Guest : Christiano Fernandes : Vueling is not treating me well in relation to the loss of my lost luggage. In fact they are trying to fool me around!!!! They have lost my luggage in a flight from Barcelona to Berlin on July 4th. Since then I am trying to get some sort of help by sending e-mails, making phone calls, sending mails but nothing. Vueling is just playing with me....making me feel like fool!!! The last time they got in contact they wrote saying that I had to send all my original documents to proceed with my case. I sent everything they asked ...but ...as I have noticed that they were trying to avoid paying I notarized all of them at a Notary Service and payed extra to have a receipt to prove that they received it...GUESS WHAT...today they sent a message saying that they did not receive anything!!!SHAME ON YOU!!!!!! Miguel Angel Jimenez received the my mail with all documents needed on August 17th. Vueling even stamped the Vueling logo as they had to on my receipt!!!! I can send the photo roving how Vueling is treating their customers!!! Please, does anyone know how I can get some help???? Hilde Van den Bergh : Vueling are not treating me well in relation to the loss of my lost minty green suitcase with all my belongings in it flying fr om Barcelona to Dublin on 02/09/2017 I lost my husband earlier this year and now all my clothes and makeup are gone. No one is taking my phone calls nor giving me updates. I tried ringing 4 times today and was put on hold for 15 minutes each time and then cut off and told to ring back later. Wh ere are my precious things? It is unjust. 22,6kg suitcase has simply evaporated into thin air after I queued for an hour and 20 Minutes at the airport to check it in. Do not book with this airline. Non existent customer service. Refused to issue refund even though phone lines were busy to cancel within two hours. Multiple emails, phone calls (at huge expense) completely inadequate response directing me to website. I will NEVER book this airline again.

Guest : Traveled from Barcelona to Paris and I will never fly with Vueling Airlines again. Not only our luggage has been lost for 13 days now. But our file was closed by mistake twice without any explanation. There has been no follow-ups, we have been calling each day again and again to enquire about the situation. I have never seen any worse customer service. This is simply unacceptable. They are treating us as hostage. Beware and never fly with this company. Traveled from Barcelona to Paris and I will never fly with Vueling Airlines again. Not only our luggage has been lost for 13 days now. I will never fly with Vueling Airlines again. Not only our luggage has been lost for 13 days now. But our file was closed by mistake twice without any explanation. Guest : We are experiencing the same now, luggage lost when we travelled from Palermo to Dubrovnik via Rome. Four days have gone by and I have just got a call from Dubrovnik that ONE of our suitcases are there - what about the other one? We checked them in together so this is very suspicious. I will never fly with Vueling again, they have been so unhelpful doing this process. I have started a little mini campaign on instagram #donotravelwithvueling because I honestly don't understand that airline is still allowed to operate with all those complaints. Guess we have to make use of all the channels we got as customers. Well, the more we are to fights for our rights, the faster this company will be blocked and not allowed in the business. Guest : If I could rate this airline with zero stars I would. This airline is a joke. It has been six weeks since Vueling lost my luggage and I keep getting the run-around. The plane itself was falling apart with ripped seats etc. I booked through Iberia which is another failure of an airline. No integrity. I keep being told outright lies because I guess they don't want to close the case and compensate me for my lost luggage.

For a domestic flight within Spain, is it possible to use an American Drivers Licence as your I.D. ? I have done it twice this week as I lost my passport, but have one more flight tomorrow

We were on that same flight the day before. Same thing happens to us. It is now Thursday and we still have no luggage. Guest : Flight from Florence to Catania today - 30 people's luggage left off vueling flight - I'm guessing from what I'm reading we will never see it again. Willie Walsh and IAG need a good kick up the butt!!!

Guest : They are the worst! I can't believe that they are still allowed to be in business, there are literally thousands of posts like yours. I had the same thing happen to me last week from Barcelona to Seville. It wasn't even a full flight and they left at least 10 other peoples bags. When we called, they said maybe it could get to Madrid. We were set to be to Madrid in 5 days, really?!?! They couldn't care less about their customers. I would never fly with them again if my life depended on it. My husband started to call every hour and was super sweet to them ( I would have lost my cool). He also told them I had medicine in my bag that I couldn't get in Spain. After each hourly phone call, he kept telling them that I was getting worse without my meds. He knew that this was our only chance to get bags back. I finally received my bag on day 3. I am now trying to get compensated for the things I had to buy. They said I would get $50 a day. They are just ignoring all of my emails. There needs to be a news special on this awful company! Guest : Barcelona- Paris 06/11/17. Day 4 and NO SIGN. Pure ghosts ! Did your bag contain everything you put in before the lost? I've written an open letter to the CEO, in french, when I get enough time, I put it in English and then Spanish.... But, since I'm with customer, not enough time. You know the best? I commented all their publications on Facebook (all Vueling page I found) informing about their dishonest behaviour and you know what? Not only did they cleared up all, but also seem they blocked me! VERY VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL Then, I sent personal message to CEO, Alex Cruz, directly, yeah, he likes posting on Facebook! Great Anyway, I will continue fighting... This is just beginning Please, reach all this page and lets our voices be heared FOSS!
