Guest : Christiano Fernandes : Vueling is not treating me well in relation to the loss of my lost luggage. In fact they are trying to fool me around!!!! They have lost my luggage in a flight from Barcelona to Berlin on July 4th. Since then I am trying to get some sort of help by sending e-mails, making phone calls, sending mails but nothing. Vueling is just playing with me....making me feel like fool!!! The last time they got in contact they wrote saying that I had to send all my original documents to proceed with my case. I sent everything they asked ...but ...as I have noticed that they were trying to avoid paying I notarized all of them at a Notary Service and payed extra to have a receipt to prove that they received it...GUESS WHAT...today they sent a message saying that they did not receive anything!!!SHAME ON YOU!!!!!! Miguel Angel Jimenez received the my mail with all documents needed on August 17th. Vueling even stamped the Vueling logo as they had to on my receipt!!!! I can send the photo roving how Vueling is treating their customers!!! Please, does anyone know how I can get some help???? Do not book with this airline. Non existent customer service. Refused to issue refund even though phone lines were busy to cancel within two hours. Multiple emails, phone calls (at huge expense) completely inadequate response directing me to website. I will NEVER book this airline again.

Guest : We are experiencing the same now, luggage lost when we travelled from Palermo to Dubrovnik via Rome. Four days have gone by and I have just got a call from Dubrovnik that ONE of our suitcases are there - what about the other one? We checked them in together so this is very suspicious. I will never fly with Vueling again, they have been so unhelpful doing this process. I have started a little mini campaign on instagram #donotravelwithvueling because I honestly don't understand that airline is still allowed to operate with all those complaints. Guest : Flight from Florence to Catania today - 30 people's luggage left off vueling flight - I'm guessing from what I'm reading we will never see it again. Guest : They are the worst! I can't believe that they are still allowed to be in business, there are literally thousands of posts like yours. I had the same thing happen to me last week from Barcelona to Seville. It wasn't even a full flight and they left at least 10 other peoples bags. When we called, they said maybe it could get to Madrid. We were set to be to Madrid in 5 days, really?!?! They couldn't care less about their customers. I would never fly with them again if my life depended on it. My husband started to call every hour and was super sweet to them ( I would have lost my cool). He also told them I had medicine in my bag that I couldn't get in Spain. After each hourly phone call, he kept telling them that I was getting worse without my meds. He knew that this was our only chance to get bags back. I finally received my bag on day 3. I am now trying to get compensated for the things I had to buy. They said I would get $50 a day. They are just ignoring all of my emails. There needs to be a news special on this awful company! Guest : Barcelona- Paris 06/11/17. We were also on the May 12th flight Gatwick to Florence but didn't get our luggage until the following ~Wednesday due to e-mails and phone calls not being passed on to the courier company so in the end took a 3 hour round trip to fetch it ourselves with our hosts. Not impressed with Vueling as no help at airport on arrival = it was complete chaos, would never risk travelling with them again

Vueling flight London to florence may 2017.delayed at gate then only 90 passengers allowed to board some 50 bumped off and then told all baggage being left behind including for those on flight.we were scheduled to arrive Friday 7pm arrived 10pm our bags arrived at hotel 7pm on Sunday.great in view of wedding at 4pm Sunday.no help at all.this airline is * do not fly with it.gary

I have recently booked through Vueling Airlines, received a confirmation email of my tickets, but on the website they are still listed as "pending bookings"? I payed for the tickets but on my account it still says the payment is pending as well. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, on my profile it says it is only 80% complete. Does anyone know how to complete the profile? I find this website hard to use and the customer service is not helpful at all.

My partner is going to meet with Minister of transport. He booked BA and was put on Vueling flight, he is therefore determined BA take responsibility as Vueling appear not to be accountable even under EU laws.

Never ever fly with this outfit. And be very wary of BA now that they code share with them. They won't step in to help when Vueling lose your luggage, cancel your flight and refuse to pay compensation or even reply to your emails. Please be warned.

Don't fly with Vueling. See the complaints on Facebook and Twitter. Think Alex Cruz will turn BA into them soon in the name of profit?? KLM, Monarch and Flybe all far superior in my experience. CAA should look at Vuelings practices.

