I and my friends booked a trip to Ghana in April but the flight got canceled. We where told to wait 40 working days for the refund and till date, we haven't gotten anything. What makes it worse, is that both our calls and mails are not being answered.

My husband booked a flight since March and couldn't make it because of the Corona pandemic and the ban . He was suppose to fly with Arik from abj to warri, portharcourt to Lagos then Lagos to Abuja . He tried contacting them through the numbers displayed on their website but no avail , he has sent them email yet no reply. I think the management should pls reply as soon as possible because this is a bad reputation for them . Since March till now not even an email to inform customer about flight and other services info. This is terrible airline service, I booked a flight Lagos-Abuja, Arik sends a message that flight has been cancelled, I have called and sent email for Arik to reschedule flight. They are not doing that, they are not taking any action. What sort of a poor service is this???

I had exactly the same experience as others trying to make an Arik Air booking Lagos to Abuja. I used the inter switch option for online payment but the system froze with a message processing payment. I had to reopen the site and check my booking reference only to see that the system said payment had not been made. By that time I had a bank alert that my account had already been debited. I had to travel with someone else and am applying for a refund. I have seen different emails arikrefunds@arikair.com and Arik.refunds@arikair.com so I am trying both. Message though from this chain is that trying to pay online for Arik Air is unreliable.

It appears it is a mistake to book online with Arik, by all accounts. Terribly poor service on all fronts, it would seem.
