I can not access to the booking info since December 5, 2023. I purchased extra leg room ($190) from a flight from Istanbul to Vancouver and $21 for Tehran to Istanbul. Since I changed the flight I don't have access to the new booking and don't know what has happened to the fees I paid.

Unable to purchase seat reservations using the award flights. The customer call center is useless and cannot help with reservation at all. Dont bother booking in TA, it is a waster of your time.

Unable to purchase seat reservations and the error message says there's a problem with online transactions. Not sure I want to fly with an airline that can't even get online sales working correctly.

Turkish Airlines has been a problem since 10 October. Not able to check in at all since 5:45pm on 2nd November. Even their call centre did not know. Most unhappy, their issues have ruined the last 3 weeks with stress about flights home.OB

Solution: Click on tab and it will start scrolling down the list of countries. You need to click individual clicks for each country you pass, so keep clicking until you get to the country you want. My husband and I made reservations through JetBlue for a flight from Savannah, GA to Istanbul with a connection in Boston. I cannot make seat selections even though my ticket is confirmed. Does anyone know how to get a seat assignment on Turkish Air when the reservation was made through United Airlines? They are both members of Star Alliance, but United says it can only be done through Turkish Air and Turkish Air says it has to be through United. We have business class seats, but no one seems to be able to help me, even with multiple calls to both airlines.

I would like to change my flight which will be in a month's time and am willing to pay for it. I tried to do that with the website and the mobile application and both said the fare information cannot be displayed and so the change cannot be proceeded. I made a feedback which told me to try calling the call centre, but the automated process said the transaction cannot be proceeded when I was trying to just manage my booking. Any idea how to proceed?

I cannot load my passport information. It has accepted my husbands but I have tried mine at least 25 times. It also does not show our seats on the app that we paid to get. Is this normal?? What to do to fix it?
