Hi, I tried to find answer everywhere but without success. We are going to fly with Wizz Air this weekend with baby (26 months old) and not take him stroller but baby carrier (back carrier you know for hiking). Are there same rules as for strollers? or do I need to pay extra? What would be the cost? this item is not mentioned anywhere. thank you

Guest : I'm trying to check-in but on the confirmation page the system keeps changing the my dates backward one day. Ex. My DOB is 1965-03-10 but the system is moving it to 1965-03-09. It's doing this for the documents expiration as well. The agent in the chat hasn't been able to help me. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I don't want to move the dates forward to 1965-03-11 and then have an issue at the airport. Had exactly same issue on website, kept changing my DOB then wouldn't let me check in anyway. Changed the details using the app then was able to check-in. Flying in a few days so fingers crossed.

I have just returned from a short trip( 5 days) to Torremolinos flying with Wizzair from Gatwick to Malaga ( PNR: IM3C8U ). On the way out the agent we booked with eSky.co.uk was supposed to check us in ( for which we paid extra) but at the last minute said they could not get access to the check in and we were to present ourselves at the Wizzair check in desk at Gatwick and they would check us in, which after some reluctance they did. On the last day of our holiday we, once again,received a last minute message from eSky to say they could not check us in again and we should check in online with Wizzair. Having only a phone with us we eventually got onto Wizzaiss website but were told that it was not possible to check in online. So once again we presented ourselves at the check in desk and after some time were told they could not find our booking . They then sent us off to their partner office ( Aviapartners ) to sort it out, they told us that because we had booked through an agency we would have to pay an additional 90. to pay for them to check us in. This was clearly an ambush as we were sent back to the Wizzair desk again and they then had no trouble in checking us in. The most to blame for this nonsense was eSky.co.uk as they were happy to sell us the tickets, the very expensive extra baggage £180 for 2 x 10kg cabin bags plus the extra charge to arrange check in. But bearing in mind that their ( Wizzair ) website said that it was not possible to check in on line it was outrageous that they then had the audacity to ambush us with a check in charge of 90. It is not just about the money it is the tension and distress that this causes which is the most difficult to deal with. Be assured that I will not be so foolish as to book with either Wizzair or eSky .co.uk again in the future. I should perhaps say that we are both over seventy, I an engineer and my wife a company administrator we are both computer literate but perhaps a little slower with online bookings. That said, the modern travel industry is too hard and it is very easy to get into problems which, of course, is virtually impossible to resolve by speaking to a human being.

Try it with another handy! With my iPhone 13 (IOS 16.6) it doesnt work (20 hours trial and error, no success). Today I take my old Samsung Galaxy J5 with Androide 7.1.1 and surprise: The Page with the password reset opens! Perhaps special browser or security settings. Good luck!

Please help missed my flight as nobody at the airport spoke English and there was no announcement or clear indication which gate I was supposed to wait at as there was a delay. Also my baggage is nowhere to be found. How can I communicate with staff at an airport and ask for help and advice if nobody speaks English and they keep point me in the wrong direction 😪

4 of us were flying back from Istanbul to uk. Bags checked in looking around the airport for our gate. Saw there was a delay a few of us and some other passengers waiting. Did not hear any announcements ad tho what was happening. No staff at the airport spoke any English kept telling us to go this way that way. Went round and round in circles having a panic attack. Saw our plane but they would not let us on no explanation no announcements no information containing friends in the UK they say the flight was delayed and then all of a sudden apparently It had already left. We had to book another flight later that day at another airport. Authentic stuff at Istanbul for no apparent reason can't speak English. It was soo bad that to even get out of the airport Nobody knew what they were talking about went all around the airport for about another hour before finding the exit. Now how would I complain and would i recive my money back. Also my baggage that was check in is now missing too. Please help any advice would be appreciated.

Naf : Hi I was wandering if anyone has been charged for taking a stroller for a child. Im going to be travelling from Luton to Istanbul with a 4 year old child. I have checked the website which states a foldable stroller/pushchair can be taken for free. Ive contacted the agents twice and both times have been told it will be £80 Ive had two chats through facebook wizzair. One chat it says its free the other saying it can be added on for £80. So * confusing. It's free only for children aged up to 2 years old. After that is chargeable

