any email saying payment refusal for your booking. But my debit card details shows that amount was deducted.

My money has been deducted. Hard to contact them I tried through everything. None I've just had the same issue booking a flight for my daughter. The website said my card was declined and my bank account is now saying payment pending. Tried the hotline and it doesn't work. Now going through my bank's fraud department.

Guest : Have you travelled or you rguest with Viet Jet, Is there any problem in boarding if Last and First Name Interchanged?? When ever I gave my details to customer service they come back with my booking. They ask my first and last name and manage to find my booking so I am sure there is no problem. And there is no way you could have avoided when someone has asked for a full name while making booking, just stay calm and it will be okay

For the "reservation code" field, use the reservation code with all caps and no # at the start. For the "family name" field, use your FIRST name, ie. "John" in the name "John Smith". The ticket was canceled due to the airline cancellation, but they said they would give it as a voucher, not a credit card refund. I paid with a credit card. I have no intention of using this airline again and it is a compulsory sale to force me to get a voucher. How can I get my money back? I didn't do anything wrong.
