my bag lost in vueling air line during flight Amsterdam to palma on 4 Sept 2016 and i immediately contact to lost desk and i filed a lost form as well i got reference no unfortunately during to my resident in palma and Barcelona i called to them and i done follow up every day but nobody revert to me all our gift and my laptop my ipod and all necessary medicine and .... was in my bag . i back to my country now i sent 20 email to this address 'equipajevueling@infopir.net' really i dont know what i should doing ? if anybody has experience about same case plz share with me ,

check in Vueling. permite check in gratuito hasta siete dias antes del vuelo, bien para la ida, pero la vuelta queda fuera del margen de siete dias. No veo que permita el check in solo de ida de momento.

Hello. Has anyone received their luggage back from Vueling or compensation for lost luggage ? Has anyone filed a legal complaint with the authorities? They lost my bag in the Amsterdam-Milano flight and this is day 3, after reading this blog I am very concerned with the outcome. Please share your experiences.

Did you get your bag back?OUTE] Guest : Vueling lost my bag on the 18th of July They said it was in Gatwick on the 21st of July Dubai on the 3rd and Sydney on the 4th. It's now day 25 and now they say they don't know where my bag is!!!!! How the hell are they getting away with this? Has anyone taken legal action and had success?

I accidentally posted my complaint 3 times! I wonder if we can all get our heads together to find out what to do? I am sorry that my bag is missing. But I have to think how grateful I am that I am alive. What makes me so mad is that there is no response. One of the youtube videos was from a guy who had successfully gotten what he asked for by contacting the CEO of Vueling. But that was probably pure luck and I can tell you the CEO did not reach out to me. There must be something that can be done.

My bag went missing fr om a flight from Pamplona to Barcelona on July 10, 2016. That is now 64 days!!! I have had the very same experience. So now I want to know how to get anyone to answer email or the phone or anything. Here is what I've done so far: I got a PIR number from Vueling the day of the incident. I called them at this number: +34-931-518-172. Spoke to one person, and he told me it had not been gone long enough for them to look. This was on day 2 or three. I had to wait 21 days. Then I emailed them @ equipajevueling@infopir.net. I've emailed at least 20 times. NOT ONE ANSWER Then I went on a TWITTER rampage. Believe it or not someone is manning their TWITTER account. They have sent messages such as: Sorry for any inconveniences. Why don't you email them. Here is there phone number, etc etc Then I sent a letter FEDEX ($53.00 US )to an address I was given by TWITTER: PARQUE DE NEGOCIOS MAS BLAU II, / PLA DE L'ESTANY,5/ 08820 EL PRAT DE LLOBREGAT./-BARCELONA (SPAIN) Then I contacted a group called Get Human, ($20.00) wh ere a real person would have the time to deal with this. They were on the case for about a week, and they gave up. I did not really want to keep paying them. I was afraid it could be a scam. I looked them up, and they seemed legit. Then I found a luggage searching place, and for the life of me I can't remember the name, but I paid them money too. There were testimonials from people who had good luck with them, but not me. Then one day I went searching for names of people who work for Vueling and I thought this is it. Now I am home free. I found a Melida Viladot: Customer experience manager: Melida.viadot@vueling.com Chief commercial officer David Garcia david.garcia@vueling.com Jordi * In flight marketing. However nothing happened. I had a friend write a letter in Spanish thinking it would work. Nothing. So does anyone have any other suggestions to get the attention of VUELING?

WORST airline ever! Vueling lost my luggage from Barcelona to Venice. Don't bother emailing because you won't get a response. And their customer service line is absolute rubbish. First person told me they found my luggage at Venice airport. On my second call they changed their answer stating that they are still searching for my luggage. They provide no help what so ever, I honesty don't think they care. It's been 1 week and I've received no updates. After reading the mass customer complaints online, it's clear that Vueling has a real operations issue. I wish i did my research first, I learnt it the hard way. Don't ever fly with Vueling, they are an incompetent airline and will ruin your holiday!

Your service is the worst service I ever had in my life!!! My husband and I were traveling from Lisbon to Naples with a change of flight in Barcelona celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and you LOST our luggage and you do not take any Responsibility in even trying to help in finding our luggage The luggages were supposed to arrive to the hotel in Positano at Marincanto the next day BUT no show!! This is absolutely unacceptable. When I return to San Francisco you will be dealing with our attorney!! You ruined our Spécial Celebration of Marriage and you don't care!!!! The Airline are failing to comply with European law regarding compensation payments I have had a claim for TWO flights delay more than 5hours and lack of refreshments provision travelled Manchester to Alicante return June/July 2016 Flights to and from Alicante delayed in excess of 5hours, landed at Alicante at 4am the airport was closed, walked straight through passport control as no officers of staff present, no access to refreshments was travelling with a 3yr old all passengers had to sleep on floors in arrivals hall waiting for car hire, buses and taxis service to resume at 7.30am... Customer services lied that the delays were not their fault resulting in rejected compensation claim.... My evidence and research concluded that every flight during June/July was delayed or cancelled still waiting for compensation to be paid for our party of 6.... Disgraceful airline DO NOT USE they maybe a few £ cheaper than other airlines SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT.....!!!