Booked via BA, as a partner, but certainly not BA service. One member of staff to check in 2 airbus size loads of passengers at Gatwick. Staff were pleasant- not their fault, as were the staff on the plane, but planes themselves are cramped- even for someone who's only 5'4 !! I travel with BA all the time & assumed I would be able to book in extra luggage in advance- no, Vueling wouldn't let me. Had to pay ( a lot!) at the airport. Tried to move my seat, no again, as it was booked through BA, I couldn't My luggage did arrive safely & though the plane was late departing, it was due to bad weather- but the whole experience was just not good. I will certainly avoid travelling with them again.

GET A SOLICITOR Lawrence : Was due to fly fr om Rome to Manchester in April but the flight time was changed to an unacceptable time so they offered me a change of flight or refund. I requested a refund on October 27th, at which point i was informed (and have been subsequently) that the refund was submitted successfully. I have checked numerous times but I have 100% not received my refund. I have emailed them via their website numerous times and called the customer services numerous times also and still nobody will give me an answer on wh ere my refund is. It seems there is a number of people having this issue, so I was wondering if anyone has made any headway with it and if so, what is your advice?

Reading here, Trip Advisor, Twitter and Facebook confirms all I've heard about the appalling way Vueling are operating this Airline. A friend has emailed * and was ignored and is now using a no win no fee law firm to get due compensation due under EU law. They also intend to make MEPs in Brussels aware of their concerns about Vuelings behaviour. Don't give up, pursue your claims.

Hi everyone. Don't use Vueling. The worst Company I've ever known. Last Friday night at 20:55 I was supposed to go back at home from London Gatwick. I was already at the gate when suddenly they cancelled the flight. I forgot to say, I was going to my hometown to the party of my son , ONE year old on the 9/2/17! You can imagine how I felt. They put me in another flight the day after at 8:15 ( it means at 6:30 a.m. at the airport for the check in). As I arrived at the terminal they said the flight was delayed at 18:40! while I was waiting at the airport they said the flight was delayed at 20:25, but suddenly at 18:00 they confirmed the 18:40 time as scheduled. The worst Company in the planet. I am wondering now what to do with a lawyer.

I have not flown Vueling Airlines, but was planning to use them for upcoming internal flights within Europe. Thanks to the many, many bad reviews of this airline on this site and others, I will now definitely not be using them. Oh dear the problem I am having with Vueling. I booked a Flight on the 6th December for my wife an I to fly from Birmingham to Alicante on the 29thMarch 2017. They cancelled the Flight and wanted us to fly a few days before! But gave us the option to have a refund. This was promised to happen in a few days from the 11thJanuary. Today the end of January no money and I am told it will take another Month! I asked for compensation and am drawing a blank!

Are you struggling to get somewhere with Vueling? Please read: I have also had a terrible time with Vueling - on a trip to Barcelona in Sept 2016, they mishandled the bag containing all of my clothes and toiletries so that I did not receive it until nearly 13 days into two-week-long trip. Throughout the process they gave me contradictory information - or lied outright - about the status of my luggage, and I wasted countless hours being stonewalled. Almost half a year later, I have finally obtained partial compensation for some of my expenses, but the airline refuses to credit me the remainder because of their policy. The only way I was able to make headway was by writing a series of detailed emails to the company's executives where I firmly but politely explained my situation and made it clear that I would contact regulatory and consumer authorities if they did not help me. Each time, I received a follow-up within 12-24 hours of sending the email. I specifically contacted "Customer Experience Manager" Melida Viladot, "Chief Commercial Officer" David Garcia Blancas, and CEO Javier * -Prieto. My first and last experience of Vueling. Half an hour spent trying to fill in the form to obtain a ticket to Barcelona, but tells me some of the fields are empty or incorrect. They aren't - and they won't even say which fields! I hope their pilots' on-board computers are a little more user friendly. Oh well, back to Easyjet.

Presently absolutely rubbish. Flight delayed by two hours presently sitting on the plane waiting to take off. No customer relations at all no information about reason for delay and to be honest not sure what time we will be leaving luton airport. Will think twice before I use this airline again.

