I can not access to the booking info since December 5, 2023. I purchased extra leg room ($190) from a flight from Istanbul to Vancouver and $21 for Tehran to Istanbul. Since I changed the flight I don't have access to the new booking and don't know what has happened to the fees I paid.

My husband and I made reservations through JetBlue for a flight from Savannah, GA to Istanbul with a connection in Boston. I cannot make seat selections even though my ticket is confirmed. Does anyone know how to get a seat assignment on Turkish Air when the reservation was made through United Airlines? They are both members of Star Alliance, but United says it can only be done through Turkish Air and Turkish Air says it has to be through United. I would like to change my flight which will be in a month's time and am willing to pay for it. I tried to do that with the website and the mobile application and both said the fare information cannot be displayed and so the change cannot be proceeded. I made a feedback which told me to try calling the call centre, but the automated process said the transaction cannot be proceeded when I was trying to just manage my booking.
