From the looks of it their customer service seems impossible to get through to! I do have the email itinerary like you, but I'm not sure if this is enough! I just got it! I read through other people's messages - I had to swap my names around. So in the family name (first line) I put my first name and then in middle and given names (second line) I put my middle names and my surname. Swapping the names work!!! Hi... Like the same for me, Bangkok Danang, mayby in international cause i have 2 another reservations in Vietnam and it's ok!!

Please check it from your end and let me know an update for the same as early as possible and revert my amount back if booking is not confirmed. Guest : I tried to book a ticket from their website and paid in VND using my foreign visa debit card. The amount was debited from my bank account but the website showed that payment was refused. I read here that a lot of people have had exactly the same issue. Can anyone please share their experience. How and when, if ever, did you ever get your refund? did you ever get the refund or confirmation? same thing just happened to me

Does anyone know why I can’t change the date of my flight by one day? I was in “My Booking”. I input the new date but when I go to “pay now” nothing gets updated.

Same here. did you get your money back? even i did not get any email saying payment refusal for your booking. But my debit card details shows that amount was deducted.

Bank acknowledged the amount is deducted from Singapore to Hanoi. Hi same issue here? Did u managed to go for the flight? Tks Hey same here! It says failed but the status is still unpaid for 3 hours. My money has been deducted. Hard to contact them I tried through everything. None I've just had the same issue booking a flight for my daughter. The website said my card was declined and my bank account is now saying payment pending. Tried the hotline and it doesn't work. Now going through my bank's fraud department.

Hello, I have a question about promotional codes when purchasing tickets: when I saw the news that Vietjet was having a black friday sale, I entered the promotional code and made a reservation, but the discount is not applied. Does this suggest that the code is already sold out? Thank you

Guest : Have you travelled or you rguest with Viet Jet, Is there any problem in boarding if Last and First Name Interchanged?? When ever I gave my details to customer service they come back with my booking. They ask my first and last name and manage to find my booking so I am sure there is no problem. And there is no way you could have avoided when someone has asked for a full name while making booking, just stay calm and it will be okay

Might be due to First Name and Given Name Interchanged. You are not able to retrive your booking. Are You at Airport. Kindly Reverse the name and check again.

Hi, are people still getting emails for flight cancellations from Hyderabad? I had a call with customer service and they said they will be able to fly from Christmas week but I wonder that just true and they will cancel it last minute?

For the "reservation code" field, use the reservation code with all caps and no # at the start. For the "family name" field, use your FIRST name, ie. "John" in the name "John Smith". For the "middle and given name" field, use your MIDDLE and LAST names with a space in between, ie. "Middle Smith" in "John Middle Smith". Hope this helps. For instance, on the ticket it has my first name, last name but in my passport it is last name, first name. This just happened to me too. Did it end up being a problem? Don't panic, I had a chat with customer service, this should not cause any issue with flying

The ticket was canceled due to the airline cancellation, but they said they would give it as a voucher, not a credit card refund. I paid with a credit card. I have no intention of using this airline again and it is a compulsory sale to force me to get a voucher. How can I get my money back? I didn't do anything wrong. One thing I did wrong was that I booked this airline.