Vueling is an absolute disgrace, I genuinely feel for anyone having problems with them as you have no hope in receiving the most basic level of customer service. My bags were lost somewhere between Malta - Rome - Barcelona. First they entered details into their 'tracking' system WRONG! Now I can't get in contact with them to get it updated correctly. I even tried going to Barcelona airport today, asked nearly every Vueling person for help to which one said "maybe you'll hear something in a week." Never mind that I'm visiting from overseas and will be gone in 7 days so am stuck in a foreign country with nothing until then. Still there's worse, I then queued at the ticket desk since they have NO SERVICE DESK and despite being composed, polite was quickly told in a hostile tone by an employee "Sir if you are not buying a ticket GO AWAY," no joke or exaggeration. Easily the worst company I've dealt with in my life, not just restricted to airlines, I will be warning everyone I know to NEVER use them under any circumstance. P.S their 'lost baggage line' is a scam that charges you an inflated rate (more than a euro a minute) to be put on hold with next to no hope of being answered & actually helped. I drained 120 euros trying yesterday. Most likely this is vuelings way of preying on desperate passengers whose luggage they have lost to offset any compensation they actually are forced to part with. All in all avoid if you are checking any luggage as once its lost you're completely at their mercy with no hope of any real help. I honestly didn't believe a company could operate successfully in the world behaving in such a manner but I guess I just learned the hard way so hope to help others from making the same mistake. Good luck everyone.

Flew Paris to Barcelona on Aug. 20. My checked suitcase did not arrive. It was finally delivered to me on Aug. 24. I was told that I would receive 50E for each day I was without my things, but I cannot find out how to collect this payment. I see that other passengers are having difficulty with compensation as well.

This airline needs to have its licence revoked. It is grossly incompetent and evidentially incapable of managing an airline operation. In that respect, there is every possibility that this inherent incompetence will become manifest in their operational safety at some point, sooner or later. That could, in deed, result in fatalities. Aviation authorities, please take notice!

Guest : Landed in Paris Orly on August 22nd with Vueling discovered that no luggage at all have been embarked, no information at the departure, no information at arrival (on purpose I guess ??) ZERO pro-active information fr om Vueling since then - UNACCEPTABLE we are now August 26th the site is still displaying "lost luggage" when it is obvious and confirmed that all the luggages are still in Florence Vueling is taking ZERO action to solve the issue, just passively waiting for the Florence airport to send luggage whenever they want/can, a few fr om time to time !!! Vueling services and customers care is NUL After 17 days, I finally got my luggage, no thanks to Vueling. They have no idea wh ere anything is. It was a call to Air Canada bagage tracker that they were able to tell me wh ere my suitcase was. According to Vueling's "Baggage Tracker" site, they are still lookinf for my baggage. After many calls, the best number I found to contact Vueling was +34 931 51 8172