I've been trying all day to check-in online (after receiving an email to say I could). Seats were booked when flight was booked, but it wont go beyond this stage, even though it confirms our chosen seats. It get stuck on baggage and wont budge. Is your system down. This awful old man working for Wizz air found pleasure to stop us from boarding because I disagreed with him when demanded me to pay extra for my cabin luggage. I tried to explain how the sizes were matching the displayed information as this was also measured at home before leaving, but this only made him more determined to attack me and overpower me for having the nerve to ask for clarification. Next, he demanded my phone to get my ticket details and charge me for my cabin luggage, and when I explained that I can hold it as close as he needs me to, or even read him the details whilst keeping my phone (as taking my phone from me doesnt seem a fair demand under the circumstances) he went ballistic and closed the gate, told me to take my children and go home as Im not going anywhere near the plane and my trip is cancelled! I asked him if he is serious and this cannot be real - he assured me with pride that I better believe it as its happening, and answered to my plea for not even having a car to take my small children home as we were dropped off, he said smiling that is not his problem! I was literally begging him, my boys were crying scared, begging him as well whilst he was taking pleasure to answer that this is what I get for being clever and not complying. He got as far as shouting whilst smirking at my crying 6 year old son that he is not going anywhere because his mother decided to be smart with him and SHE will be thought a lesson!!! This is what happens when you want to be clever with me, I was told! I dont know how long this went on, as it seemed an eternity to us, but after a while a young lad felt sorry for us after a while, and asked the old man to step back so he can take over and calmed my children down saying that if I pay what the old man asked me to, he will let us through. I couldnt even type my PIN number in, as my hands were shaking so bad I couldnt control them. It took my youngest almost an hour to calm down from crying and stop panicking, and today is the 2nd night when my youngest wakes up crying and shouting for someone to help us and to please stop the bad man!!!! The above is just a small sample of what went on yesterday evening, I was so shocked that I cannot even remember bits from the event, my older son (8 yo) is describing me some horrific parts of conversation I probably blocked as too vial to process. I will not stop to post this everywhere I can, as what happened to us should not be repeated to anyone else. That horrid old man is rotten to the core and regardless of what extra charges was he desperate to squeeze out of us, or what he believed we should be penalised for, how big or small the luggage was, what colour shoes were we wearing, etc., he had no right to abuse us like that and hand on my heart I am stating that he truly took pleasure and enjoyed every second of it! If that person would be looked up, there would be numerous complaints as I think he is hunting the vulnerable and seeking to find pleasure in overpowering, scaring, humiliating clients. I dont have hope that Wizz air would take any measures against the old man, as at the end of the day theyve employed him, I only hope that more will read this and decide to choose a different company that respects and values their clients

WIZZAIR DOESNT LET UKRAINIAN GO BACK TO POLAND WITH ALL NEEDED DOCUMENTS I am Ukrainian citizen living in Poland since 2013. I have all necessary documents stating I have a right to live and work in Poland. I have applied for a tourist visa to visit London, I have paid a lot of money to receive it and waited 3 weeks for UK visa. I had no problems passing the UK border. After one week of sightseeing London I headed back to Warsaw. I checked in my luggage, I received a boarding pass and I went through all security. Once I wanted to get on the plane, someone stopped me (I am not sure who was that person) and asked to see my residence card. Once he saw my card, I was refused to enter the plane. I said that this document is valid and the situation with documents for Ukrainians is complicated showing him all my permits, but he did not listen. I also asked to speak with a supervisor but they also refused any kind of explanation and help. They suggested flying through Moldavia. I had no choice but to find some hotel. Now I am stuck in London, trying to find a way back. I have no clue what to do.

Never use them. If they reschedule your flight they wont tell you. I found out by chance. They never refund baggage allowances even if they say they have.

Daniela : Do you know how to atach power of aterney /for my kids and the kid traveled with us/ to my claim. I did the claim, but withouth this I do not think I will get any compantation. I tried to make a new claim but the sistem does not allowed becouse I already have a claim.Do not wanna wait, becouse I have onather claim from 24.04 and still have no money. Everytime time contact them said in 7 days. And 3 months past. A power of attorney is a legal document that will take you ages to sort out. It's just a ruse to stop people claiming what they are entitled to. It's preposterous to demand power of attorney and what Wizz is doing should be illegal.

Its been 3 months and still no compensation for my delayed flight. I was told it would take 14 days and they have paid. They are just prolonging this

One day before flight wizz Ir canceled my flight without telling me reason, tried to reach them via Facebook email, live agent, tried calling them , no answer, lying poor customer service, #DONT FLIGHT WITH WIZZAIR

my flgihts with wizz got cancelled and they wont send me a new password when i try to log in so i cant claim a refund! any ideas?

Flight cancelled by Wizz Air do I have to pay additional cost for new flight same route, new flight is 100 pounds more expensive.

Do you know how to atach power of aterney /for my kids and the kid traveled with us/ to my claim. I did the claim, but withouth this I do not think I will get any compantation. I tried to make a new claim but the sistem does not allowed becouse I already have a claim.Do not wanna wait, becouse I have onather claim from 24.04 and still have no money. Everytime time contact them said in 7 days. And 3 months past.

Hello, Please could you advise if I can book 1way ticket from the UK to Poland for my son using his Polish ID card (we do not have Polish or English passport ) We did not receive his Uk passport from Home Office yet as it take longer than usual . He has dual citizenship.

Hi! If I cancel my booked flight earlier than the 14th day before departure then I pay 65 euro fee. But what if the cost of ticket is less than 65 euro and I cancel it earlier than the 14th day before departure? Do I get full price of ticket back without paying anything?
