I have issues logging in to their website in all forms of login methods. My booking reference is correct it says use member portal to manage the booking. When I try to login from scoot insider (member login) it gives error, if I try to recover the account it says invalid email. If I use my kris flyer it says unable to connect. Anyone had any issues like this?

We were a group of people travelling from Bangkok to Singapore on 23.11.2018 by flight no. TR 607. Flight left at schedule departure time 11.55 AM and when it was to land at Singapore at 15.25 hrs., there was a thunderstorm, lightning etc. Pilot could not land the aircraft, although he tried to land twice. Third time he took the flight to nearby Batan airport in Indonesia for refueling. Flight was stranded at Batam for almost 4 hrs., as ATC Singapore was not permitting him to fly and land at Changi. Commander of the aircraft was informing the passengers through the radio phone. Ultimately flight landed at Singapore after 1900 hrs.and due to this delay we missed the Dream Cruise which was to sail at 2100 hrs. , Last check in was 1930 hrs. . We are requesting Scoot Airlines to issue the certificate the arrival time at Changi to put up the claim, but they are not giving the correct arrival time and due to this our whole claim is in doubt. I request all concerned to give the proper information.

Now this is * despite so many customer complaint about and news they still carry on this type of stupid managing and maybe losing customer confident maybe the new management tactics .lol .SHAME .

This will be my last SCOOT flight from Bangkok to Singapore! Unbelievable flight is delayed again on TR617 from 7:55pm to 9:40pm!! Just wonder what the hell is the highly farking paid management doing!! Can’t help sort out all the delays in most of their routes!!

Refuse to let me use toilet after plane landed and seat belt sign off. Budget is one thing. Human rights is another. If possible please charge passengers for toilet usage and give the money to your flight attendants. Maybe this way I will get to use the toilet. Don't mind paying for toilet.

Scoot changed the outgoing flight dates by 3 DAYS meaning that I now miss an event I was supposed to attend leaving me $500 out of pocket. Cancelled the flights and was told there would be a 6-8 week wait for the refund. It is now 8 weeks and 6 days and having finally got through to them on their Sydney number (which is picked up overseas) I am told that I have to wait even longer but they don't know how long!!! They will not even provide written confirmation of a refund. A simple confirmation up front that a refund was on its way would have made things so much easier but now I don't believe anything they tell me. Have you received your refund I face the same issue, other airlines was able to refund within 2 weeks, but they told me need to wait another 15 days after 8 weeks, contradict to their website information.

According to 2nd statement on www.flyscoot.com/en/customer-service-pla... , I should be receiving my refund after 20 business day the latest, yet I received your refund email after 8 weeks had passed and I need to manually request the refund again via email, then you tell me I need to wait for another 15 days, this added up to more than 2 months which is equivalent to 64 days, more than the triple of the promised refund period. Other airline was able to refund within 2 weeks, thus I was truly disappointed by Scoot. I shall consider to report this to the respective authorities.

Lina Evans : This airline is the worst we have encountered for retaining moneys paid twice. We paid by POLIPAY. They said they did not receive the payment. We checked our bank account and no debit had been processed. We paid by Visa then a POLIPAY debit also appeared on our bank statement. We rang their customer support line. The support staff have limited English. The whole drama and the runaraound that Scoot has given us has caused us stress and anxiety. It's not worth flying with an airline that displays dishonest business practices. Do they need the money so badly that they have to cheat customers? We've been waiting 6 weeks and still no refund. Did you get your refund?

very very worst customer server now a days.. Scoot don't care about customer...but no choice....we are all strugling. all issue. first time I have booked and never received iternary....so I have booked again with same date ..now I have two booking on the same date.....I have requested to refund....but they don't understand my situation....very very bad...if I reschedule it become twice the price....very very worst....

year 2018 (all messages): This is not the Scoot carrier site here, but the discussions forum here. There is no flight information /e-ticket number / reservation on this air carrier in most comments. No one can reply without the correct and full data on the reservation or on the flight/destination. Such comments are not fair. In order to get the correct reply, kindly attach the reservation / booking number and produce date / fllight number / airports. Requests on refund must produce full name, reservation / eticket and email address in attachment. The reply can be handlled within 2-5 days by free staff in English. In the flight timetable for Scoot flights to Athens, it states that Scoot flies to and from Ellinkon Airport. But that airport has bee replaced by Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport since 2001. Please confirm that the new airport in Athens is the one used by Scoot.