Anyone who plans on travelling on Liat PLEASE DON'T....take my follish advice. My family member paid round trip ticket fr st.croix to St.Lucia. was to return to st.croix yesterday with 2 stops... (1st stop st. Martin, 2nd Tortola then to final desdestination at around 1:30pm flight arrived to tortola but told passengers could not land and had to return to st. Martin. Upon return to st martin it was then customers inquired on luggage that was booked on another flight that landed in same island tortola they were advised plane could not land.) I understand things happens ut this airline has such A HIGH AND BAD reputation for always doing such and what maked it worse is the nasty * customer service not one person to at least give a customer hope or at least try to make a difference. With airline not providing any accomodations they had the * nerve to tell their passengers that there should be another flight moving out Friday but only" IF" there's space. It was then found that the flight was not only over booked but initial flight was changed and passengers we not notified. St Martin branch stated such changed was made by headquarters located in Antigua and cant do anything about. I then contacted Antigua base where I got even more upset with the rude and nasty serice rep(did not even mention her name more so refused to repeat when asked as I could not hear her. I even had to confirm where I'm calling because the manner on which call was answered swear i called someome personal number or landline)..As I demand to speak with a supervisor calp.her attitude became worst as she insists that i tell her what my call was in regards...nevertheless you would think a "supervisor" would portray a much more professional manner.....she stated that duw to weather plane could not land unknowig to her that I already knew 1)flight was changed and without notifying passengers) 2) flight was over booked and 3) 2nd flight landed at that same location. She paused then placed call on hold only to state that i should call back call back in 10 mins. It became a blame and lie game between St. martin and Antigua as oppose to focusing on stranded passengers who where then asked to check out at immigration to leave airport with no confirmation or flight assurance.... it was then. At after 10 pm passengers where advised of next day flight to tortala however passengers would have to fend for themselves to get to their final.destination on their own when round trip ticket was booked. That means paying 2 separate fees 1 to catch ferry fr tortola to st.Thomas at cost of $30 then catchin another airline fr st Thomasto st. Croix at another cost of $189. U guts know how to.raise the put if he'll I HATE THIS AIRLINE WITH A PASSION. ....I CAN NEVER EVER TRAVEL ON THIS AIRLINE....U GUYS FRIGGING SUCK....U GUYS BRING THE DEVIL OUTTA ME...THUS AIRLINE CAN KISS MY BEHIND....it's all about money. You guys tried the island of Dominica and they were able to get more airlines to the island. Hello, Can you please help me, I am fr om Australia and my name is Christina M VARALLA and my luggage was lost in transit while on an veuling airlines flight from Santorini to Rome. My flight was on 6 July 2016 – flight number VY3315. Veuling at Rome Airport gave me property irregularity report with the reference number FCOVY13754. My luggage tag number is VY570929 or VY570930. The customer service lady noted the wrong number. I really would like to get my luggage back as it has little gifts from Santorini in there for my children and family. Could you please do a search in your computer to see wh ere it may it. I would be forever grateful. I’m becoming quite distressed about not finding it.: Vueling has my details as below and is stating Delayed Bag 1 Status TRACING CONTINUES. PLEASE CHECK BACK LATER . Please will you help me.

Hi Tammy, Thank you! Yep, finally got the 2nd two bags on Saturday (6 days later). Once I realised I could track them on Citybags (which I only sussed out once I looked at luggage labels on the first two) then I felt a bit more confident that they were at least in the same country. All fine & undamaged too, but will be avoiding ?(a) Vueling, (b) Florence Airport (apparently is better to fly to Pisa instead as longer runway) and (c) check-in luggage in future!! Cheers! Hey Ruth! We were on the same flight and the same happened to us one luggage came a day earlier than the other since vueling sent them on separate flights. Not sure whether to interpret that as a hopeful sign or whether it means that the other 2 are now untraceable..... Count yourself lucky, we have not received any of our 3 suitcases and there is no indication that they know where they are.

VUELING :WORST AIRLINE EVER!!! They are always late!! The planes stink and are dirty as hell... And the worse the don't respect the schedule. I traveled twice with them and I can say for sure I will never set a foo againt in one of their planes...Now I have to find a hotel to spend the night because there's no train anymore to go home!! What a shame!!

VUELING - Worst airline service in over 30 years of travel. On Saturday, August 6, 2016, myself and my wife and my six year old son was scheduled to travel from Rome to London. Our flight was delayed and/or CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE TO US. We were offered no hotel accommodations or any help and we were left to fend for ourselves. The airport personnel were rude and totally indifferent to our problem. Absolutely the worst I've ever encountered. We had to find and pay for a hotel room in Rome and we also lost the expense of prepaid hotel in London.

Aug 7 Florence to Paris Flight delay of 2 hours and then lost luggage from the whole flight! Still have not received my luggage and leaving Paris in 2 days back to Canada. Will not be flying Vueling again.

Flew fr om Florence to Gatwick Vueling on afternoon 6th August. All passengers waited an hour at baggage collection at Gatwick, then no announcement but everyone was filling in forms to reclaim luggage. No luggage was put on the plane.Since then have not had any replies to emails. Got through on phone once yesterday, told would be on flight at 3pm completely untruthful. Nothing has happened and on infuriating website says still searching for lost luggage. Today been cut off from phone several times. Similar story Vueling flight August 7th. How can they lose two plane loads of luggage? Wh ere is it ? Their system is chaotic and worrying. Like another poster here I booked through British Airways and didn't pay a budget airline price for this terrible service.

How did you get Vueling to process a refund? I lost my luggage on july 17.Have sent copy of the documents to the email address, but no answer whatsoever.. We are also awaiting bags from 7th August Florence - Gatwick flight. Took me ages to find a human in the Global Baggage Solutions (ha!) organisation to even get hold of a reference number to then try to track them. Then found that half the information we put on the claim form has been wrongly input - including my e-mail address and the description of my husband's blue soft barrel bag-type hold-all as "rigid material polyurethane case with wheels and retractable handle". Rapidly losing hope here.....

