BigJimLad : Child Car Seats : The information in the FAQs is unclear. Can I carry a Child Car Seat for my 5 year old and my 6 year old free of charge? Do I leave them at the stairs like I would a pram? It is not very clear on your website?? ??????????????????????? Does anyone read these ??????????

Hi, can someone help me with this problem, my husband and I we are thinking to fly home to Romania this December but in September I'm waiting for my baby to be born, when I'm trying to buy my tickets they are asking me about the infant details (name and date of birth) but I don't have any of these details yet, so what do I need to do, to buy the tickets only for me and my husband and after he get born I can add a special ticket for him? I really don't know how to proceed. Thank you.

O companie ce lasă mult de dorit. Telefonul de contact pus la dispoziția clienților are tarif exorbitant și practic nu îți servește la nimic pt că nu veți intra în contact cu nimeni, veți asculta muzică cu un tarif de 1,57 euro minutul. Am luat legătura și am informat protecția consumatorului din Spania de acest lucru. Sper să se ia măsuri că practic e un furt la adresa clienților.

I have downloaded the Wizzair app. I am unable to get the mobile boarding pass for my tickets on it. Travelling from Burgas airport which other airlines are able to use mobile boarding passes. What am I doing wrong?

Guest : Yesterday I was charged at the gate because my luggage was too big (large cabin bag fee). However, instead of charging 35euros as indicated on the website, they charged me 45euros. I arrived at the gate late because my previous flight delayed (also from WizzAir) and when I arrived they were about to close the gate. They were pressuring me to pay because they said if I don´t pay I would have to miss the flight. I am not complaining about the pay because it is true that my luggage was too big, however, they did not give me the time to look for info so when I realized that I was overcharged I was already on the plane and the flight assistant could not do anything. you were not overcharged. anything you do on the airport is more expensive as opposed to what you could have done online. they clearly indicate this in their fineprint. Read better next time.

I make mistake in my surname (I skip 1 letter). In website I can't able to correct this error. I'm from Lithuania. Telephone number for information in Lithiania given in website (8900 94 000) is wrong!!! Also, there has not been given any wizzair e-mail address. How can I correct error in my surname?

I used the mobile app to book flights last week to Budapest and to provide on screen boarding passes. Had little trouble at Luton on way out but found web site unavailabl for day or so before return (when trying to download return bp). Eventually got one but, on day of travel, pop up messages kept blocking bp on screen. Got through, with some difficulty, initial check at security but completely failed at gate. Told would be charged £15 for bp print out, but,as this Wizz web site failure, refused to pay and finaly let through free with new print out. Conclusion, very poor service and bad customer relations.

Guest : I paid my ticket trough bank transfer according to WIzz Air policy, however a week later the reservation was showing on hold, I called their customer service which can hardly be called service as those folks hardly speak English or Spanish and are not even able to explain what they are trying to say. They asked me to send a copy of the payment and call back to check if they received it. I did so and they said they cannot see the content of the page…in the mean time, my ticked got cancelled…and a day later they keep saying the same thing…we need the proof of the payment …I also called the bank who confirmed that everything has been properly done on their side…This company is just a fraud… no! They are just HUNGARIANS!!!

very bad service! my ilness case is treated ugly and not respectable by mr pavel nietupski. o61k2c confirmation code. ai sent a lot of mails and complaints as ilness document asking to delay my flight to june 2016 but till now nothing done! it looks very bad reputation for your company! please, resolve it imedatley as a loyal client i am.

Wenn I registered I used my baptize name with is slightly different from my passport name. I try to correct this for months and wrote them several times how to change. I also tried to call their so called service numbers but never came through/ abort because too long waiting. You cannot correct this on the website yourself Today I was thrown of a flight because of this. I have several business appointments to cancel. I used to fly with them weekly but now I will never use them again. The girl Dorothy was very unprofessional, wanted me arrested etc. I think they do not deserve my money.

To all Passengers. Should there be a slight discrepancy between the name on a passport and a boarding pass, Wizzair will make a charge of £130 to amend and re-issue the boarding pass. Should you not pay for this at the check in desk, you will not be allowed on your flight. BE WARNED

I have a flight from Prague to Luton next wednesday with wizz air. I cannot check in without logging on/registering. Once I have done this the website will not accept passwords coming up with error codes.They said their website was under maintenance on 6 April so should be working noq Why do I have to go through this * , I got my boarding passes flying out with Ryanair no problem. Not sure what to do, does anyone else have this problem?

Hi, Last month I flew with Wizzair. I used the mobile boarding pass app, and thus never had a physical copy of my boarding pass. My company is supposed to reimburse the cost of the flight, however the HR department just got back to me stating that they need the a copy of the boarding pass to reimburse the cost. I cannot find the boarding pass anywhere, and searches on the Wizzair simply turn up with brief details of the flight and the fact that its current status is 'Closed'. Does anyone know how I can go about getting my boarding pass retroactively? Thanks for the help!

On return flight they have changed my extra room legs seat to an ordinary seat and then claimed I did the change. Funny enough, not from an ordinary seat to extra but the other way around. It's a joke, by far the worst company I have ever flight with. Got that sick of them that I have not even boarded the plane and flushed the return money, I'll rather get a different company than ripped off and still use them.

Hello! I made an new WIZZ account nr: 3040074921 , because my old account went into error. But the flight was payed with my old account. The payment was made 30.12.2015 and the money was taken fr om my account on the 04.01.2016. But I have not got my reservation/booking number or confirmation that I payed for the flight. Maestro and Visa didn't work. I asked with bank transfer. It took a long time untill I received e-mail with details how I need to pay. Still waiting for one more e-mail. I can't login, impossible also to find a flight (without login). I tried to change language to English, Polish, French without any success, I still can not login. I tried on 3 computers : Mac OS X 10.5.8 with Safari and Firefox, then on XP on Firefox and on Mac OS X 10.10.1 with safari and Firefox. I used two different internet providers, I am in France. Tomorrow my Wizzair Club expires so need to buy my tickets urgently but do not hope that Wizzair offers something to their clients (like free wizard club at least for let's say one week, as a gesture for the inaccessibility of the website, but... it would be nice. Maybe we should suggest it to Wizzair? If we are many to claim that, then maybe...?

Hi all, I have a bit of a situation. I got a ticket with wizz air and I forgot to put in my second first name . If anyone of you knows please let me know : when I go to the airport will I have any problems? When I purchased the ticket they asked me for additional identification details. So do they need that second first name or because I gave those other details they don t? If anyone know please let me know I am leaving in 2 days . Thank you !

Wizzair website problems, very difficult to impossible to log in. once logged in could not complete as basic step as filling in passengers info. hope it is resolved soon as flying in 2 days