Never again with Vueling. Lats night I was supposed to have two flights with them, the first one from Marseille to Barcelona, the second one from Barcelona to Palma. The first one was late, but not that much, so we (me and 13 other passengers having the same connection) we'll still catch the flight to Palma. But we arrive at the door only to see them closing the plane... After that I got told that they will be no refund, no hotel, nothing about this second flight/this whole shitty situation. I have medical condition, and nobody was helping with anything. Today I am still stuck in Barcelona because Vueling made me lost so much money... Now my only solution is to get a new ticket on my own. No compensation, no seat on another flight. NOTHING. that's clearly the WORST flight company I've ever taken. (and believe me, i am used to low cost compagnies) + with employees shouting at me clearly bein' in a bad physical situation

I bought the tickets in September through Book & Trip to the flight Palma de Mallorca - Kiev with a change in Barcelona. In Spain, I was hospitalized, for this reason I can't take advantage of the ticket. Change me my ticket company disagreed, arguing that there are no tickets for the date that interests me. Then my ticket for the flight was canceled, but the money was not returned. All correspondence regarding a refund for a ticket (even with the fine) gave no result. In my experience, I recommend that you: buy the best tickets a little expensive, but good company, as you can be without a ticket and without money.

Was due to fly fr om Rome to Manchester in April but the flight time was changed to an unacceptable time so they offered me a change of flight or refund. I requested a refund on October 27th, at which point i was informed (and have been subsequently) that the refund was submitted successfully. I have checked numerous times but I have 100% not received my refund. I have emailed them via their website numerous times and called the customer services numerous times also and still nobody will give me an answer on wh ere my refund is. It seems there is a number of people having this issue, so I was wondering if anyone has made any headway with it and if so, what is your advice?

Same problem, vueling cancelled flight in October, still haven't refunded me, 56 days now, they say it a technical issue then say another 20 days, it's obviously company policy to hold on to customers money as long as possible, I'm now taking them to small claims court to recover the £535

I was told my refund of £379 was made on 19 oct 2016. it is the 8th December 2016 and I still have no refund. Customer Services don't do anything. Twitter account does not do anything. They say its with Finance - you cant speak to finance. it is Shambolic and also speaks volumes about there brand.

Rachel : I have never flown with Vueling before. Booked a flight Barcelona to Manchester for 4th Feb in September, only to receive an email a few weeks ago the flight has been changed to 3rd Feb. This change is no good for me as my hotel is pre-paid until 4th. Requested a refund (by telephone) and was told 5-7 working days. Is now 11 days and called again to be told it can take a month. Is this a common occurence with Vueling taking longer than 7 working days? Ryanair refunded me for the same thing earlier this year within 2 days! I am now out of pocket as have had to book another flight home on 4th and really need the refund.... Im not sure I will even bother looking at their flights in futiure I am in the exact situation as you. They refunded 2 x bookings on the spot the other two I am still waiting for since 28 Oct 16 (now 6 Dec) I am considerably out of pocket having to rebook and I am still owed over $400 on the lead up to Xmas. Their call centre is of no use other than someone to shout at. I have instructed my bank to pursue a charge back as I do not trust vuelingss ability.

Vueling is the worst airline I ever had dealings with telephone customer services is a * of time they are all BRAiNLESS I have waited over 2 months for 2 refunds caused by them changing my flights time and day of travel. They have agreed a refund,and they tell me they cannot make a refund to my card due to problems with their bank. On a return trip from Rome to Manchester Vueling sent our baby car seat to Barcelona for 4 days. We had no legal or safe way to transport our 8 month old baby home - no staff on Vueling desks and no help over phone. I've been waiting 2 months for the promised compensation and NOTHING. Lance : Flew to barcelona 23/09..3 adults stuff in 1 suitcase,arrived barcelona,stood at carousel for 2 hrs..nothing,went to customer services,filled out a report,was told to check the world tracer site daily,which we did,just kept saying,not found.customer services told us to buy clothes daily untill case turned up.well waking up in salou on the sat morning,with not even a toothbrush between us was no joke.toiletries,chargers,suncream etc.Got home Sat 30/09..The case turned up today Tue 4/10...12 days later,To my horror,it looked like it had been on a 100 flights,suncream,coffee,shower jell,all smashed to bits,everything covered and ruined including case,and it was well packed..i have had no correspondence,emails,phonecalls,updates,nothing fr om vuelling whatsoever!...so apart from shopping every day for clothes,which ruined the holiday,i am now going to try to put in a claim,but dont know wh ere to start.what makes it even worse,is that they say on their site,if you have baggage insurance,claim directly from them,why the hell should i pay the excess,and do that.FFUmming!