My wife and I were also on that 07aug Florence to gatwick flight - obviously no sign of the luggage as yet, and no answer on the lines. Feeling pretty bleak given the number of similar issues at Florence with Vueling. Disgusting

On the flight from Florence to Gatwick on 7th August - the entire planes luggage has been left in Florence, just like the 6th August flight. Half of the people left, and now all the luggage! Did anyone actually manage to get their luggage back after it was lost!?

flight from Florence to Gatwick on 6th August- no luggage loaded in hold...... a whole plane without luggage!!!! an empty hold must have raised a question from somebody ........... no information given , found out by chinese whispers after best part of an hour at luggage reclaim at Gatwick. Cant get any information from Vueling ........ this story appears to be far too frequent an occurance looking at previous posts.

Delayed flight from Florence and now told we can't board as 'strong winds' so only half the passengers can board. Then were told previous flight was grounded so those passengers get priority on our flight. Pretty bad communication and doesn't seem like we're being told the whole story.

Ibiza to Venice on August 4 with connection in Barcelona. Three bags arrived and one is still missing. We filed lost bag report but airline doesn't even send an email acknowledging the report like a normal airline. BEWARE - something wrong with this airline.

The worst airline I have ever traveled. Luggage lost now for 2 weeks, the phone seems to be fake, because only machine is responding, and then it goes off automatically. My luggage was for sure above 1000 euro, so now I will have to hire a lawyer. Thanks, f..ng Vueling.

woooow i work in london airport and i flew on 16 jul from heathrow had connection flight in barcelona VY 7312 for two hours then final destination rabat in morocco....my bag is missing from 16jul until today...i spoke with customer relations of vueling and they told that i have to send all documents original to madrid to claim compensation ( max ˆ350 ) 🙈after 24 hrs of losing your luggage get nothing then next day ˆ 100 then ˆ 50 of each extra day until you reach ˆ350 but the catch here is send all the documents to madrid po box then they will leave you with nothing no bag no proofs ..........to summit up this is the wordt airline ever and thw worst customer service that i had in my life.......guys it might be best to report them to IATA

Horrible airline. Mised flight today even though arrived at airport on time as disorganized staff from vueling sent us to the wrong queue and then they would not order boarding pass. Never fly with them again and they will not let you check in online unless your buy a seat. Creeps

I'm trying to get a refund from Vueling. its been a month and a half since they processed the refund. They have escalated to their finance department; but this was a months ago. What are my options?

Hello. I've had a similar situation. My bag went missing on a Veuling flight July 10 from Paris to Barcelona. I have sent five emails to the contact they provided and have never received any response. I, too, am back in US and wondering if I'll ever see my bag. Guest : My baggage has been lost now for 26 days... If anyone has retrieved their baggage from this airline please tell me how you go about it ? Mine now lost for 12 days. No response to emails or calls. Vueling do not care. You need to claim from your insurers after 21 days so you better make a start on that. Why are they still in business ?

Guest : HORRIBLE. SHAMEFUL AIRLINES. Indeed: their claim-form (on the website) doesn't work. You don't get any proof or reply. A pr woman told me yoy should get a reply with a tracing number for your complaint. But as the website does'nt work.... you will never be able to prove you filed a complauint.

Horrible disruption to my itinerary owing to cancellation "operational" reasons? It made it necessary to cancel my bus connections (3and half hours - each way - and not possible on my alternative flights as it is now too early to get to the airport in time. This means a taxi each way or I drive myself and pay parking fees. I had to cancel my hotel booking (charges incurred) shall not use them again - and my car hire - no charges - I will book with them another time!! The airline representative (after a very long time to get an answer) was very rude. I had to repeat phone calls as I was getting cut off. The forth time I requested an English speaker (I was phoning their English number) and got an Irish man who was moderately helpful. When I got my revised tickets emailed I notice that I had been charge 78.40 Euros above the fare price. I now am expecting a 61.80 Euro refund! Very pleasant representative (Barcelona) who could not have apologised more. It is a great that all this happened through no fault of my own. Goodness knows what would happen if it was a flight controller strike - I presume that they would not take any responsibility? Fly and pay max insurance as well as all the other extras? No guarantee that you will get on some flights as "premium" passengers with lots of "points" will get you bumped off - seemingly - cannot get an answer to this question What a performance! What a lot of time spent = Time spent = HOURS and MONEY - too much
