This company is a joke. I've been trying to get them to confirm their policy regarding peanut allergy! Over the last three months I have called, emailed and even gone to the airport to ask Wizz staff. All I wanted was for them to tell me if I ask for peanuts not to be served on the trolley and if an anouncment could be made asking passengers not to eat peanuts on board. Standard practice on all flights I would have assumed. Their reply was it was up to the cabin staff to decide. I have now cancelled my flights at a cost of £2,100. This company is a complete JOKE. Hi, I accidentally booked my flight for the wrong day with WizzAir. I realized an hour later and started the process of trying to change the flight. I tried to pay the fee and the page glitched and returned me to the home screen. WizzAir is now telling me that I cancelled the flight but I haven't received an email or refund, and when I try to retrieve the booking it says 'not found'. Can someone help please?

Dear WizzAir Support Team, On 13 April my husband created an account with this email address: tigranghzaryan.13@gmail.com and we purchased tickets from Brussels to Catania for 2 people for 19 June, and from Rome to Yerevan for 24 June. Hi, I tried to find answer everywhere but without success. We are going to fly with Wizz Air this weekend with baby (26 months old) and not take him stroller but baby carrier (back carrier you know for hiking). Guest : I'm trying to check-in but on the confirmation page the system keeps changing the my dates backward one day. Ex. My DOB is 1965-03-10 but the system is moving it to 1965-03-09. It's doing this for the documents expiration as well. The agent in the chat hasn't been able to help me. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I don't want to move the dates forward to 1965-03-11 and then have an issue at the airport. Had exactly same issue on website, kept changing my DOB then wouldn't let me check in anyway. Changed the details using the app then was able to check-in. Flying in a few days so fingers crossed.
I have just returned from a short trip( 5 days) to Torremolinos flying with Wizzair from Gatwick to Malaga ( PNR: IM3C8U ). On the way out the agent we booked with eSky.co.uk was supposed to check us in ( for which we paid extra) but at the last minute said they could not get access to the check in and we were to present ourselves at the Wizzair check in desk at Gatwick and they would check us in, which after some reluctance they did. On the last day of our holiday we, once again,received a last minute message from eSky to say they could not check us in again and we should check in online with Wizzair. Having only a phone with us we eventually got onto Wizzais’s website but we’re told that it was not possible to check in online. So once again we presented ourselves at the check in desk and after some time were told they could not find our booking . They then sent us off to their partner office ( Aviapartners ) to sort it out, they told us that because we had booked through an agency we would have to pay an additional ˆ90. to pay for them to check us in. This was clearly an ambush as we were sent back to the Wizzair desk again and they then had no trouble in checking us in. The most to blame for this nonsense was eSky.co.uk as they were happy to sell us the tickets, the very expensive extra baggage £180 for 2 x 10kg cabin bags plus the extra charge to arrange check in. But bearing in mind that their ( Wizzair ) website said that it was not possible to check in on line it was outrageous that they then had the audacity to ambush us with a check in charge of ˆ90. It is not just about the money it is the tension and distress that this causes which is the most difficult to deal with. Be assured that I will not be so foolish as to book with either Wizzair or eSky .co.uk again in the future. I should perhaps say that we are both over seventy, I an engineer and my wife a company administrator we are both computer literate but perhaps a little slower with online bookings. That said, the modern travel industry is too hard and it is very easy to get into problems which, of course, is virtually impossible to resolve by speaking to a human being.

Try it with another handy! With my iPhone 13 (IOS 16.6) it doesn‘t work (20 hours trial and error, no success). Today I take my old Samsung Galaxy J5 with Androide 7.1.1 and surprise: The Page with the password reset opens! Perhaps special browser or security settings. Good luck!

4 of us were flying back from Istanbul to uk. Bags checked in looking around the airport for our gate. Saw there was a delay a few of us and some other passengers waiting. Did not hear any announcements ad tho what was happening. No staff at the airport spoke any English kept telling us to go this way that way. Went round and round in circles having a panic attack. Saw our plane but they would not let us on no explanation no announcements no information containing friends in the UK they say the flight was delayed and then all of a sudden apparently It had already left. We had to book another flight later that day at another airport. Authentic stuff at Istanbul for no apparent reason can't speak English. It was soo bad that to even get out of the airport Nobody knew what they were talking about went all around the airport for about another hour before finding the exit. Now how would I complain and would i recive my money back. Also my baggage that was check in is now missing too. Please help any advice would be appreciated.