I booked a return flight from Manchester to Rome with BA. Unfortunately for me, and through no choice of my own, the return flight was with Vueling Airlines, chartered by BA. The flight was delayed by 6 hours and during that time, no tokens for refreshments were offered. They have denied my claims for compensation, so I went back to BA to see what they said about it. Of course they washed their hands of the matter and said that it was between myself and Vueling. In my view, BA should be held accountable. I paid my money to them. My contract was with them and I booked my flight through them on their website. I have written to CEO Willie Walsh but haven't heard back yet. I urge anyone who has booked through BA but ended up on an appalling Vueling flight to do the same. If I paid a plumber to do a job and he was too busy to accommodate, and instead, he hired some bodger to do the work, it would be with him, and not the badger who my solicitor would be writing to. we flew fr om Catania to Rome on October 5. The Vueling agent in Catania mistakenly tagged our luggage for flight 6867 from Catania to Florence. The report for mishandled luggage filed by the Vueling agent in Rome references only our flight 6137 to Rome. We have been trying the status phone number we were given every hour from 8 to 6 but there is never an answer. We have emailed the status email address we were given by the Vueling Rome agent but no response. The international mishandled luggage website shows that the trace is still in progress. We suspect that they are not looking in Florence wh ere our bags were sent with a different name and flight number. We had large very readable luggage name tags on the bags. It appears our bags landed in Florence before we even left Catania!

Vueling didn't transport my paid checked in luggage from Paris to LPA on 28 aug 2016. Had to buy some clothes and essentials before the bag was delivered 2 days later. I filed a claim for delayed luggage and received a no reply email 2 weeks ago as acknowledgement of receiving my documents, and that they will revert on email after studying my claim. Have not heard a word since from Vueling. Has anyone here ever received a baggage delay claim for Vueling? How long do they take? Only way to reach them seems to be an international call to Spain.

WE GOT OUR LUGGAGE BACK! It was delivered to our address in Genoa 7 days later. Still the process is painful , they answered the telephone for inquiries but basically only to tell you to wait and wait until found. I would never check any bags with them. Guest : Hello. Vueling has lost my luggage on flight VY6155 13/9 from Palermo to Rome then on to Amsterdam My husbands came but not mine. Was told by flight staff on Emirates there is a gang operating from luggage handling. My husbands had a combination lock, mine did not. Has been five days. When my luggage didn't arrive in Amsterdam I filed a lost luggage form but Amsterdam said according to what they could see my luggage did not even leave Palermo. Have tracking number but nothing coming up. Have informed my travel agent & as all reports on this airline are negative she will not be using again.

I accidentally posted my complaint 3 times! I wonder if we can all get our heads together to find out what to do? I am sorry that my bag is missing. But I have to think how grateful I am that I am alive. What makes me so mad is that there is no response. One of the youtube videos was from a guy who had successfully gotten what he asked for by contacting the CEO of Vueling. But that was probably pure luck and I can tell you the CEO did not reach out to me. There must be something that can be done.

My bag went missing fr om a flight from Pamplona to Barcelona on July 10, 2016. That is now 64 days!!! I have had the very same experience. So now I want to know how to get anyone to answer email or the phone or anything. Here is what I've done so far: I got a PIR number from Vueling the day of the incident. I called them at this number: +34-931-518-172. Spoke to one person, and he told me it had not been gone long enough for them to look. This was on day 2 or three. I had to wait 21 days. Then I emailed them @ equipajevueling@infopir.net. I've emailed at least 20 times. NOT ONE ANSWER Then I went on a TWITTER rampage. Believe it or not someone is manning their TWITTER account. They have sent messages such as: Sorry for any inconveniences. Why don't you email them. Here is there phone number, etc etc Then I sent a letter FEDEX ($53.00 US )to an address I was given by TWITTER: PARQUE DE NEGOCIOS MAS BLAU II, / PLA DE L'ESTANY,5/ 08820 EL PRAT DE LLOBREGAT./-BARCELONA (SPAIN) Then I contacted a group called Get Human, ($20.00) wh ere a real person would have the time to deal with this. They were on the case for about a week, and they gave up. I did not really want to keep paying them. I was afraid it could be a scam. I looked them up, and they seemed legit. Then I found a luggage searching place, and for the life of me I can't remember the name, but I paid them money too. There were testimonials from people who had good luck with them, but not me. Then one day I went searching for names of people who work for Vueling and I thought this is it. Now I am home free. WORST airline ever! Vueling lost my luggage from Barcelona to Venice. Don't bother emailing because you won't get a response. And their customer service line is absolute rubbish. First person told me they found my luggage at Venice airport. On my second call they changed their answer stating that they are still searching for my luggage. They provide no help what so ever, I honesty don't think they care. It's been 1 week and I've received no updates. After reading the mass customer complaints online, it's clear that Vueling has a real operations issue. I wish i did my research first, I learnt it the hard way. Don't ever fly with Vueling, they are an incompetent airline and will ruin your holiday!

