NO you will not find the answers on their' answer' page if you want to CHANGE YOUR FLIGHT. Nowhere anywhere does it tell you how to change your flight. The site only says you can change a flight online through 'my wizz air' and then when you go to My Wizz Air there is literally no option for flight change leaving you with only option left to call them which they charge you a $1/minute. WTF?! Guest : It is IMPOSSIBLE TO CANTACT WIZZAIR unless you are prepared to pay £10-£15 for phone charges at least !! There is not a single email address that you can write to only a claim form and the auto reply says Please be informed that no reply will be sent to your question apart from this automatic message but you will most probably find answers to your questions on our website:FAQ:wizzair.com/en-GB/useful_information/faq... and/or General Conditions of Carriage: wizzair.com/static/downloads/GCC_WAH_EN.... Ridiculous!! What is the pint of sending a complain then ?

I am a holder of WIZZ Privilege Pass so I have 1 free Cabin Bag and I have add 1 Checked-in baggage to my trip using mobile app and i got confirmation on my visacard At the airport Boarding they said they can’t see any Checked in baggage added in the system . I had no choice but to pay again at the airport because I didn’t want to miss the flight . So I have paid 2 times for same checked in baggage 1 - first time with credit card online 2 - at the airport i had send them email through wizzair website on 6th September 2015 and tell today 10 th Oct 2015 they haven't replay me i call them and they said i must wait 30 working days ????

I made international payment to pay for my tickets and my tickets are still on hold after three days. Should I be worried? They have rule that payment have to be done during 24 hours. I did that, but on Sunday, I can't be sure whether day received it during 24 hours. Probably not. Please, does anyone have had similar experience? Should I be worried about. I will not die, if this trip never happens, but could I get back my money, if they cancel my booking?

Beware of fraud on the part of the cabin crew. I bought drinks and a cocktail promotion totalling 16 Euro and handed over 1060 RSd in cash plus my debit card. The stewardess handed me a blank screen to authorise payment of the balance which should have been 860 RSD. I said I would not authorise a blank screen and asked how much I was being charged. The stewardess tried to avoid the question and then quoted 1100 RSD as being due. I said that was wrong, quoted the actual figures and her reply was that the total was 18 Euro not 16 Euro. I had seen her in action with other passengers and she was very fluid with multiple transactions - I believe that in my case she tried to overcharge me and pocket the extra balance in cash. When I asked her name she refused to give it to me. Flight No 4001 from Belgrade to Luton. Bar set 8107.

One thing I noticed on a recent booking was that it was actually dearer for selecting two tickets together rather than 2 separate bokings.... Anybody else noticed that?

Thank you :( You should fill in a complaint form or call the Call Center (this one is quicker) and ask them to change your name, you cannot have characters other than those in the English alphabet in your name. This kinda name change is free.

Is anyone else having problems booking tickets online? I have been trying for nearly 2 weeks, several times a day to book Bristol to Sofia next summer. I get all the way to selecting my flights but tickets won't load to basket. System eventually just times out. Another problem is that price has already gone up £90 in the time I've been trying!

Easy :) Wizzair should have a button SAVE PDF. Another solution would be (in Chrome) to do this steps: 1. Open your ticket 2. Click print 3. This airline has extremely strict rules on bags.got charged 120 euros as bags deemed too big. Never had a problem with any other airline. Avoid wizzair!

I made a reservation online. I received my confirmation number, but I misplaced it. I did not received any e-mail about my booking. There is no booking in my profile, so I don't know if where I am with this booking. I tried contacted wiz air via e-mail but didn't received any answer. Cannot find any phone number to contact them.

I can't check-in on line after I got my booking e-mail. Please fix the website (no way to logging-in though app neither ...) ( from my e-mail :) WEB CHECK-IN *Available from 30 days up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. *Print your boarding card and present it at the boarding gate together with your travel documents no later than 30 minutes prior to the departure of your flight! *If you travel with checked-in hold baggage you must present yourself at the baggage drop desk no later than 40 minutes prior to the departure of your flight. Hello people, I had the same problem with the pdf file but i have found a way. What you have to try is the following : When you click on print boarding pass you will be redirected to the html page. Then you have to do right click, sel ect the option print. When this window opens there is an option change. Click and you will have to see options pdf. When you select it you just have to save it as pdf. It worked for me. I hope you all manage it. Its really bad fr om wizzair that they didn't mention anything at all about this new stupid thing.. With the wizzair app I can not donwload my boardingpass on my iPhone to add it to my passbook app. With the app update because of wizzairs change in coorparate look and feel came this annoying BUG.

To give you sone workarounds to print /save your boardingpass To save to disk you can save as html and use that to print or to send that as email To save as pdf, you can install a pdf printer like pdfcreator (free) and choose to print and choose pdfcreator as the printer to save it as pdf

The ANSWER to * (WIZZ) AiR PDF problem... Wizz air has no way of currently printing a PDF. I made two screen shots and pasted them together in PAINT. This was the only way to be sure I had a copy of the web check in ticket. Wankers WiZZ AIR....Disgusting in this Day and age the WIZZ AIR RETARDS have no idea how to offer PDF download.... I loaded an image and removed my name for privacy.. not sure if the image will show

Not only is there no convert to PDF option but if you try to convert the page to a pdf manually then you're kicked back to the Wizzair login screen. Sheer stupidity. Wizzair is your policy deliberately to antagonise your client base and induce your former passengers to seek new airlines to fly with ! ? ! ?

I don`t have a printer also, but I tried print and there is option to save for pdf. It works. I did that few minutes ago.

Guest : This is insane!! Why is the 'save as pdf' button taken off the boarding pass option?? Any advice? I've just booked, and been through the page several times to check I haven't missed it. Looks like its not just me then! My printer doesn't work so I need a PDF for a friend to print off. I guess the only option is to log into the website from a computer that has printer access. Bloody stupid idea removing the PDF option! Would be nice for everyone to get a response from WizzAir

The same Person cannot occupy two seats - with you seat 25 has been reserved - why don t you reply to my wish to cancel the flight with you and supply a me with a voucher for a next flight for Mr. Szczerba? Yes we did this in February as the paper boarding pass would not scan. Julian Stephenson : Can one use boarding passes displayed on a mobile phone rather than a paper copy?

Guest : Hi, , I am going to Poland (Gdansk) for a holiday and i was wondering whether you can take a Penny Board on Wizz air because unlike other airlines which actually bother to mention if it is alright or not these people don't and to call them its like 92p per minute which a huge rip off, they don't even have an email.... So does anyone have experience with skateboards and wizz air? plus does anyone know whether your allowed to your board through Luton and Gdansk security check in? Luton doesn't really say much about not taking it but Gdansk says no however i called them and they said it doesn't matter it depends on the airline which wasn't really helpful as i wanted to know if i can actually take it!
