Enendu Adaeze : I paid for arik air using paystack but i have not gotten my booking details and pnr, what should i do?? I have received Paystack debit reciept and haven’t gotten my PNR from arik please help me out How was this resolved?

Mary : I was debited just now via paystack…going back to reconfirm my ticket as I didn’t get any message of ticket details via mail. I keep getting the error message of ‘PNR could not be found. How did you resolve this please. I am having same challenges now.

I booked a flight for a return trip to Abuja for 13th and 14th Dec. only to get a notification today that the return trip from Abuja had been cancelled due to operational issues without options of resolution. I booked a return flight from Abuja to Lagos today 26th was departure and I was sent a mail that my flight with a different number was rescheduled for 7pm instead of the 3pm which was my booking time. Got to the airport at after 4pm and they claim its a different flight number that I have to pay a difference fee of 22122 extra. Please I would like a refund or compensation as am going to take this up legally if it's not done.