My husband and I were traveling from Lisbon to Naples with a change of flight in Barcelona celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and you LOST our luggage and you do not take any Responsibility in even trying to help in finding our luggage The luggages were supposed to arrive to the hotel in Positano at Marincanto the next day BUT no show!! The Airline are failing to comply with European law regarding compensation payments I have had a claim for TWO flights delay more than 5hours and lack of refreshments provision travelled Manchester to Alicante return June/July 2016 Flights to and from Alicante delayed in excess of 5hours, landed at Alicante at 4am the airport was closed, walked straight through passport control as no officers of staff present, no access to refreshments was travelling with a 3yr old all passengers had to sleep on floors in arrivals hall waiting for car hire, buses and taxis service to resume at 7.30am... Customer services lied that the delays were not their fault resulting in rejected compensation claim.... My evidence and research concluded that every flight during June/July was delayed or cancelled still waiting for compensation to be paid for our party of 6.... Disgraceful airline DO NOT USE they maybe a few £ cheaper than other airlines SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT.....!!!

Vueling is an absolute disgrace, I genuinely feel for anyone having problems with them as you have no hope in receiving the most basic level of customer service. My bags were lost somewhere between Malta - Rome - Barcelona. First they entered details into their 'tracking' system WRONG! Now I can't get in contact with them to get it updated correctly. I even tried going to Barcelona airport today, asked nearly every Vueling person for help to which one said "maybe you'll hear something in a week." Never mind that I'm visiting from overseas and will be gone in 7 days so am stuck in a foreign country with nothing until then. Still there's worse, I then queued at the ticket desk since they have NO SERVICE DESK and despite being composed, polite was quickly told in a hostile tone by an employee "Sir if you are not buying a ticket GO AWAY," no joke or exaggeration. Easily the worst company I've dealt with in my life, not just restricted to airlines, I will be warning everyone I know to NEVER use them under any circumstance. P.S their 'lost baggage line' is a scam that charges you an inflated rate (more than a euro a minute) to be put on hold with next to no hope of being answered & actually helped. I drained 120 euros trying yesterday. Most likely this is vuelings way of preying on desperate passengers whose luggage they have lost to offset any compensation they actually are forced to part with. All in all avoid if you are checking any luggage as once its lost you're completely at their mercy with no hope of any real help. I honestly didn't believe a company could operate successfully in the world behaving in such a manner but I guess I just learned the hard way so hope to help others from making the same mistake. BE AWARE Flights to and from Alicante delayed in excess of 5hours, landed at Alicante at 4am the airport was closed, walked straight through passport control as no officers of staff present, no access to refreshments was travelling with a 3yr old all passengers had to sleep on floors in arrivals hall waiting for car hire, buses and taxis service to resume at 7.30am... Customer services lied that the delays were not their fault resulting in rejected compensation claim.... My evidence and research concluded that every flight during June/July was delayed or cancelled still waiting for compensation to be paid for our party of 6.... Disgraceful airline DO NOT USE they maybe a few £ cheaper than other airlines SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT.....!!!

Never Vueling again. They did not deliver a single piece of luggage for any passengers flying from Florence to LGW on 7 August (weight restriction due to heavy winds apparently) . I have gone through hell trying to trace my bags and close to a month later am still waiting. The call centre is useless and their bag tacker website is pointless as it is never updated. I have logged over 15 calls to them, usually long distance and have been regularly cut off. Hardly any use getting through though, as the people on the other end are unable to help. These guys should be investigated for gross incompetence.

Flew Paris to Barcelona on Aug. 20. My checked suitcase did not arrive. It was finally delivered to me on Aug. 24. I was told that I would receive 50E for each day I was without my things, but I cannot find out how to collect this payment. I see that other passengers are having difficulty with compensation as well.

PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE VUELING. IT'S THE WORST AIRLINE I HAVE EVER USED IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I READ THESE COMMENTS AND DIDN'T LISTEN AND THEY'VE NOW LOST MY LUGGAGE IN ROME AND GIVEN ME NO UPDATES. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PEOPLE THAT COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND JUST KEEP ASKING ME TO CHECK THEIR WEBSITE FOR LOST LUGGAGE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE IN THE BAG AND ALL THE MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED. AFTER ALL THIS, I HAVE NO HOPE OF FINDING MY BAG AGAIN. DISGUSTING COMPANY.

This airline needs to have its licence revoked. It is grossly incompetent and evidentially incapable of managing an airline operation. In that respect, there is every possibility that this inherent incompetence will become manifest in their operational safety at some point, sooner or later. That could, in deed, result in fatalities. Aviation authorities, please take notice!

Guest : Landed in Paris Orly on August 22nd with Vueling discovered that no luggage at all have been embarked, no information at the departure, no information at arrival (on purpose I guess ??) ZERO pro-active information fr om Vueling since then - UNACCEPTABLE we are now August 26th the site is still displaying "lost luggage" when it is obvious and confirmed that all the luggages are still in Florence Vueling is taking ZERO action to solve the issue, just passively waiting for the Florence airport to send luggage whenever they want/can, a few fr om time to time !!! Vueling services and customers care is NUL After 17 days, I finally got my luggage, no thanks to Vueling. They have no idea wh ere anything is. It was a call to Air Canada bagage tracker that they were able to tell me wh ere my suitcase was. According to Vueling's "Baggage Tracker" site, they are still lookinf for my baggage. After many calls, the best number I found to contact Vueling was +34 931 51 8172

Anyone who plans on travelling on Liat PLEASE DON'T....take my follish advice. My family member paid round trip ticket fr st.croix to St.Lucia. was to return to st.croix yesterday with 2 stops... (1st stop st. Martin, 2nd Tortola then to final desdestination at around 1:30pm flight arrived to tortola but told passengers could not land and had to return to st. Martin. Upon return to st martin it was then customers inquired on luggage that was booked on another flight that landed in same island tortola they were advised plane could not land.) I understand things happens ut this airline has such A HIGH AND BAD reputation for always doing such and what maked it worse is the nasty * customer service not one person to at least give a customer hope or at least try to make a difference. With airline not providing any accomodations they had the * nerve to tell their passengers that there should be another flight moving out Friday but only" IF" there's space. It was then found that the flight was not only over booked but initial flight was changed and passengers we not notified. St Martin branch stated such changed was made by headquarters located in Antigua and cant do anything about. I then contacted Antigua base where I got even more upset with the rude and nasty serice rep(did not even mention her name more so refused to repeat when asked as I could not hear her. I even had to confirm where I'm calling because the manner on which call was answered swear i called someome personal number or landline)..As I demand to speak with a supervisor calp.her attitude became worst as she insists that i tell her what my call was in regards...nevertheless you would think a "supervisor" would portray a much more professional manner.....she stated that duw to weather plane could not land unknowig to her that I already knew 1)flight was changed and without notifying passengers) 2) flight was over booked and 3) 2nd flight landed at that same location. She paused then placed call on hold only to state that i should call back call back in 10 mins. It became a blame and lie game between St. martin and Antigua as oppose to focusing on stranded passengers who where then asked to check out at immigration to leave airport with no confirmation or flight assurance.... it was then. At after 10 pm passengers where advised of next day flight to tortala however passengers would have to fend for themselves to get to their final.destination on their own when round trip ticket was booked. That means paying 2 separate fees 1 to catch ferry fr tortola to st.Thomas at cost of $30 then catchin another airline fr st Thomasto st. Croix at another cost of $189. U guts know how to.raise the put if he'll I HATE THIS AIRLINE WITH A PASSION. ....I CAN NEVER EVER TRAVEL ON THIS AIRLINE....U GUYS FRIGGING SUCK....U GUYS BRING THE DEVIL OUTTA ME...THUS AIRLINE CAN KISS MY BEHIND....it's all about money. You guys tried the island of Dominica and they were able to get more airlines to the island. My bag went missing on a Veuling flight July 10 from Paris to Barcelona. I have sent five emails to the contact they provided and have never received any response. Any help would be very much appreciated Hello, Vueling failed to transport our luggage from Florence to Gatwick on August 7. I live in Canada and have received 2 of the 3 suitcases.
