This airline has no way to speak to a customer service agent. I have tried more than 20 times over more than 1 month.. They have designed their Customer Service system to hang up on you after filling out details. EVERY TIME the system will hang up on you. Complain to your countries CONSUMER Protection agency is the ONLY way I can see to get a reply from this terrible airline. Their new Baggage charges for carry on baggage should be ILLEGAL. They are the worst customer service I have Experienced in an AIRLINE.. TERRIBLE
I took the flight from Santiago to Barcelona and then to Zurich with Vueling Airlines on 27th August. They lost my baggage. I have created a PIR at the airport. Still no any update and it seems like nobody get their luggage back. I have no hope. This is the worst airline ever. I will never ever fly with this company again....

I have a lost luggage while going from Paris to Barcelona. I requested for PIR and compensation. Vueling Sent me links for bank transfer 3 times but not working. Always tell me that there is a problem and Could complete the process try again later. What is the problem
So similar like others, 3cm bigger hand luggage must be stored outside the cabin for 60 eur, as a hand bagagge no protection on it. Of course much smaller lugagge of my son did not count. No explanation just rip off customers. No hot water available during the flight, the same journey on way there it normaly was, going back no… never ever again.

When I was booking a flight it said hand luggage is included. And when I got the conformation email it said: "Remember that you are travelling with one underseat bag only. If you carry a second piece of hand luggage or if your underseat bag exceeds the permitted size (max. 40x20x30 cm), you will have to check it in at a cost of up to 75.00 EUR." What does that mean? Can I have 2 things to bring on the plane or not?

Had enough... I will never buy any tickets from Vueling again. Vueling is the least reliable company ever!!!!!!!!!! I fly many times a year with other companies and never, ever, ever I have my flights changed within a week of flying.. this is the 3rd time Vueling are doing this to us. you never know what is going to happen when you travel with this shitty company. If I choose a day and a time is because they suit me and finding that they change times within a week without giving me time to find affordable alternative solutions is disgusting. This is by far the worst airlines. They have no control over the carryon bags. Those that don't pay for them, take up almost all the space. I've seen people with 3 carryon on no one said anything.
DO NOT FLY WITH THEM!!! Canceling flights all the time, if any of the return or outbound remains they shorten your stay without offering to change both flights, refund not given if only of flight is changed... FORGET THEM!!

Disgusting. Do not risk it. They overbook flights and your ticket is not guaranteed. I missed out on my sisters wedding because of them. I can not stress enough how bad this budget airline is. Just pay the extra money and secure your travels

My worst experience ever at Florence airport. Totally understaffed at the airport. Veuling had two people checking in two flights at the same time all in the same queue. One member of staff was for Premium customers only, total chaos. No staff to organise queue that eventually was blocking other check in desks. Baggage labelling system crashed for whole airport at one point amid scenes of jeering, slow hand clapping and anger. Nearly a two hour delay in taking off but no screen info or explaination from staff ! On arrival at Gatwick we were informed after a 30 minute wait at baggage reclaim that everyone’s baggage on that flight was still in Florence. How is that possible Veuling, airline staff must know that flights baggage is not on board. This airline’s service is a disgrace and I will never use them again. Stand by for the usual Covid excuses, not our fault, blah blah blah.
Make a claim with an online agent (25%) or make a claim in the European small claims court. It can be done online by anyone with half a brain. Good luck.
Terrible airline. I tried to book extra bag,just one, and went on their site to book bag. First attempt their site told me the payment had failed. So I tried again, same message. Then I tried again and succeeded. Then I checked bank statement to see they had charged me three times. When I phoned them they told me I couldn’t cancel. At airport the check in person told me to contact VUELING and they would refund me. When I phoned I was told this was impossible. My bank are investigating fraud but want evidence of payment failure. I only took one bag. I’ll never fly with that bunch of thieves.

I responded to their recent email regarding 25% discount on flights up to the end of September 2022. The booking procedure would not accept the SUMMER2022 code which I tried around ten times in total. I have emailed them 3 times but had no response from them and the discounted offer ran out yesterday. I tried yesterday again and received an email saying it couldn't be sent, probably due to their inbox being full. Well, there's a surprise. I just wish there was another airline that flew from Almeria to Barcelona because I would use them instead.

Password reset mail doesn't arrive. Also not in spam. I need to use my account to reject a new schedule for my booking. Instead of direct to Lisboa, Vueling changed the flight with a transfer on Barcelona :(

I was outraged by Vueling's decision to stop compensating for canceled flights amid the COVID-19 pandemic. And they did it suddenly. As a refusal (request SR_Number: 1-19142853423), the employee gave an absolutely bureaucratic explanation referring to EU Regulation 261/2004, where there is a clause about force majeure. Surprisingly, the reference was not about infection, but about adverse weather conditions, strikes, diversions, bird strikes, runway closures, etc. Speaking of COVID-19. According to the WHO's decision, not the coronavirus pandemic itself is recognized as a force majeure, but only a high-alert mode. Let me remind to all that since March 2020, Vueling was aware of Covid19 and canceled flights, thereby increasing its high-alert mode for control of disease spreding. So my flight to Barcelona GCR7MM was canceled in may 2020 with full compensation. My other flight to Barcelona in July 2020, JDPFVZ, was also cancelled for the same reason, which the company started telling me about a month before that date. I fully accepted the company's offer of compensation in the form of a flight credit and went through the entire procedure proposed on the site. The result on the screen convinced me that the issue was resolved positively by analogy with the previous one. Suddenly, after a two-week wait and an additional request, an unexpected categorical refusal. I have had a problem with Vueling since June 2019. Our flight then was delayed by 5 hours. On their website you are directed to an outfit called AirHelp do not go with them, I am still waiting for compo and often send me an email saying "we're nearly there". and they are going to take half of my compensation for the privilege. I also have a Covid 19 claim for a flight we booked for June 2020. They are trying to fob me off with a credit note but under Denied Boarding Reg 261/1004 I'm entitled to a refund. I have emailed them saying I don't want a credit note there was no response. Tried phoning but the menu just sends you round in circles back to the beginning Tried going through their website but you can go so far then you're blocked when you chose the refund choice. Absolutely so unprofessional. It's not if they can't afford to pay. They made 200million euros last year.

They cancelled my flight on 24 March due to COVID 19 and said to apply for a refund. Still no response and after several emails and phone calls to their customer services I am just told they are looking into it with no other explanation. Appalling.
Do not use this airline, they are completely uncaring and inconsiderate. I tried to cancel bookings for flights I had in May 2020 because we are in Australia and unable to travel due to travel bans and all they kept telling me was the flight was not cancelled. In these exceptional times I ignorantly thought that I would be treated in a considerate and humane manner but the consultant just kept repeating the flights were not cancelled.
Vueling's website is poorly designed. It ignores the user's IP number and defaults to Spanish, irrespective of the location of the visitor. Sometimes during the ticketing process, after forcing it to English using vueling.com/en the ticketing process goes back into Spanish. It seems to me that Vueling has the most incompetent website of any European airline.

Guest : We are experiencing the same now, luggage lost when we travelled from Palermo to Dubrovnik via Rome. Four days have gone by and I have just got a call from Dubrovnik that ONE of our suitcases are there - what about the other one? We checked them in together so this is very suspicious. We were on that same flight the day before. Same thing happens to us. It is now Thursday and we still have no luggage.