I am extremely disappointed with Scoot and displeased with their hotline (acting as Scoot agent only). I paid for 6 upgraded seats but one couple couldn't make it as his wife was hospitalised. Before the flight, Scoot hotline told me I cannot claim back my 2 tickets as they insist it was due to a pre-condition of illness. Fine! So they don't refund. I would expect to have all 6 seats since I paid for them. Despite my upfront instructions to ground staff at check-in time to ensure my paid seats to remain vacant since I hv paid for them, I was shocked to see 2 other guys occupying the 2 seats beside me when I boarded the plane. As the flight steward said I cannot stop plane fr om flying or push the 2 guys elsewhere because the plane was full, all I can was to lodge complaint afterwards. Which I did today. I called hotline 3 times wh ere they put me on hold so long on pretext of checking, until the line went dead. Even after finally I managed to speak to hotline's so called manager and highest authority, they told me that Scoot gave them instructions that no matter what the situation, Scoot do not refund. Fine! Even if Scoot do not refund, at least they shd not re-sell my tickets away. But hotline says Scoot has the right to double profit this way. So, all Scoot travellers ... Pls beware that Scoot will sell your seats and not refund you making them a win-all in all situations.

Flew ATH - SIN in Nov 2017. Had paid for baggage at time of booking but was charged again at check-in EUR70. Flight was good with no complaints and once back in Perth I contacted Agent in Athens who apologised and said they would notify Scoot Singaore to process refund - Ha Ha!! Only one tel number avble to contact Scoot - and arrogant, careless attitude fr om staff. No Customer Relations Cntre. or if there is he was not about to connect me. Was told Refund was being processed and no available date as to when we might receive it?! Wh ere or who can we follow up with and maybe receive some courteous attention????? Will never again fly with Scoot

Yes you can book a flight without passport details as of now, as long as you can provide a valid passport at the check in counter on the day of your flight

My flying experience with Scoot is very bad . I only fly twice with them and they have failed tremendously . My son connecting flight was cancel without prior notice and food book was told not book . I will never encourage any of my relative or friends to fly this carrier . The price for budget airline is not cheap . I discuss about my refund regarding cancellation , the airline is not interested and this shows the airline is not bother about customer satisfaction . My flight with Scoot flew off 15 minutes before scheduled time. Is a refund possible on Scoot side? I’ve checked in 2 hours before flight, passed immogrstion 1 hour before flight and I was supposed to reach gate 15 minutes before flight depart but gate and plane was gone 15 mins before scheduled time

18th December 2017 The Senior Management – Scoot RE: GB48TN I am appalled. I made my booking to Saparro (Hokkido) on 21st November 2017 It was a Tuesday offer and we, family of three (3) went online to make our booking. To begin, your website is very easy to use – only if you are Scoot staff or the web designer. Why do some parts (seating) have the default as yes and others (luggage) no. I know I thick (√) luggage (2 x 20 kilos x 2 ways) I know I did not tick the seat reservation but it showed that I did and the payment reflected. As I do not work for Scoot nor am I the designer, I had to go back several times before I was finally able to reach the payment page. By the way, I did not reserve 9 seats. How can I when I only have three (3) passengers AND BE CHARGED when it should only be six. Please look at my bill To my horror, your staff at Changi informed me that I have no check-in luggage – was asked to go to Customer service and when I explained to her that there must have been some kind of glitch and had been on the phone with Call Centre staff for almost Two (2) hours trying to sort out the booking as well as adding three (3) children and One (1) Adult (Booking Ref: A6HNPZ) and purchased 2 x 20 kilos of check-in luggage. During the same conversation we had asked that as were travelling as a group, we wanted to sit together. The person informed that he would indicate the request into the system – This was not done and when asked the person at the check-in counter if we could sit together her reply was “I cannot do anything” We thought that after almost two (2) hours, everything was settled. Then having no choice, we asked your Customer Service Person (Lady) how much 20 kilos of luggage costs. She replied $48.00 When we were about to pay ($48.00 x 2) she said its “$88.00 per 20 Kilos” Frustrated we told her that a minute before it was $48.00 and now why $88.00 She said she made a mistake and “I already said sorry” Again having no choice gave her a credit card then she says “there is an admin charge of $18.00 (I may be mistaken but there was a fee) Of course, we were * with yet another mistake but Again no choice, had to pay On 16th December 2017, we went on line to purchase check-in luggage (25 Kilos x 2) Submitted and saw a message that our purchase was in process and that confirmation would be via email. So we waited. On 17th morning, no email confirmation. Tried to make another purchase but got the same message – purchase is in process ……………… Then downloaded the Scoot App. Did the log-in and was shocked to see - under ‘Itinerary’ that the flight scheduled departure is (was) 3.40 A.M and was scheduled to arrive in Singapore at 11.10 A.M. I missed my flight!!! I figured that this was the reason I was not able to purchase check-in luggage. Panic Checked and checked and found the departure time is 1540 hrs and not 3.40 A.M At CTS, found out that I reserved seat which were not together – why on earth would I do that? Thankfully, the counter staff were able to assign our seating together. The family holiday was a wonderful but my experience with Scoot was horrible. Of course, Scoot will say that we should have checked our booking but as you can see, it was difficult from the get-go. Mark de Souza
